Segido se traba el saldo seguido esta en reparación las transacciones no se registran a tiempo derrepente aparece y luego se quitan cambiando el monto total de la cuenta la verdad ay otras apps con mejor sistema que esta app la uso porque tengo que pero la verdad estoy muy inconforme con esta app

Not so great
App is down often. Checks take forever to deposit. Transferring money between accounts is slow. Seems like the bank doesn’t want me to ever have access to my money. Other institutions banking apps are so much better.

The best bank on Earth
Never works
The app is great when it works but it’s constantly down. The app is unable to update over half the time. The whole point in the app is to be able to see how much money is in my accounts and view recent transactions but 60-70% of the time, the app is unable to load any of that information. If you ever wanted to just guess how much money you have/spent and not really know for sure then this app is perfect for you
Remote Deposit
Remote deposit software works very poorly. Rejects photos that are clearly visible. Would be helpful if it allowed a live person to evaluate them.
Communication is key!
This bank has made me feel like a part of a family. I am learning about even having a bank account and I have not done so well. But with learning it’s important to communicate even if it’s not comfortable at times and this bank has been very helpful when I need explanation on things I didn’t know. Doesn’t work more than half the time
Almost every time I open the app my account doesn’t refresh. You will have no idea if a payment has gone through until days later. Horrible app, I will be switching banks.
Slow & getting slower?
I have been using the app for a few years now, and it might just be the slowest banking app that I have ever used. It almost never updates balances correctly upon loading in and needs a few extra minutes and maybe a few refreshes to update. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Except it has now been 4 days since any of my balances have updated. Not sure if I should blame the app or the bank, since it’s on their windows app and website as well. If it continues to happen regularly I’ll probably just switch banks.
Mobile deposit has something to be desired
Overall, the app is good. But the mobile deposit is very finicky. By the time I try literally a dozen times to get a check deposited via mobile. I could’ve run to the bank and had it deposited. It keeps rejecting the backside of the check. I’ve had other bank accounts that have never been so finicky on mobile deposits.

It would be a good solid no frills app, if it EVER worked. 7 out of 10 times I use it I get “error for cashmere valley bank” . FIX YOUR GARBAGE.
Fix all buggings
Still has errors to update even after waiting 24 hours to make sure that the correct balance shows and it still doesn’t show.

Mobile Deposit
I did a mobile deposit on a Friday night because I needed the funds asap and I live in Oregon. The funds were not available till Monday. I called and asked if they could cancel the transaction so I could drive to the nearest CVB on Saturday to deposit the check but they said it cannot be cancelled. Very inconvenient!!!
Used to be so good
This app used to be great. Now I can’t even sign back into my account it’s locked me out of it because of an update that it won’t do. I go to the app and it says you need to update. So I go to the Apple store and it says open. I’ve updated all I can update. I’m really learning to hate this app which is making me hate the bank.

I highly recommend Cashmere Valley Bank. Best ono we’ve ever used.
This app and bank is terrible
If I could give negative stars I would, the app doesn’t always update correctly as money comes out of your account so if you think you have money sometimes you don’t. The app does not work at least three times a week, causing you to not be able to see how much money you have or transfer anything and sometimes not let you use the card at all. This is the worst bank I have ever used and if you are thinking about using it, don’t!

The workers at Cashmere Valley always go out of their way to help you. It’s a. Wonderful Bank. so nice that there’s so many locations that you were able to.visit if problem

Not happy
App is always having an error, it’s never updating with correct balances. And yea my phone is up to date and the app is up to date and I have removed the app and re installed. Same thing no difference.
New phone to accommodate CVB software.
Still unhappy w need to upgrade in order for your choice of software to work. As far as your upgrade is concerned - the need for “cloud” storage and operation needs time to be evaluated. I preferred the small town operation of Teller to Client , more secure in my opinion!
Buggy. Constant error messages, balance changes up and down randomly.
Used to be a good app. Balances shown were accurate and updated instantly. Now? The last 6-8 months transactions will disappear for a day or two after having shown originally, then show back up. Balances will go up or down randomly. Will get a message that my balance has gone below the limit I had set, only for it to be above the limit the next day. What once was a good app is now just junk.

Don’t like app. Don’t like bank.
The app has CONSTANT errors. Error updating balance. All. The. Time. I’m very unhappy with this bank in general. It’s completely unacceptable to be so constantly unable to get an accurate balance. It worked briefly this morning after not working all weekend. And now I looked and the last updated balance was ten hours ago and “error updating balance.” Ridiculous!! The SECOND you leave the app to look at something on your phone and come immediately back to the banking app, you have to login again. There should be some measure of time where that doesn’t happen. This bank has been quite difficult to work with in general. Here’s a hint, when someone dies, the LAST people to tell is the bank. That said, the app was my last straw with this bank (and it’s only been two weeks). I will be taking all the money out, closing all accounts, and going elsewhere. To a bank where there’s an app that works! And access to my bank accounts with accurate and updated balance information AT ALL TIMES!!!!
