My bestie uses Vodacom saw me struggling with buying data and asked why don’t I have the Cell C app she connected me to her hotspot, me helped me download the Cell C app and viola 🥰🥰😍
Broken beyond use
Bundles chosen and purchased are not the ones you receive; customer care says there’s nothing they can do. “Something went wrong” always pops up when trying to claim connect4free. Useless. Go with another cell provider

Finally a CellC app ! 😃👍 .... Love it but I have one major suggestion: Finger print entry that remembers your username / password as nothing is more annoying than having to input all that data again when we have technology that can do that for you already 😏 ..... otherwise excellent network .... ❤️ your LTE speeds .... Keep up the good work 😎👍

There’s always an issue whether paying with card or airtime. If the service provider has problems then think of all the problems the client will experience.

Worst App ever
Downloaded the app a few days ago after purchasing cell-c data sim… keep purchasing data that doesn’t load on actual sim-10x tries later tried switching to ussd and still no luck. Makes sense why I’ve been an mtn subscriber for decades- cell c is terrible
App is not working
The app is not working as expected. I used to claim free data now it does not want me to claim it keeps on saying connection error, i can’t even use the free sms. Kindly look into this matter

Downgrade
This app sucks.You can’t even data share in the app anymore.it always has to take you to an external website 🚮.

Since my last update I can't login to the app at all, it keep telling me you're offline. I have tried uninstalling and install again but didn't help. I am fed up with this app.

This app is just pathetic. User friendly it’s not. Cant amend names for linked numbers to different branches. It’s crazy. I had all business and personal going through cellc. That’s changing.

The app doesn’t work, I have deleted and reinstalled it multiple times but nothing. I have also reported the matter to customer service several times but still nothing
Awful UI/UX design
Cell c needs to change their designers when it comes to this app, so many glitches , it’s nearly impossible to use some functions because they are just not interactive…I could not even sign up because there was no button to press enter or continue after putting the OTP!. All in all…this app is dismal…do something cell c.

Endless regular issues with this app- logins, payment problems, unclear messaging etc. List goes on. Do yourself a favour and use another network

Not good
Bad signal yet phone says 2 bars LTE, connectivity drops. Phone calls/WhatsApp calls constantly have bad signal, but there’s a tower down the road from me. Data costs R13.5 per GB, insane. And then at the same time in a different menu it’s R59 for 1GB, unbelievable. Their *147# menu is buggy.
A great app
Not sure what else I would want it to do. Very happy with what the app offers, plus I discovered today that you could send data from a contract number to a PAYG number. Excellent.

This app is horrendous man, I can’t even log in. Fix the app, cause slowly you’re losing me as a customer who has been around since the genesis of the network.
