Its a really great game but i had an idea what if you could take ppl hostage and use the npcs as body shields and cops and stuff and you could take there guns when they die. I hope you consider this

Cost too much to upgrade gear.
Takes too long to maximize gear potential. And they kinda cheat you out of your money. When you buy a season pass! Some items in crates may be 0 ! On an item you’ve already maxed out. When they should put those points towards an item that isn’t yet max out. Very frustrating. If you play you’ll understand. 👎🏾
Close to a Masterpiece
The game itself is very fun and there are little to no glitches. I have been playing on and off since before offshore was changed into reputation and I have had a positive experience thus far. The game could be so much better if you implement these 4 things. First of all make vanity crates purchasable without gems or at the least easier to get. Gems are so much harder to get than cash (I’m referring to the other in game currency, not real money) it is so infuriating not getting any of the masks that you want. Right now I’m level 45 and only have 13/33 of the masks unlocked and none of them are legendary. This is so ridiculous and it makes the game much less enjoyable after playing for a year and not having a single legendary mask makes the game less enjoyable and the same goes for legendary weapons and armor. The second fix would be to bring back PvP mode if I ever got bored of playing the heists, PvP mode was a great solution it was so much more fun putting your shooting skills to the test against real players rather than AI cops. My third suggestion would be to make the heist pass purchasable with gems, even if the number you choose is so astronomically high that it is virtually impossible to get, it would still motivate players to keep playing. And finally skull crate heists should be reintroduced into the game. (in case you don’t remember after a certain amount of three skull heists you have the option to play a skull heist. A heist skull icon appears on the map and it is the same as a co-op heist except you get a skull crate after you successfully escape) this would give the game significantly more variety and make the game less monotone. These ideas will make the game so much more fun for the players. I understand some of my suggestions may not be possible because the change would cause the game to take up too much storage but the ideas where you just have to change numbers around will make the game so much more rewarding and satisfying. Lagging is terrible
My WiFi and service is fine- yet it lags. I won a Co-Op and got MVP but the game froze. I didn’t get my chest reward from it either. Y’all making me mad about this game. I like playing it but why do I keep getting F’ed. That’s not okay.

The game is amazing and so fun. But now I can’t open it I am stuck at the loading screen and the game won’t run!

I use to love this game and it’s super hard now, like not for me because i have experience but this game Is now pay to win! The cops come from every single direction like what can you do ? Swats on level 2!? You use to have to rank up to even get cops like that this game is awful now like it really sucks! And the in game purchases are not even reasonable anymore, battle pass skips through so many levels for what ? You got to pay for that and still get things that’s useless. Its pay to win, and I think yall reset everything on here i had a account on facebook its not here anymore ! Go back to the old version this game is so bad now
It’s a good game but it left for dead
Honestly this game has potential it really dose in a way to order to get good things you lowkey have to buy certain items with real currency the game hardly gets any updates it lowk just get repetitive I can feel like this game has so much potential really if I had the opportunity I have so many ideas lol but the main thing that honestly bothers me is the shop now the shop is literally so bad now they want us to buy in game crates meanwhile there’s whole section to order to buy the crates even if you do your spending around 600-1000 gems just for your luck to honestly be bad and get regular items it just feel like the game just wants to to spend real life money it just feel like the developers are money hungry :( which honestly sucks this game really dose have so much potential it really dose everything is so expensive there’s just no point of grinding your just gonna waste your time for nothing to be honest I really like this game it honestly kinda hurts me to see it dead

This game is just a copy of payday 2 it even has the hockey mask that payday 2 took inspiration from the movie HEAT and put it in their game and didn’t even credit payday 2 and the gameplay is so trash it feels like throw up and it’s so pay to win and they game purchases pictures are so weird play payday 2 it only costs 5 dollars or 10 dollars

Game will freeze every time I try to open the app, and I have already deleted it and reinstalled and i am already having the same problem. Please fix this.
Annoying ads
The ads never have a way to close them. I watch them and there is no way to exit them. I have to close the game and re open it. Very annoying

The swat uniforms are so cool in reality it’s the black swat uniforms Im not racist but yea it’s cool
Wants you to always buy
In beginning it’s fun to play, but once you’re higher lvl, if you don’t keep purchasing their packets to upgrade, they make the game harder, trying to force your to buy their upgrade packets. This is Ridiculous, greedy developers as always. Don’t bother to download loading unless you willing to always purchase their packets to upgrade.
Get rid of the ads
Everytime I finish a heist there’s an ad but still great game

You need to take action on the update real quick, we need to be driving car ourselves and have a base to meet so the organization can be meaningful because it’s carzy when you can’t pull out with all your organization members only 3 people for the operation. NO we need something real and make it snaps or we gonna stop playing this .. have been playing this game for over 6years now and this what every body have been complaining so they tell me everything because I am the leader of the team, thank you and please we need your action real quick 👋❤️

This is the best game I have!

this game is so boring once you get to level 40. you then have to pay to win and the maps stop. no new maps = repetitive cycle + harder game play and multiplayer is an absolute joke that’s full of bots, expect to be on an endless loop once you get to 40 with your winning percentage decreasing bcos you have to dump about $90 a play until you lose interest to all together and just give up!

I like the game and all. But how do you save your progress if you deleted and redownloaded the game?The robberies are pretty fun. But one thing to add would be first person and an option to turn off auto shoot
Needs big change
The core gameplay is decent but when every mission is the same with overpowered enemy’s even after paying for better equipment makes it a frustrating experience. Another complaint is how little content there truly is after unlocking the final “section” nothing is new except a new gun maybe every month that is either worse or just the same as a already existing weapon. Also come on, people shouldn’t have to grind all day and wait or pay to open crates they already have in the possession just for a small chance to get ONE card of a better weapon so they can hopefully upgrade it, but wait they must pay ridiculous prices to even upgrade. The game telling you to upgrade armour and weapons after a fail is annoying. In every other game once you earn the item you get it. Not have to shell out ridiculous amount of in game cash to have an alright attachment. There’s more I could talk about like the leaderboards and organizations but I hope this game can be better in the future.

Few bugs and ads that go on forever
The ads for this game are optional to get extra rewards but most of them loop for longer than the ad should without giving you the option to skip them and claim your reward. Than there is the in game audio bug where police car show up and make the loudest most horrendous sounds known to man. Still love the gameplay but a few bugs to fix
