Don’t get waste of money
I used this to study for the FTCE exam and social science 6-12 exams. This app was a complete waste of money. Nothing they practiced you on was relevant. The videos they gave you, quizzes, and practice exam were relevant to the information you are tested on. Again, this is a complete waste of money. Do not use this app.
Interface needs Updating
User interface is bare bones and glitches sometimes. Feels like I’m back on my iPhone 4. I’m using it to study for the GACE and the course content is great, but I wish the app was a little more user friendly.
Customer service is non existent
I wish I could speak to someone about the issues I’m having, but no one answers the phone or responds to emails.
Missing
This site is simple straightforward, and useful. It makes no sense so much is missing from the app. AND DO NOT BUY FROM ETS PRAXIS. You will get ripped off and there is no refund regardless of the circumstances.
Study Smarter
I’ve come across 3 different types of NCMHCE either free or “in -app purchases/subscriptions. Although the format of the exam consists of 11 or so Case Studies that essentially build off of one another, while hitting the core principles of that name a competent clinician, I find the multiple choice style of questions to be helpful and informative in that it you LEARN while you PRACTICE (simulation exam). Pretty pricey app, but very well developed ! #🙏🏽

I subscribed for two months to study for my Elementary Ed Licensure tests (ORELA) and I aced both! A little spendy for a college student but worth it in my opinion.
Great… when it works
It’s formatted mostly well & is easy to understand the lessons with the videos & reading options. However the technical issues are ridiculous. Multiple times its crashed and given me an error that “Video lessons are not part of my plan”. Every time I’ve had to just sit and wait for it to work again. Usually a day or two. When you’re studying for exams those one or two days can make or break you. Plus there have been multiple errors of questions being on quizzes for incorrect chapters, quizzes loading too many questions and freezing, having to close out the app in the middle of a quiz and progress being erased etc. All of these problems on a course that costs $77 a month is absurd.
Misleading advertising costs
When you pay the FULLEST amount you get a great and useful product that allows for quizzes and practice tests liked is advertised in the large print
Very user friendly
I love the short videos explanations as well as, the quizzes of each part of a chapter. It makes it super easy to remember and understand the lessons. The app is easy to use and I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for another way to study, just like my friend recommended it to me. Thank you for creating this app!
No way to cancel from the app
I wasn't able to cancel from the app and it wasn't a free 7 day as stated... I was charged three months before i even figured out how to cancel not to mention.

Taking practice exams on the app is very buggy
Depends on course
Basing this off one of the math courses I am taking being ridiculously hard. Lesson is short with not much of an example showing the work. Some quiz and tests questions left me confused. It resulted in me backtracking to a textbook and Google to find the work necessary to get the answers.

If it wasn’t a necessity….
There is not a single “educational” app or format that fills me with more rage than this one. I have to take two classes from this joke of a place and their information in the courses is so over-simplified, out-dated, and subjective, that it is nearly impossible to even guess what they think correct answers are. And if you need to take the final exam in the class?? Get ready for the most explosively annoying experience in your education. They take pictures of your driver’s license and then the system freezes and you have to start all over again. It’s like they want you so angry that you won’t do well on the final. I reported problems with information presented and they proceeded to change the answer but not the question. If you can avoid this, take a class anywhere else and save yourself the intense aggravation.
Need to focus on the situation fast!
Thanks for allowing people to pay through iTunes but when I have to sign up for the first time, it tells me to pay $300 or more for 3 months. You should have more options like one month or 2 months, it that way, people who are using the app can get to know more about it and they can continue their membership. In that way, you can also get feedback on improving your app and membership. And also if possible, try to add a free trial for a week. Also please please try to make the cost for 1 month($50 CAD) only for onetime purchase on more. It will be a great help to me and others using this app.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good app if you want to expand your knowledge for school or for your personal use. My good God 95 dollars a month??!!! You wild’n! Why are you charging people 95 a month? Education is essential and it should be free. I'm disappointed that I have to delete the app because I really enjoyed using it up until now.

I tried to cancel three times they never emailed me back about the videos, not working and I still want my money back. They have no way to get in contact with them.
Amazing content!
Study.com is an incredible, student-friendly, thorough program, and the courses have lessons with the student’s choice of videos and/or transcripts to learn content. Another awesome feature is that there are quizzes at the end of every single lesson to practice and get instant feedback, as well as tests for larger chapters or sections to review in more depth. Highly recommend!
Horrible
I keep trying to restart my membership but it keeps declining. What a waste of my time. No merchant I've ever used is this bad at denying services. And horrible response times across the board. Deserves more 1-star reviews.

It’s a good app, it really helps me learn better and everyday after school when I don’t know what I learned in class I use the study.com app and it lets me review and take practice quizzes. I passed on all of my exams soo thx a lot u guys really saved me 💕
Used to love the app
I used this app for another exam I had and it worked great on my phone and computer. It even worked through most my studying for my new exam. It is now giving me errors on the app stating “you don’t pay for membership with videos” this is not true I pay premium. The app and website used to both work for me. Now I only have articles on the website and the app is not working. Hoping to get this rectified as my exam is up coming. Very disappointed I have paid so much for this service to stop working.

Worth the Money
I used the study.com app to prep for the CLAD and single-subject CSETs for English and Social Sciences. I passed all three!
Feedback
This app is completely anti user friendly. Versus a complete flash card set they are separated into categories with only two terms then you have to go into each set. Quizlet style would include a complete set. Same with video. Versus being able to watch consecutive videos they are 4-5 minute videos in categories that you have to exit each then go into subject topic.
Excellent content!
I used this to study for an art history final this semester and it was amazingly helpful. The content explained is simple and easy to remember. I would recommend this app to anyone needing help to study. My only issue is that it is quite expensive ($24.99/mo) for a college student like me to afford. As its not a required scholarly source for my schooling paying $25 a month is a little much. I did buy the monthly membership because I do genuinely find it really helpful.i learned more about my lessons from here than I did all semester in my lectures haha
Not functional
App stopped working months ago and no updates from the company; no courses loading, error after error. Sad because the content is good— but, obviously not the tech side
App is okay
I use the site more than the app; it is good for watching the videos and taking quizzes and chapter tests on. The website gives you more than just the video transcript - some lessons have more detailed lesson along with the video transcript, which helps with the quizzes as the videos don’t covert everything that is in the detailed lesson. I just read one lesson that had vocabulary and definitions at the end of the transcript - I wish all lessons had that - it is very helpful. I would recommend signing into the site for studying instead of using the app.

the actual app itself is good, but when i installed it, i was told i had to pay around $25 and instead got $44 out of my bank. It was only supposed to take bit by bit every month. Again, app and its information is good but TOOK MY MONEY
Missing content
I have noticed that in the app you can access the additional written content of each lesson. You can only read the transcript. Also it seems the written content should be included in the quizzes.

Only useful for students
This app does not allow my to access the classrooms that I have set up for my students. Not useful at all.

Good education app but bloody expensive, and they charge extra money by showing US dollar price and charge more CAD.

No customer service!!
I purchased this app to study for a Praxis exam. Money was taken out of my account but I was never able to log in to use the app. I tried the reset link many times and it never sent me a reset email. I sent in several customer service tickets and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing and upsetting. There is no real person to call or talk to which is terrible customer service. St this point I just want a refund for my purchase.
