Notifications are not working
Notifications stopped working. Can’t tell when there are incoming messages without opening app.
We want it as it was before
Please please come back again like before 2011-2018 please we miss the app and it was very famous but now nobody use it because it’s not free now 😔we missed this app
Please revive a classic
This would be amazing as a consumer product. Revive BBM to its formal glory and become a competitor to iMessage and Whatapp. We need this!!
Love it!
Use to love Blackberry when it first came out decades ago. I use BBM for my family and friends. I personally feel the video calls and phone conversations through BlackBerry sound better than regular phone. The nostalgic feel of “way back” is great. Ofcourse don’t forget it’s the most secure way to message.
Wont let me create acc
It won’t let me create an account if I put in passwords it says the password is already exist. No matter what I type in even if it is a bunch of junk he tells me that it already exist. Won’t let me make an account.

Hello.. The application has started circulating in our region. We hope to add the podcast feature to all of our hosts. Thank you
Notification bug - Mute doesn’t work
Can’t mute individual conversations or group chats. The only solution is to disable all notifications. This functionality works in Android, I don’t know why it’s broken on iOS.

Request
We thank you for bringing the program back, but there are some missing features that we aspire to, which is to return the emoji in the keyboard and the ability to send a broadcast message to everyone as before. We hope to return these two features and we thank you for your cooperation

We want to send podcasts
We want to send the podcast to everyone just like before, and the best thing about BBM was to send the podcast. If this thing is not available, then there is no benefit from BBM. The basis of BBM is the podcast, and we hope to return it. Thank you.
Notification bug
I get a notification every once in a while saying new content is available. But when I open the app there are no new messages or notifications. This is really annoying and needs to be fixed.
Sad this is dwindling
Why is this being charged now?

BBM
I love BBM and have done for years. The new only available now is enterprise just as good but would love to see colour options for chats as mire bolder colours are better for the ageing eyes 😆 Also this update now does not show the text preview banner it only shows a BBM has been received on iphone7. Finally we often get beeps but messages don’t come through for a good while? Can this be addressed?
Add broadcast messages .

Dead company
Suggestion
Ok guys. Gif’s are a part of everyday life in 2020. Let’s add some support for them. Like the app otherwise. Using it for personal. Loved BBM back in the day. Having to pay for it is not ideal, let’s do something about that.
Old bbm
Please bring back the old BBM then everyone will download it !!!
No security when sharing.
The app does not ask for passcode when you are sharing media directly from photos. Please fix

Ah, BBM. I missed ya
BlackBerry Messenger Enterprise (or just BBMe) may not be as customisable as applications like WhatsApp, but it certainly makes for a good experience. Timed messages is a good idea if you want BBM to send a message at a particular time, although I wish it could be a set date and time. Another thing is the fact that dark mode doesn’t exist yet, and custom PINs have disappeared. Please, BlackBerry, if you can, add them to the enterprise version. While I’m sad to see BBM go, BBMe is the exact same, but with less of the social aspect, and more of the development focused on security - which I think should be the primary focus of every chat application.
No new message alerts
The app doesn’t alert to incoming messages in iphone 7. Increased focus should be placed on the improvement of the app outside of bb environment to ensure swift and efficient communications across platforms

Help
I need help. I’m on bbm (iPhone), with my friend that has a Blackberry. All of a sudden after 2 updates, I don’t get any alerts or sounds or notifications when he messages me. Can someone help with this inconvenience? I’d appreciate it. Oh yes, in my settings, everything is set to sounds and notifications. Thank you in advance.
