Challenges Issue
My ongoing challenges are not opening. I want to check where I stand but they are not opening since last week.
3Stars because !!
Good app, good cause… Hate the part that I’ve to watch an add before donating my steps. Also there should be a way to donate coins also, example I have more than 10K coins and I don’t want to shop anything.
Rakesh Rachala
I really loved the application
Ads in the app, don’t install it
Useless advertising shown in the application. It is shameful to use it
Good
Its a bit hard to figure out how to use it at first but when your used to it its great and i feel very proud for my donation
From last 10-12 days my streak is not increasing.
From last 10-12 days my streak is not increasing. Very poor app. I updated the latest update still not working
App crashing post 34.3 version update
App unable to load keeps on crashing, tried deleting and reinstalling, issue still not sorted
Very good
Ian enjoying walking, joging
Ads to donate steps
Seriously, ads to donate steps. Are you kidding
Multiple crashes after recent update
I’ve been using this app for almost an year now and had a great experience so far until the recent update where the store feature was added and updated the authentication. Now the app crashes everytime I try to launch and opens the authentication window and after trying to login it keeps loading and never loads. Up on hard closing the app and reopen it launches the Home Screen. Not able to see the donate option from the last week or so. Please help to fix these issues and resolve
Bad updates
The recent update is the worst. The streaks have stopped updating, its still stuck on the same day it got an update. Half of the tabs dont work. The home page interface is so chaotic, i just want to see my step count and streak simple and upfront.
App not working
After I updated the app recently, the app isn't working at all. Please fix the problem at the earliest.
Excellent
Excellent
worst app
worst support no app o have seen such a pathetic support 2025 aug i had registered and completed one fitness challenge till now noo reward i have seen
New update
New update keeps kicking me off each time I login and I have to reset my settings each time. Please fix it. Until then this app was working well.
Mr Naveen
App is good in beginning day now it was worst app I personally feel it from past 6 months some off family person also told that but now I am believe that because I feel it what I before said and also I had doubt they are not letting send money to trust finally I was down dis maker was now days it was worst in trust
Crashing
App crashing one day or other and data doesn't tally with Apple apps
App crashing
It a great app. App was working fine till yesterday night IST. Updated and it started crashing. Pl check.
Not working
The app is not working with iPhone Air. Not sync the watch data with apps
Need to open the app every 24 hours
Why do i have to come online everyday and donate the steps within 24 hours. Why cant this be automated to donate the steps at the end of the day based on my steps.
Major Glitch in points credits
The app does not convert the steps into points as it used to earlier. It simply crashes after the ads play out. This new update has messed up the points to charity.
Not working properly
Nice one
App not working
While clicking on impact icon app it is coming out automatically
Steps are not updating on time
Since the latest update happened, steps are not getting updated properly. Have to wait for hours to see the recorded steps. Kindly fix it asap
This is a great app, but may I suggest one change
This app is great because all I have to do is workout like normal and give back to those who need it most. I adore this concept! Although, there are some days I become busy and logging in may slip my mind and it’s too late for daily donations. Could there be a feature update to donate automatically to charity? That would set this app apart from others by light years.
Optimise for apple
Kindly opmise the app for apple devices. Works really poorly on apple
App crashing after yesterday’s update
Am not able to open app, it’s just crashed and shuts itself within 5-10 seconds.. Fix this issue on priority Seems like some issue with your latest update
Why No Monthly report
It is very disappointed that iPhone users will not get monthly reports
Too frequent updates
Every other day,an update is released and it keeps on popping. It is so annoying.Cant you guys club all bug fixes and update and update once in a month?
V nice app for health and donation
I have no complaint in the functioning and how it works. However my question is if I can switch phones how to use the same profile on the new phone? I recently switched after using the app for nearly an year. And all the old badges and data have gone for a toss.
Ads are ruining the experience
I have used this app on and off for a few years. I have loved the ease of tracking steps and workouts that my company turns into a donation but the current version presents an advertisement before I can donate steps. Having to watch an ad before donating steps has ruined the altruistic nature of the app. There is no benefit for the user nor the charities that I can see.
App crashes
Facing issues on iPhone 17 Pro. App isn’t getting opened. Immediately getting forced exit when opened. Please help solve this issue asap!
Good
Good experience with this app
Around 23000 coins missing, Break my trust, bye.Be business or charity.
App itself stolen my coins, I earned around 33000 coins. It is showing now 10000 coins.. I’m a consistent walker.. But now it’s a bad thing.. Why you are doing so.. Don’t u see before active participant or not ? Bye
Amazing concept! Would be nice to have other wearable integrations!
I have an iPhone but I wear a Fitbit! Would be nice to have Fitbit integration to track more accurate steps!
App error
When I open the app it says upgrade required and shows the icon for AppStore. When I click it nothing happens and I can’t upgrade
Update
Since the update my workouts are not being added to the total money raised which is very frustrating I was advised to log out and then log in again but the app will not open to allow me to it keeps disappearing 🤬🤯
Impact is making impact on health with charity
Impact application is excellent one for charity and I love it and proud to be a PRO member since its existence. Kudos to the Team Impact for doing social service with charity and improving the health of the followers. Really Great and Awsome💐🙏🏽
Tooo much ads
Whenever I think about donating to Steps, I get ads on ads instead of donations, but donations are not happening, Steps. And they are making the worst apps with over ads. Take those ads and put them somewhere. Erri p………..pam👺
Indoor workout
I love this app a lot but only drawback if I start workout it not backing up from my iwatch but for passive workouts it’s backing up
Not able to donate steps, takes me to a blank screen
Bad user experience
Great concept but buggy application
Intent and actual impact of app is great only when it works and many times it doesn’t consider steps donated in actual donation. So I think they need to have better sync of account activity
Love this app
I did some research to find out if this was true and it is!!! It might not donate a lot at a time but it adds up and could really make a difference
App crash after latest update
The app is crashing after the new update. Please fix this
Needs little improvement and add new features
This app doesn’t count steps indoor and also doesn’t sync with wearables. I workout in gym but those workouts are not counted.
Donate screen blurs most of the times, hence lost most of my steps
Screen blurs
It’s good but not smart
It’s not supporting the Apple Watch. Every day I walk more then 10,000 steps. But as I don’t carry mobile every time . It’s not able to count.
