What they complain about

- Way too expensive for features
- Login and sign-up are broken
Surprised
Honestly, I was surprised. I had set up a couple alerts in the app and then kind of forgot about it. Like a month later I get a notification and sure enough it had caught the price drop I was looking for. The app itself isn’t the most polished or intuitive to use. But it does work!
Just bad
Firstly there is a hard cap on the number of searches you have a month that is not communicated with the user when subscribing. Secondly my account didn’t receive full service for the month I was subscribed for. I somehow have 6000/1000 searches used for month. App is complete garbage
Allow the web browser to login
It would be good if you could ‘login’ to a website and then setup the thing you want to monitor.
No local checks, GET only, no headers
2,5/5. I’m building an iOS shortcuts that has already all what it lacks, local checks, any HTTP methods, custom headers. To expensive for what it is.
Super App, funktioniert einwandfrei
Leider viel zu teuer. Ich finde es schade, dass es kein Preismodell gibt, das für Endkunden ausgerichtet ist. Ich würde gerne für den Service bezahlen, aber über 16 € ist mir definitiv zu viel im Monat dafür.
Takes the time and worry out of monitoring a site
I absolutely love this App! I used it to monitor stock on a hard to get Canyon E bike. I set up one monitor to for the back in stock notification and another for the availability. It is easy and intuitive to set up the notifications. You can choose precise items of a webpage to monitor and how often you want them checked. Before using the app I was relying on me remembering to check the site every few hours throughout the day. Once I had the monitors in place, though, I could stop worrying and the notifications came straight to my phone and watch. I absolutely recommend this 100%!
Did Not Function
I downloaded the app and started a subscription with a 10 min refresh time on a website that does random merchandise drops. Unfortunately the app did not pick up up when the drop happened, I caught it first by monitoring the web page for about 2 hours and manually refreshing every 5 minutes myself. Afterwards, it unfortunately never sent a ping or detected the new merchandise, so it just did not pick up activity that occurred.
Worthless
I wanted to use this to keep track for a product page that has not yet released. I started the free trial, which allowed a minimum interval of 10 minutes to check each site. Every ten minutes it showed I received two emails, one showing me the part of the page I was monitoring one way, then a second way, informing me that it had changed, when in fact the page hadn’t changed at all. I tried everything I can to narrow the part of the page I needed to track, but I never could get it to work. It must work for someone, but it did not work for me.
Works great, if you take the time to understand and test the various elements and settings
While this may present as a simple solution, it works best when you spend time tweaking and testing your site monitoring. I’ve been able to set things up right in order to avoid missing things as well as false alarms. If you use this for business or for finding valuable items in a competitive market then it’s well worth the price. My only wishes right now is for there to be an Apple Watch app that I could use to at least see previews of monitor alerts without having to necessarily open my phone to check. Or for the visual preview seen in the email notifications to also be shown in the text notifications and through the webhook interfaces. The visual part is important to me so that would be huge.
Free trial prevents you from cancelling
Won’t let me cancel my subscription. I tried clicking the cancel subscription button, takes me to the App Store but shows no pop up. I also tried deactivating the account and it sends me to a web browser and it says “Cannot get settings / account”.
Doesn’t receive app notification anymore
Not sure why but I don’t receive the notification on my phone. Defeat the purpose of the app.
Good
It is very usefull and beneficial for me as a call center agent so that i will be aware of new chats that comes and alert me
lol waaaaaay too expensive
$15/mo is the cheapest plan? Wow. Just. Wow.
Can’t even do the basics right
Really really really buggy for something that wants $35 a month. There’s a sign-IN with Apple ID button, but if you want to sign UP first it doesn’t give you that option, its email only. Then, when you try to sign up by email it tells you that the email has already been used (it hasn’t). THEN, when you try to reset your password on that email (in case it was already used), it asks if you want to sign up with that email. If you click yes/submit nothing actually happens. Fantastic. Finally was able to sign up/log in with my apple id on my phone, but still can't sign in with that on the browser. Lovely.
The BEST there is…
I don’t usually write app reviews but try to give props to indie devs when I can. This is by far the best way to track websites for changes - not only for products. The upgraded version is totally worth every penny. I have monitoring running on my Mac in Chrome with NordVPN running as an extension. This way my entire machine isn’t on a VPN, only Chrome during monitoring so I don’t get locked out of retailers like Newegg or Asus that love to IP ban. If any button goes from “out of stock” or “auto-notify” to “add to cart” I get a push notification via the app, an email and a text. It’s just another tool to try and beat the bots! Love this developer and love this app! Wish I had known about it years ago…. Will continue to support them via the paid version! Dev- THANK YOU! Don’t ever stop!
“Oops there’s an error”
I can’t create a login because I keep getting that error. I can’t use the app without first making a login.
Excellent support
They deserve 5 stars. I had a bug with the visual viewer on the app and they fixed it within 24 hours! Great developers!
Oops something went wrong
Can’t get passed sign-in. When I went to create username I tried 30 different names and all say “oops something went wrong please try again”
Works great
Works as advertised
Push notifications stopped working
Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 16 the push notifications don’t work
Always alerts and support has been great
I use Distill to track rare product inventory. I’ve been able to purchase a lot of rare products thanks to this app using either the whole page or select part of page monitor. It alerts me by this app as well as discord webhooks. I’ve also used the email and text alerts which worked great but they were redundant as the other alerts were plenty. Tip: set your distill notification banner style to persistent so you never miss an alert. I contacted support to help me monitor a difficult page since I’m not a web developer and they quickly provided me with the JavaScript needed to monitor the product. I highly recommend this app.
Charged for cancelling free trial
Why was I charged $6.48 for cancelling the the 7 day free trial when I was only two days into it?
I’ve used it for years it’s great
You need to use the chrome extension first, but this is a great app to track what it’s doing and reports
IAP Garbage
Learn python instead of paying this trash app for notifications.
Works perfectly as described
Got a sound, notification, and text right when it noticed a change. Functions perfectly as far as I can tell.
Scammers
They offered 7 days demo but once put my card information immediately they charged me.
