Keeps saying verification code expired
Keeps saying the sms verification code is expired and ask me to get a new one, which expired in 10 seconds again
Same content, different look
Same content as before just a lot easier to navigate and find stuff. One improvement would be welcome by putting the Logout at the top of the Menu.

Worse app on the market
Almost everything in this New app gives you an error on the iPhone. Shocking how poorly this was built! Shame on SmarTone who can’t even get the basics right
App needs lots of work
The app is basically only useful for checking your balance. Most of the pages don’t have a “back” button, so in order to go back you need to swipe up to close the app and re-open it again to go back to the main menu. For the live chat, sending a message is annoying: when you hit enter to send the message, it takes the cursor away and closes your keyboard but doesn’t send the message, then you need to press on the typing spot again and hit enter again in order to send the message. Also, I tried several times to add value to my SIM on the app and website but my payment didn’t go through due to it being “busy”. SmarTone needs to spend some time to work out these really annoying glitches.

Nothing works on this app and the carrier is constantly ripping me off each month with extraneous charges… of course you can’t check anything bc the app doesn’t work!

Poorly designed 2 way verification
Two way verification doesn’t support copying the text message in the app. So when opening messages to obtain the verification code and returning to the app, you are back at the page to enter your phone number and HKID.
