Slow, often fails to update linked accounts. Basically a time consuming, value destroying piece of garbage.

Just always behind on stuff being taken out and when you transfer money from one account to other it sometimes doesn’t do it or takes a day for it to go in that that’s from my account to my account
It’s ok
I don’t like the fact that almos every time I try to log on with my iPad, that I have registered many times, I have to have a code sent.

App never works spent a hour today try fix this . Worked once now I can’t log in try to rest mum ok password now it Doesn’t accept my username . Worst app ever why have it you can’t login . Time switch banks I need once that works not one works once every couple years.

Like the new app just wish the app supported Apple Pay.
Cannot use cards with new update
Cannot use card where there is a processing fee. Have called 3 times cannot get any answers.

Loading time is bad
This app takes way too long to load. You have to go in and out of it so many times just to get into it.
New Volunteer Bank App
The new app is much better than the last one. It takes less clicks to do the same thing.
Laggy
Volunteer Bank discontinued their original app and switched to this one. This is such a downgrade, it’s pretty shocking. Switching between tabs is very laggy. There is also something about the look of the UI and general layout that is unpleasant compared to the original. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I am not a fan.

Great app- much better than the last one.
if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
this app is not better compared to the original, it’s actually much worse. I’ve had so many issues with the transfer and with this bank in general. also can’t use Apple Pay with the new cards or app anymore. not really sure what the thought process was behind the switch, I’m starting to think there wasn’t one. if you’re considering this bank, don’t.

Anytime a company I do business with makes changes, I usually get nervous. This app is truly an upgrade and so user friendly! I use it every day multiple times a day!
NEW APP IS HORRIBLE
Doesn’t tell you who took money out or where the debit was from. Just that it was ACH withdrawal or debit. I’ll switch banks over this and I’m a long time customer along with family
I am planning on using Volunteer Bank indefinitely.
