I like the game but many times the points don’t get added after you’ve watched an ad (even after the last update). I kind of feel I’m wasting my time and that’s frustrating.

I really like this crossword but it has been crashing more frequently and it’s really annoying.
Great crossword puzzle, however Houston you have a problem
For the past week, game is slow to load. Also, the clues are not matching the daily themes. ie, today is supposed to be Movie Monday, but it was sports or singer related.
Never fix any of the bugs
I see the updates but it seems to never address any of the bugs. The icon for free coins for watching a video still appears and disappears , after watching the video I don’t always get the coins. The latest mini event but only received 1 of the rewards even though I solved a the puzzles today

I’ve played this game for years and enjoyed it so much! But during the last year almost, it’s very glitchy! Today, all my coins disappeared to zero and I had hundreds!!! Please attend to this app and fix it! It was my fav for a long time, but something is wrong!

This used to be my favorite app, but like the reviewer mentioned above, the game crashes and locks up my phone so often I simply can’t use it anymore.

Keeps crashing
I’ve been playing this for years and really liked it but for the last couple of months it constantly crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that didn’t help. Please fix.

Not happy with losing my 556 day streak after updating app
Had over 550 day streak and lost everything after updating the app lost 6380 points also
Won the weekly tournament and got 25 coins. WTH - one used to get 300
Fix the puzzle PackIt has been months that my completed puzzle pack will not clear nor can I buy another pack. Why did the coins for winning the tournament drop drastically? I won 97 coins for first place and last week 65 for first place and 61 points This app expects you to screen shot every move you make in order to prove you completed an offer or have an in game issue What's the incentive to complete mini and midi games once you've completed 50? None - they don't add any points to the tournament. How about adding more goals to reach with them. Additionally, having a player earn over 800 points in a tournament in about an hour is ridiculous! I get that you're in the business to make money but let's keep the tournament fair. It's impossible to finish a game in 1 second without buying every single word. Take their money but these players should be banned from the tournament. Suggestion: put a minimum time into the game for finishing one. It's physically impossible to answer the clues for an entire game without cheating aka buying every clue, in one second. Put at least 2 minutes as the minimum time. Sick of losing against cheaters who complete their puzzles in zero seconds!! Lastly it used to be 300 coins if you finished first Now it is some random amount🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ And of course no answer from developers

I love my crosswords! I sometimes don’t get to play but I love it just the same. However, the last couple of weeks or so it has been crashing and freezing on my iPhone. Would you please fix this problem so I can keep playing?

When advancing to next puzzle, chair yoga advertisement puts you in loop Very, very annoyed that I cannot complete days puzzle. That advertisement should be removed. Do not like to be strong armed
Not as good as it was
Tends to crash with IOS 26. Have to use coins on all the extra word games—and the game no longer remembers what I already did, so I have to start the event puzzles over and over.
Love the game but too many glitches
Love this game, but it recently has developed too many glitches. Game doesn’t load the next game, need to log out and then back in. Won’t load profile, history or store. Doesn’t load up my coins. Very frustrating
Do Not Download!
I played this game for years, but recently it kept locking up my iPhone 17 and freezing the screen. I was unable to use my phone for 4-5 minutes. I deleted and reloaded the app 3 times, but it still happens.

Says I haven’t completed games
I appreciate the free games and I have a lot of coins. But twice now it shows I haven’t completed games that I have and wants me to pay to do them. Currently it’s the Explosive word search. I was doing them daily from the beginning. Then after yesterday it shows I haven’t completed the previous ten or eleven games. I will not go back and redo them.

This is such an enjoyable game, clear & precise puzzles, easy to navigate & great to play… Highly recommend if you want to train your brain with General Knowledge Questions!!

I’ve played this game for years. For some reason here lately it keeps crashing and just stalls in the middle of playing? Please fix it!! Once fixed it’s definitely worth 5 stars!
Suggestion
When the crossword is complete give me some time to look over it before it is cleared away. Or let me remove the completed crossword when I am ready to move on 😊
Hang Ups
This app freezes at least once per puzzle. It has gotten to the point that I don’t care to play it anymore, and I used to play it all the time. There has been a change here somewhere and it has definitely been a change for the worse.

For the last week or two, I can barely play on this app for 5 minutes before it freezes, the app crashes, and my phone stays frozen for about 15 minutes before I can lock it and shut the app down. Such a bummer! Please fix.

I enjoy doing puzzles but I find it frustrating that I cannot build up points in order to use them when I run in to difficulties.you need to make points more easily available.I enjoy these puzzles but I have not received the last three puzzles with their clues.
