New Update needs help
Please fix this app! This is an app that our family uses numerous times a day but since the last update it never updates the balance and transactions and it only will show me my balance from days ago. Help!!!!
Mobile deposit clunky For older folks
As a tech savvy, but older person, I find it absolutely impossible to get the check perfectly positioned and then tap the screen once (to move to the next step apparently, as there are no directions for this). Then you have to tap the screen again to actually take the picture. Two problems with this: the direction says to tap the button, and there is no button! It should say tap the screen. I could not accomplish this without having another person come into the room and tap the screen for me. Otherwise, I love the app and it works quite well and intuitively.

The check capture window does not fit with checks making it difficult to make deposits
Glitching
App is constantly glitching where transfers and viewing my account balances are unavailable. At night the website and the app are down for updating and maintenance frequently which is pretty inconvenient when there isn’t a time frame specified.
Only bank I trust
I love this bank and the people who work there. They have always been so friendly and authentically care about each and every customer I can’t speak highly enough of this bank and the people there especially the hermitage location but all locations seem to have the same caring atmosphere your not just a customer to them you truly feel like family

Not the best
The basic functionality of this app is fine. But the mobile deposit feature, which for us is the most important part, is barely functional. Deposits are consistently rejected due to “the amount you entered does not match” when I. Reality you just need to get the angle of the photograph to a point that the app can handle. Every deposit consistently takes 3-4 attempts before it is finally accepted.
Intermittent Operation
This is a useful app to manage my bank account when it’s operating properly. I find it often cannot connect the accounts. I also find myself having to reset my passwords more often than other banking apps.

Unable to use app due to can’t update
I have used the app for a year but now it requires an update but I can’t update because my phone doesn’t have the required iOS. There needs to be a way to bypass the update and still use my app. This needs to be fixed.

Why the lag??
Why can’t ALL transactions be updated INSTANTLY just like every other bank app?? I don’t understand the delay over weekends or evenings or when physical banks are closed. It’s like the app doesn’t work well unless someone is manning it during normal bank business hours. With the tech age we live in, it’s just frustrating.

This is lame… I was able to use the app until the update now I can’t use it since I don’t have a new iPhone. Lame. WB&T developers go back a step.

I like the app but think it would be excellent if they had a running total after every purchase/deposit so I don’t have to use my brain so much to make sure the balance is correct hah.

Only iOS 17 or greater
My phone does not have iOS 17 and therefore I cannot update my app.My phone says there are no updates available.

Mobile App
I have an older iPhone and it will not handle the 17.1 update to run the app, therefore I cannot access the online banking via the app. NOT convenient. Customer Service suggested I get a new phone.

I’ve had a great experience using the Wilson Bank consumer app. The app is simple to navigate, reliable, and makes managing my accounts quick and convenient. I especially appreciate features like mobile deposit, transfers, and the ability to easily monitor transactions. Everything is organized clearly, and I rarely have issues logging in or accessing what I need. Wilson Bank also provides excellent customer service, which makes the overall banking experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenient banking with a personal touch.
Update not working
I’ve been stuck on a screen saying “completing app update” for 10 minutes. Do I keep the app open? I don’t have time for this.

Wilson has served us for over 11 years without an issue or problem EVER. I can’t say the same for other banks in America. WB&T will do what is needed to take care of us. I have no reason to think about moving to another bank. If you are thinking about a bank to move to, think about Wilson Bank & Trust. You will be glad you did.
New update is a problem
I can’t get into my app now? It just says “completing app update” and I can’t get past that screen even though it’s been updated as much as possible. Please help!

Tried to open my WBT account on my iPhone this morning and am told I need an app update. I can’t update your app; my phone won’t accommodate iOS 17. What are your bank customers going to do? Looks like buy a new phone or find a new bank? Terrible banking decision!!!
