Lumos update lukt niet
Heel tevreden over de helm, tot de laatste update niet meer lukt en de helm vastloopt. Onmogelijk nog op te starten en behoorlijk frustrerend! Er wordt aan gewerkt zeggen ze bij Lumos maar deze helm kost genoeg om dergelijke fouten niet te hebben! Op dit moment dus een onbruikbare helm die vast loopt in updatemodus en niet te gebruiken is
Good helmet but…
Good helmet but when it is to cold outside (starting at 5•Celsius and lower) the connection between press-pad and helmet doesn’t work. This means the direction indicators don’t flash at the back off helmet. I’m glad to help with translation to Dutch. Do you use a translation site to do so?
Non funge più
Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app non si apre nemmeno più (iPhone 12 pro) resta in una schermata semi trasparente di avvio e non dà alcuna possibilità di venire a contatto con il proprio casco. Potete fixare?

Useful and intuitive!
I received the Lumos helmet last March for my 30th birthday, and I instantly fell in love with it! I immediately found it very comfortable and very easy to pair up with my iPhone. I have received a lot of positive feedback from drivers on the road and many were surprised to see such an innovative helmet and frequently asked me where I had bought it. The remote is very useful but, for the times when I forgot to charge it, the app on the phone proved to be very useful as well: whenever that would happen, I would simply position my phone in a small glove box which I positioned on my bike handles and keep the app open in order to activate my flickers. Thumbs up for this wonderful invention!!!

Oggi ho comprato il casco e iniziato ad usare. Sul casco nulla da dire ma la app è davvero un disastro. Difficile, complicata e non intuitiva. Ma la cosa davvero negativa è che se la installi, su Apple Watch rimane sempre aperta e non c’è verso di chiuderla. Ho dovuto ovviamente rimuoverla. Un disastro
