I loved this game then when I tried to switch phones it deleted all my stuff so I got 50 bucks of credits and I didn’t play for awhile and when I got back on one day it signed me out of my account or something and apparently my account is lost and is was 50 bucks down the drain I want a refund

Great game! Its just that ive switched to iOS from Android and now i cant get my account in this new phone. Ive lost the facebook account i had and there is no option on iOS to login with google. I wouldnt mind switching to a new account if i hadnt spent years grinding on the old account

Need to change the throable system
I have played this game for 4 years.And i loved all the changes and updates but there is a catch i hated a change in the game so much.It is that the throwable system.I loved the og throwable system this new one is so goofy and looks childish and for that i also happen to use less throwable from before.I want the dev to listen to the community and fix this throwable system.

This game has never deserved a bigger lawsuit than now. I genuinely hope it gets sued into bankruptcy. No matter how hard they try with their cancer little battle passes and marketplace they’ll never be the real deal. This game is for broke losers that can’t afford a computer
Why such a high age requirement
Why is the age requirement is 17+, like there is no voice chat, no sexual stuff so why is it not 8+, and most of the players are kids, so just change the age requirement.
Increased health ruined the game
Increasing each players health to the point where it takes an entire clip to eliminate them (unless you get a headshot) is the dumbest thing you guys could've done. Makes the game very unenjoyable. Cant play for more than a few minutes at a time anymore

Latest update completely ruined the game
Critical Ops used to be the best mobile shooter, but adding friendly fire in the latest update ruined it. Now toxic players just team-kill you at spawn, throw Molotovs at your feet, and ruin your rank for fun. Solo queue is unplayable because of how bad the griefing and toxic lobbies have become. Don't download this until the devs remove friendly fire and fix the trolling.

Hello critical ops, I would like to report a problem. I don’t know if this is something that’s wrong with me or if there’s a problem just signing into it. Basically whats going on is I’m trying to sign into the critical ops hub (The web browser) and it says authorisation with google,facebook AND apple all have failed. What’s going on??

Terrible updates.
Ive been playing this game for at least 6 years now but honestly it’s starting to feel like you guys aren’t really trying anymore..because why add friendly fire..then there’s the new damage system..I had 24 bullets and shot on an enemy I hit 8 consecutive bullets I was recording and he was only 34 hp..I’m not sure what gave you guys the idea to change to damage system but that was the first mistake to the actual downfall of this game..Critical ops will always be my favorite fps game but until this certain issues are fixed I don’t think I’ll be playing this game anymore.

This game used to be so good
I used to play this game when servers used to be empty very early on and it was pretty decent game reminded me of days of cs1.6 i used to play on pc but later on the updates made this game worse and worse and now i reinstalled it after a year and it us bad if u hit body shot even 100 shots guys dont die u get 1 lucky head u kill him terrible gameplay + they removed the pass im sorry im never coming back to this game rip memories of this game cause this is just sad to see I live in india , IN-3 was 30–40 ms before update, now IN servers show 200+ ms and SG has 90–100 ms with packet loss/rubber-banding on multiple networks

I love the game but there is one problem i recently got new wifi and which gives more than 50 mbps but the game give me 100ms and all my servers which i play in Asia disappeared To the devs of the game Its been 8 years this bug still hasn’t gotten patch now to the devs kindly fix this bug as soon as possible Thanks

Too many problems with connection, when ranked is found I just see the window “disconnected” and that’s all. The damage from Ak became terrible, the only way to kill is headshot Ranked balance is so terrible, too many twinks, it’s a big problem too
Honest Review
First off, before I get into my full review, I want to say this is overall a really good game. I’ve been playing for about 2 months now, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed almost everything Critical Ops has to offer as a mobile shooter on iOS. The gameplay feels smooth, competitive, and fun, but there are still a few areas that could definitely be improved. One of the biggest disappointments for me was the Clan system. When I found out I could create a Clan, I was honestly excited, but after making one, it felt very underwhelming. Right now, it’s basically just a glorified friends list. There are no Clan Battles, Clan progression systems, rewards, unlockable emblems, special skins, or anything that gives players a reason to invest in their Clan. Spending 500 credits on something with so little functionality feels like a waste. The developers should really consider making Clans more interactive and rewarding. Another issue is the variety of game modes. I’m not sure if this is only on my server, but most of the time I only see Team Deathmatch and Defuse available publicly. Ranked and Bot matches don’t really count since they’re just variations of existing modes. I know custom games exist, but I don’t understand why more modes aren’t available in the public matchmaking rotation. Modes like Gun Game or Free For All would add a lot more variety and replay value. Also, hear me out on this one: Battle Royale. It doesn’t need to be massive like other games. Even a smaller-scale mode with around 20–30 players could work really well, especially using some of the larger maps already in the game. As for Ranked, we’re currently in Season 17 at the time of writing this review, and overall I do enjoy Ranked Defuse. However, there’s one thing that really frustrated me. I logged in and received a notification saying I lost 22 rank points because I had previously been in a lobby with cheaters. I understand the need to deal with cheating, and I fully support banning cheaters, but I don’t think legitimate players should be penalized for something another person did. Overall, I still think Critical Ops is a fun and enjoyable shooter with a lot of potential. I’ll definitely continue playing, and if the developers expand the game with more features and improvements, I’d gladly update this review in the future. Thanks for taking the time to read it.

Servers
I’m from the UK and I find it very hard to find a server to play on. Most are unplayable due to high ping in different continents. I’ve not been able to play a ranked match in over 2 weeks now as there’s no servers showing up. Needs to be sorted out.

Fix the servers. All the time i could have the best WiFi and best phone but i have 200 ping on any matches recently. And it was right after this new update too. I played a ranked game and every single person in the lobby had 300+ ping. Make it make sense please
BRING THE OLD ONE BACK
I hate this game now because it has hackers everywhere and every single person has a kid of more than 1 it used to be hard earned before a year the old crosshair was the best the gun recoil is very hard to control including the xd45 which used to be my favourite weapon even when people used rifles now the ak47 it is uncontrollable it feels like hell when you rejoin the game after a long time and I feel the difference of how the game used to be 8 months ago and now please bring the old critical ops back 😢

This games become so laggy and unplayable it lags for no reason even with the best device like the iPhone 16 pro max, also the updates are becoming worse and worse. Even making the season passes boring. If the lag was fixed and the game damage balance and gun recoil was fixed i wouldn’t mind playing competitively

Keep your spawn and players in check
Switching up the spawns isn’t a good idea and the game is incredibly toxic and aggressive and the spawn is so stupid because the enemy team can respawn right behind you it’s stupid and I couldn’t even enjoy the game because the players make the game horrible

My account name is grimre I have been playing the game for a long time and I never use to have a problem with cheaters, but lately there has just been a bizarre amount of cheaters. I wanted to make this review because i like the game a lot it would just be beneficial to the community if instead of adding these useless updates with bad skins and instead update your anti cheat to get rid of all these hackers it makes the game unplayable and I now know why there are so many c-ops YouTubers that quit. Please update the game and get rid of these cheaters.
