Buggy on iOS
This application works better on Android devices. It logs me out several times depending on what buttons are pushed, runs a lot slower, and will also lock up completely if you use the backspace key on a ticket response.

Nothing connects, no support
Nothing connects like it should. Can get WiFi to the units but not to anything else. Zero support to help figure it out unless you want to pay to talk to someone.
OK but not perfect
The application kind of does what it needs to - almost . let me elaborate, when it goes right it goes right but when there are errors the diagnostics / error reports tell the user practically nothing . Improve this and it’s a much better app.
More unstable with updates.
In the past the app ran smooth but over the years as updates come out the app force closes and also logs out of the controller.

There is a bug in interfaces->when click on 1 is shows nothing when click on 2 it shows eth1 instead of eth2

Issues on client sites
Great app but after recent update you cannot load photos on client site or access the airCube dashboard to see WiFi password on IOS devices. Please fix this issue.

NEVER BUY UBIQUITY PRODUCTS
The app sometimes works, there is NO support and even trying to get support is horrible. You can’t locate where to go to find support. Set up on the Nanobeam is crazy difficult! All in all Ubiquity is terrible. I’d give this company 0 stars if I could. And you have to be an IT expert. This is not for non tech persons. I’m pretty good in figuring tech stuff out. But this company has created products that the average tech enthusiast needs to stay away from. And, I can’t find anybody in NJ that services these devices, let alone know what to do with them!
Audible Ping
I would highly appreciate adding audible feedback for pinging an IP address, in addition to the visual feedback that is currently available. Similar to the Antenna alignment feature inside the app.

One gripe
I have gps coordinates enabled on all 52 of my radios, however they do not show up individually on the map, only the site they are assigned to.

Real-time throughput rate on multi-wan interfaces not working
Since about 2 months, the detailed throughput rate on the multi-wan interfaces doesn’t update in real-time if connected by remote access. This issue hasn’t been resolved after several app updates. The Android version of the app works fine.

Feature Request
I do like this app and find it useful. I would love the ability to enable and disable firewall rules through it. Don't need to be able to create them but even just a toggle option would be great!

UISP n0t for small businesses
In general, I love the remote view into my environment … however UBNT is only allowing those environments with 10 devices of their choosing to use it past a 30 day trial. Too limiting for most of us. I have over 15 UBNT devices, but only 3 qualify for this utility. Hope that changes as I could really is it as a remote access method.

Don’t update to the 2.38.1
The uisp app stuck on the same place when you login the first time..its seems not sync with the server Until logout and login the server again ,,then stuck again ..this is problem happening when im update from firmware 2.38.0 to 2.38.1 My another phone work with 2.38.0 its very smooth and good I think there is problem with your UISP version
Pretty good - no replacement for AC2 though
It's an OK app, but there are inconsistencies between what UNMS shows and what AirControl2 does - and AC2 is accurate. Mostly occurs with older M-series radios (frequency ranges, Tx power etc) Decent, but far from excellent still. Integration of units using QR code still somewhat rough at times, especially if already configured, but have been unused for some time. Reset first is best.

It doesn’t work any longer. Try to do anything, such as look at a router, switch or radio it stops and hangs. It just started
Nice but...
It’s a nice app but if you click on “status” then “show interfaces” then when you click on a VLAN or an eth, you get the one below. Eg click on vlan40, get vlan30; click on eth3 get eth2. That could do with sorting out.

UISP Logging out continuously.
UISP is a great tool. But the app continuously logs out. We have to login every couple of minutes.

I’ve been using UniFi for years and I love all their equipment and apps
Great until it stopped working
After the last update it completely stopped connecting locally and through the cloud. Tried signing out and back in, no effect.
Functional
It works. Needs more of the UNMS settings integrated into the app, such as adding users. Missing notification options, should be able to send push notifications on device up/down. Edit to developer response: Notifications would be an excellent edition. Note, having user management is explicitly mentioned as it's something we have needed to do in the field and we're surprised we couldn't reset a users password using the app.
Nice routers, shame about the app
App not particularly useful and still unreliable. Firmware upgrade still fails - the app reports 100% uploaded, then sits there for a minute before completing with ‘request timeout error’. Disappointing given there’s been so many ‘stability fix releases’.

Stop working
Have serval phones with it installed and now has stop working after last update devices. Will not connect to devices or pick them up in discovery. But the standalone discovery app does and can web browser into devices. Issue is with the app, please fix this.
Very limited utility
Ubiquiti do a lot of great things - unfortunately this app is not (yet) one of them. At least for now the app really does not offer much functionality to really monitor or manage the EdgeRouter. For that you have to resort the web UI, which requires a desktop rather than mobile browser. So cant see the point of this app right now other than a nice gimmick with a few network stats.
Decent app, some quirks
An OK app for some details regarding my Ubquiti router, but the DHCP leases are not in sequential order (x.x.x.10 ,x.x.x.102, x.x.x.2, x.x.x.25, x.x.x.3). Why?
