Flashbacks
Can you optimize your software as soon as possible? The ios platform almost often flashbacks.
Clunky
Not easy to navigate, doesn’t do what it should, repeated log in/unable to load

Thinks I’m in HK
Thinks I’m in Hong Kong horrible
DONT FORCE UPDATE
Hi dev team, Don’t force user to update. Don’t need me explaining why, do you? I will review again Can’t wait.
Thinks I’m in Hong Kong…
The app defaults to HK. So plans, handset prices, etc. are all in HK$. Can’t even find my home broadband account… Both phone accounts are there (if you look hard). Really bad app to go with a really bad network. I only wanted to logon so I can cancel my accounts (as it appears staff in the Three shop can’t cancel accounts - they can upgrade you or sell you a new one though…)

Appalling app
When you buy a 5g hub it tells you to download this app to configure and find the best signal spot etc, the qr code takes you to a different thee app while the instructions tell you to download this one. This apps ui is nightmarishly clunky and confusing, still haven’t figured out how to access the signal test. I’m not surprised to be honest, the router arriving incorrectly configured should have been the first omen for what was to come, very poor experience just like most things three dabbles in.
Cannot call up payment methods like WeChat or Alipay.
Hope you can fix the issue soon.
Scam
Bought a sim card in an aldi advertised as 40gb for £10, put the sim in and downloaded the app and all of the plans cost over £70, do not buy.
This isn’t useful at all
This has to be the worst app ever made. It’s such a pain to actually find your account details. All the tabs are things that three is trying to sell. Fire the person that made this concept. Zero stars.
It doesn't work
This version doesn't work. I re-install my3 app，cannot use it any more.
Not sure how this made it passed any checks
Unable to log in, unable to create account, different languages, multiple ads. All I want to do is update my payment method and I was told to do it through this useless app. Waste of time
Not available in all countries app store, please make available worldwide
Please make this app available in all countries because we are using esim in so many countries like uk, india and australia app stores and there is no way to download this 3 app. We cannot use this sim in uk3 app. Please make this app available worldwide so that we can buy esims.
