Mike
Pretty damn easy, nailed the name for sure.
Garbage
Sick and tired of it not being able to get it to connect to my phone without screwing around with it for hours!
Ez link
I enjoy when it works
Oil pressure
I’ve been asking for a oil pressure reading for the last 5 years with nothing
Connection Issues
Not sure why I am unable to connect to easy link. Very frustrating especially since I just had it done.
Ezlink
As soon as I figure out where my new tune was, it was so easy to use turn it on, downloaded it and took care of the new program
Garbage ALL THE WAY AROUND.
Reach out on the chat only to be ridiculed and no help at all. You think these goofs would at least have respect for a mechanic of 25 years. Put the tune in and the trans wants to run 25-30 degrees hotter, shifts too much, can’t get help from these fools regarding the elementary tunes…. Like everything else, I’ll do it myself.
Love Auto Agent!
I’ve been using Auto Agent in my truck for several years. It’s the best one I’ve ever seen and I’m incredibly happy with it. Would highly recommend!
Bills dually
Didn’t get the fuel mileage increase that was predicted and has a re-occurring issue with turning off the exhaust brake and occasionally decreasing power under prolonged heavy pulling. Otherwise runs well.
Connectivity
Hardly ever connects on its own. Always have to unplug it
Ex link
Would highly recommend works great
Buggy software
It seems like there’s a software update every two weeks and it never fails to break the connection to your vehicle. They need better quality control, the developers that is.
SOTF
I would give it 5 stars if I could ever get the SOTF switch to work.
AutoAgent3
Very simple to install
Connectivity
New update and I can’t connect to my truck.
Good product!
For the most part I love this app and tuner. It’s got great options, easy to use and love the DTC and IO functions. The only issues I’ve had are occasional connectivity problems. I’ve been able to solve these by Power cycling, but I would love it if this issue was looked into a little bit. But overall great and I would recommend.
Ford f350
Best tune that I bought truck runs great also fuel economy went up a lot thanks for all the help to the technicians that they provide
So far? No I don’t like it
It doesn’t do what I’ve been told it was good to do
2010 ford 6.4l
Awesome product just hated that the agent disconnected from my phone on step 6 of the running and had to start all over. Would be nice to have a cord to connect directly to a phone
Always ready!!
I love Auto Agent! If I have any issues, I’m able to diagnose it and reinstall software and get rolling again. This is the best of the best!
Review
Wish I never got this whole system
Great app
Great app overall super easy to use. Would love to see split screen support for iPads in a future update also support for Apple CarPlay would be handy
Hopeful for the future.
I hope the lifetime tunes that I bought when I bought my Auto Agent 2.0 back in 2019 stand the test of time I hope that I can continue to get lifetime tunes and I hope that when regulations change and Kory can write tunes for emissions, free vehicles again that those tunes will still be available with what I paid for. Thanks for all your hard work. I really do appreciate it Kory and all the other guys and girls EZ Link PPEI have a good one.
Disgruntled
Never fkn connects. Always a fight
Auto agent
Better than expected 👍🤠👍
Easy beans!
Love this device!!
It’s ok
App is good but unless you disconnect phone from the vehicle it fights with what is actually connected. Pita to forget phone use this app then have to reconnect the phone to the vehicle
Wish it worked with CarPlay
I love the app and the whole EZ Lynk system however I sure wish it would work with CarPlay so we didn’t need another monitor in the vehicle.
Customer Support
Moises was an all star! Huge help, stayed on the line with me till we got the issue resolved!
Support issues
After buying this programmer, and using it for 2 years or so, a new tune came out. When I called and asked about it, I was told they couldn’t support me because I was in Canada. Probably shouldn’t have sold me lifetime package at the lifetime package price if they can’t support that for Canadians.
Awesome app just one issue
Works great have it on two trucks only thing I would like to see is apple car play compatibility so gauges would show on my dodge media screen then it defiantly would be 5 stars
Da boss
Man o man I/we have been using this product company for 10 plus years never and I mean never not one second has this product ever let us done straight up. Just awesome period
No connection issues
I always have problems with this app connecting to my wifi
