Crashing After Update 12.0
I play on iPhone 13 and after the update of weapon skin treat 12.0 update on 27 may 2026 It is crashing upon launch, i tried reinstalling it opened once after closing and reopen it started to crash again also the in game resources dosen’t download completely after update can’t even open the game now unable play, should not have updated, what a game what a developer 👏🏻

This game is amazing, every aspect of it. Just when it comes to the voice chat in game, we can all agree it needs to be updated. Doesn’t work at all hasn’t worked in a while, unless I am missing something.

My game crashes and it wont let me open it again, its been a day already and it keeps closing itself upon launching. Im on iphone 15 pro. Fix your game, dont ignore the issues or it’ll become another flop.
Neglected, extremely poor UI and localization
Netease obviously has abandoned this game in favour of their more recent titles, it’s a shame because it isn’t a bad game, but it is held back by some very poor UI design and quite honestly awful localization and QoL. Missing/incorrect text anywhere. Arena Breakout offers a way superior experience overall.

Good graphics and fun game but a complete money grab you could be a completely new player and go against the best gear and weapons also you select to play pvp no team ups but they totally team you 5 out of 7 players teamed me lost all my loot so if you aren’t willing to spend a bunch of money then DONT PLAY!!!

If you have not played this game, you should I think give it a chance it’s a really cool game. There’s a lot of cool stuff in it. It’s complicated sometimes but in the complication is where you will find the fun. It’s a great game.

very frustrating but addictive
the fact that you lose your stuff if you can’t make it back to your crate (if it hasn’t been ransacked by your opponents already) is frustrating but also makes the game very addictive. only thing that pisses me off is that I always try to rescue enemies if they let me after shooting them but the chinese people never revive me. sometimes they take the time to loot me and then kill me. really frustrating that there seems to be no compassion at all on chinese servers

No shot register bug
Sometimes the game doesn’t register your shots even when you’re hitting them, I lost around 3mil because of that glitch, not because I can’t aim but because the game doesn’t register the shots. Please fix it as soon as possible.

So my first thoughts when playing the game is the core concept of the game itself is fun. It’s a faster paced version of AB. At first I found it to be less punishing as there was more opportunities at elite level loot and the combat mechanics were simple and easy for a mobile game. That being said. AB doesn’t crash in the WORST moments. In a single session of lost light I’ve probably lost about 5-10M (maybe more collectively) worth of gear because of the game crashing a player kills and loots me and that’s it. Keep in mind I keep my device on low graphics high FPS. Shadows are off so I’m not pushing my device to the limit. Insurance doesn’t count when this happens and I lose progress so truthfully I’m starting to lose interest in this game atp. In recent updates the Dev’s haven’t addressed the crashing issue and it hurts my sanity to lose loot because of a problem caused by bad coding.

i love this game, i have over 50m value and 20 mil cash but the problem is with the hackers literally using ESP and tracking you down the map and automatically headshot you. I reported 13 players for hacking please add a anti cheat to detect hackers
Sound problem
Whenever I minimise or open notification pannel the sound gets disabled while I’m on call and I have to restart the game.
