Schlanker Management Client für Dienstgeräte
Hat sich seit Jahren bei uns im dienstlichen Einsatz bewährt. Versorgt das Gerät zuversichtlich mit Policies und liefert Infos zurück. App wird ständig weiterentwickelt und ist dennoch nicht überladen. Killt im Vergleich zu vielen anderen nicht den Akku und hält den Datenschutz ein: nur technische Daten werden ausgelesen und mir User wird aufgelistet was ausgelesen werden kann. Entspricht das Gerät nicht den Richtlinien, zB weil Updates nicht gemacht oder Jailbreak runtergeladen, werden die dienstlichen Inhalte gesperrt-> so soll’s sein. Seit einiger Zeit auch mit Integration der Microsoft-App und Anbindung ans Azure. Bei der Performance des dienstlichen AppStores ist aber noch Luft nach oben. Fazit: weiter so, top! Alle die hier nur meckern solten mal Fehler40 googeln.

Ios26.2 just landed and all of a sudden the app stops working… now I have no access to my emails
Does what it is intended to do
People who are complaining probably never tried to set this app properly. Setting up this app is complicated and rightly so as this is an enterprise app. Once your setup is completed, this app will work just fine. There is a always a room for improvement and I would really prefer Face Login instead of entering the password every time in this app and it’s associated work apps.
Dumb ass application
It used to be simple. We used Apple mail and calendar. Then the company decided to use BB UEM... welcome to dumb ass system. Calendar works crappy, adding forwarded events always (!) give the wrong time zone. Attachments can not be added. The startup switches screens so many times... Opening other platforms (teams, zoom etc) regularly crashes as it doesn’t pass it on properly. What a dumb ass application

Quick and secure
The Blackberry apps give you quick access to your mail, appointments etc. Because of the security layers, the data is secure as well.

It needs investment and care as people are forced to use it.
Crap
What can I say, unfriendly, unstable and just plain rubbish. Limited functionality and total random behaviour when it comes to logging in. Sometimes face id works, the majority of times it doesn’t and you have to use the password. I now understand why Blackberry died
Touch ID doesn’t work
For the initial couple of times Touch ID worked. After that even if it’s on in settings, I still have to manually enter the password every time I login.
Could be better integrated
The app would be much more useful if for example the calendar was integrated into Siri. That way my Apple Watch could show me my next appointments.
Perfekte Schnittstelle zum UEM
Die App ist selbsterklärend und wird ständig weiterentwickelt. Mir sind die negativen Bewertungen unverständlich. Alle Geräte werden einwandfrei unterstützt. Kommt es doch einmal zu Fehlern während des Aktivierungsvorganges, liegt dies meistens an einer fehlerhaften Verbindung.
Non functional
It worked for a while but one day I was no longer authenticated and couldn’t log back in. Tried reinstalling & reregistering but I just get a useless numeric error code. Tech support couldn’t help. Once we got to “try factory resetting your phone” I just gave up.
Good in name only
Calling your app company Good does not make it so and this app is an example of that. Frequently locks out for no reason resulting in a lengthy reinstall process.
Grundsätzlich Super
Die App funktioniert generell und ich weiß nicht ob das Problem das ich habe an der App, iOS oder gar gewollt ist. Jedenfalls, nach einigen Stunden muss ich die VPN aus und wieder einschalten, ansonsten geht kein Internet mehr.

Works fine but needs update for larger screens
The app works fine and makes the deployment of MDM and BYOD BlackBerry services simple. However, it could use an update to render correctly on iPhone 6/6 Plus sized screens (4.7" and 5.5") as it looks like it was designed for the smaller iPhone SE sized screen. Also the status bar is coloured white when entering the password which against a white background makes it illegible. Thanks.
App is flakey, only way if issues is a factory reset!
I’m moving active directory domain so I need to deactivate and reactivate. I’ve followed the instructions (delete on self service and deactivate on app) but when I go to download and reactivate, it still had the old profile configuration that is not visible. Now the app starts up and says the app is deactivated. Every time I re-install the app I’ve looked online and found EMA-14818 as I’ve described and the workaround is to do a factory reset! No thanks, I’ll live without this app

Massively complicated and clunky. Face ID stopped working so now left with having to manually enter my password every time 😡
Awful Service
I am another victim of a corporate company enforcing archaic applications to satisfy some business dealings. The BlackBerry applications are extremely not user friendly. They are poor at providing me with my emails. Things were easier when it all ran through the default mail app. I would be more than happy to join the 21st century by switching over to Office 365, though!
Forced to use....
I have been forced to use an iPhone and now forced to use this app for work emails, contacts and calendar. I have no idea how this is even a thing, additional layers of complexity and total faff for a complicated and bloated interface...then they make me use blackberry UEM! Jokes aside, the iPhone has asked to change a passcode 3x in the 1.5hrs it has taken to setup the blackberry suite when I already had a working email, contact and calendar.
Lurks in background and kills your battery
According to my battery health status, this app is the one consuming the most battery. I seldom open it, it’s only required for some communications, yet it stays in background and has the most battery impact. In a period of one hour, it drained up to 60% of my battery, which poses an important question: is blackberry going to pay for the reduced lifespan of the phone? Stay away from this app unless mandated to install it. It will consume resources while hiding from your sight for no apparent reason.

Keeps crashing. Highly unstable and unusable. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Only using because of corporate IT mandate
