Support hasn’t been updated since 2021 and you can’t contact them. It’s there but you’re not able to actually use it. Game crashes, rewards missing. Prizes aren’t as good as they used to be and tons more ads.

Disappearing cards - Less chances at items
I am disappointed in the changes you made to the game regarding the cards and the ability to collect the items for the challenges. Why did you start it one way and then change it. That was not a good thing.
Extremely aggravating if you live in Canada
I don’t know what this company’s problem is, but do not download this app if you live in Canada. Somehow they will track your location and I’m not exaggerating when I say that every round I’ve played has just been a location in Canada or something related to Canada and I’ve played many rounds so far because I’m level 20. This is so unfair because I just want to play with normal answers I don’t need everything to be some Canadian landmark and I have no clue why the game makers decided to make it as such. I’m extremely disappointed.

The Lucky Coin is never lucky. Why have it? When I get 30 mins, it never affects the clock.
Way too many ads
The game itself is fun but the ads are way too much. There is a long ad after every single game which takes forever, plus a permanent ad banner. There are also too many extras always popping up...I just want to play the basic game.

The ads are plentiful and deliberately designed to be difficult to close. You’re looking for a dark blue X on a light blue background and if you miss the center of the X by a fraction of a millimeter, a browser opens up on your device. This is designed to frustrate you enough so that you pay to go ad free. If you’re willing to pay $9.99 a month to play against computer opponents using an algorithm designed to separate you from your money, then this is the game for you. If you want to keep your money, you either make closing the ads part of your gaming experience or you don’t play at all. Those are pretty much your only options.

Robots shouldn’t really be allowed to play with humans, kind of unfair since they have unlimited resources and we don’t. But over all it is an enjoyable game to play ♥️

got tricked into switching to the new version, lost all my 5 years worth and progress and the price has doubled if I want a subscription. What a dishonest bunch but this will never be posted anyway

Glitches
This game freezes up. By the third spin it keeps going around and around and doesn’t stop. I have to close out and reopen the app just for it to do it again. I can’t even get through a game.
Wrong prize amount
The prize amount that pops up is always lower than the number of prizes actually collected. It’s been this way for months. Please fix. Otherwise it’s a fun game.

The amount of lose a turns and bankrupts that spin up are ridiculous.

Over the last few days I had have been popping up as you’re playing the game. You’re trying to answer the question to win the round but ads keep trying to pop up. They pop up they pop down while you’re playing the game not after the game as you normally watch the ads. Hopefully this is a one off kind of thing but it’s been happening for a couple of days.

SFX AND HOME SCREEN
For some reason some of the sound effects don’t actually work even though I turn off silent. Also, why is it so hard to go to my phone’s home screen when I’m at the game’s Home Screen? That’s annoying. Still fun game!

Money grab
I’ve played this for ages, but the ‘new rules’ are clearly a way to make more money, which spoils the game for me. ( a pensioner) For example each hint is now 100 diamonds, and it takes forever to complete a city. ( by the time I got out of the last one, I felt like I’d lived there). It is. addictive, and I can see that the changes will lead to many people spending more than is prudent. So it’s not as much easy fun as it used to be. I enquired about the changes and was told it was ‘in keeping with the market ‘ whatever that is. My former comments stand . I’m disappointed with the changes since then. And the endless attempts to get players to spend more money. I hate the 250 for ‘try again’ in particular.plus the absolutely endless bankrupt and lose a turn. It used to be more fun. I didn’t feel so ‘exploited’ as I do now. You had a very good thing , but the changes are spoiling it .

Please don’t make us lose our stars if we don’t see the add right after we win the bonus round when it’s close to 17 or 18 or 19 stars depending on how good we play

The ads are so long and so frequent, the game is pretty much unplayable.

Took money and didn’t provide service- support blocked me
They just did it again. Bought a fortune season pass and didn’t get everything. This is frustrating. Canceled VIP a while ago. Scopely still takes diamonds and earned letters, etc. I paid for diamonds and they took what o had in account. I earned a letter they didn’t give me. Their support Bot blocked me From contacting them so I can’t even respond to them finally reaching out about the below review. Wish I could take my 1 star away and give 0 or negative stars. VIP member. Paid for diamonds in a game and it took them away instead of adding them. I wrote to them 4 times and provided proof. They kept closing the conversation and won’t respond. Finally am working with someone but it took 4 times. The company actually charged me twice rather than refunding my money. I paid twice for a service in which I didn’t get what I ordered and, in fact, it was taken away. Spent a lot of money but will cancel my subscription if this is not resolved. Very bad service.

this game is getting on my last nerve. the amount of ads i have been getting is insane and there is no way to get out of them. they never go away unless i leave the game. too many random rewards makes no sense. never get bankrupt or lose a turn so whats the point? i'd pay for no ads but not sure that's even an option?! awful had to delete.
Great game but can get expensive
I love this game. It’s fun, addictive and challenging with lots to keep your mind active. Just be careful not to spend too much on in app purchases. I have plenty of visually impaired friends who would love to play this but I don’t think it is accessible for people who rely on using Voiceover to read the screen.

The game itself is great but it’s American and pretty much ALL questions, names, places etc are based on American towns, people, tv shows etc so most are totally unrecognisable to players in the UK. Would very much appreciate a UK version of the game. Unfortunately I will have to delete the game because of this.

I Just Want Plain Wheel of Fortune
I just want to play old school Wheel of Fortune. This has extremely long ads and all sorts of flashy things popping up about extra prizes, points, a game board, etc. I don’t know what it all even is. I just kept clicking and clicking to try to get past it to actually play a round of Wheel of Fortune. I played one round, and then more flashy things about gifts, points, moving on a game board, and ads. I don’t know how anyone enjoys this. I deleted it.

Dissapointing
Is it just me or I never hit bankrot or lose a turn? I don’t want it to be easy I want it to be as close to real as possible. And I don’t get why I have to collect all stupid souvenirs before they let me play another levels.
Seriously? No landscape mode?!
I like the game itself. I downloaded it to my iPad Pro 2020, which is in a folding stand case, expecting to be able to stand it on the coffee table for team games with family and friends. It does not orientate into landscape mode, so the only option is to lay it flat. This is obviously a problem for others to view the screen. Also you’d expect a game where you have to spin a wheel to work in this orientation, as the natural instinct is to swipe from left to right or from right to left. Surely it can’t be too difficult to implement this in an update? (I realise that some rearrangements would need to be made to accommodate this without affecting the aspect ratio) It’s fine if you’re playing it alone on mobile, but it’s not at all good for team games. I would never consider playing this on my own. I see it as a team game in the evening with friends and a couple of drinks.
