App not working for over a week
The app has not let me open it up for the last 9 days. It’s saying internet issue or could be a them issue. But it never resolves. My internet is working fine. I’ve emailed them about it a week ago and never heard back. It’s very frustrating because I’ve been trying to workout everyday.
Good but Slow Loading
I really like the app overall. I use it to track the amount of exercise I’m getting in each week and to find exercise routines safe for my stage of pregnancy. I really like the exercises. My only complaint is that this is by far the slowest loading app I’ve ever used. Even the app opening up and entering in an exercise length you’ve done and hitting save takes at least 10-30 seconds to load. I’ve found though that since I mostly use this for exercises, as long as I wait the minute to download the exercises vs streaming them, then there are no delays. And I really like the exercises. They’re plenty challenging, but nothing wild or unsafe and there are always lots of breaks built right into the exercise routine. So this app is worth paying for even with the lag time in my opinion.
First time user and constantly crashes
Works fine until you enter the workout tab. After a few moments will crash, defeats the purpose of me using

I was enjoying this app and found it helpful. I especially liked the workouts and weekly videos. However the app now seems buggy and shutdown immediately after opening
Did my 1st Baby2Body exercise 🥳
Currently in my 2nd trimester. I was really fit before the pregnancy and felt frustrated/sad I stopped fitness because the 1st trimester was really tough. But the exercise today was at the perfect pace to get back into exercising regularly 😊I love that you can customise the intensity and modify moves. The instructors are pregnant too and I love that they understand what our body is going thru.
App keeps crashing
This app crashes immediately on my iPhone air.
I would give this app 5 stars but recently it won’t let me share my end of workout pics to instagram. Both apps are up to date so I’m not sure if this is a bug you can fix. But I absolutely love your app. I recommend it to absolutely everyone I can!
Locked me out - poor customer support.
Had an account and was liking it and the contents it offered. I opened the app one night to do a workout and I was logged out for whatever reason. I went to log back in and it wouldn’t accept any of my passwords. Hit the password reset option, and I never received an email link to reset the password. I emailed the support email and they never got back to me. Just sent me an automated email with a link to several articles to help me but none helped with my issue. I emailed again saying I was still logged out and was still needing help. That was now 2 weeks ago and I never received help. Deleting the app and won’t be recommending or using again. Disappointed with the lack of customer support.
Can’t use this time
I’m so sad! There must be a glitch somehow because last time I was pregnant (2021) I loved the app, but this time I can’t log into it! I was really hoping it would work. Here’s hoping they fix the glitch soon.
No sound
Can’t hear videos, even if my phone is on the highest setting

kept telling me my date should be in the past. only dates i have in there would be my due date which is june and my year born so i had to delete the app
So thankful for this app!
I used this app throughout my pregnancy and I am so glad that I did. It helped me to care for myself and my growing baby from day 1, physically, emotionally and intellectually. Not even kidding, there are so many things as a first time mom that I learned through the app-things that in talking to a lot of other moms they never learned! I did the free version-so there wasnt as much variety with the workouts, but even then I loved that every week it changed and that I knew the workouts would be safe for wherever I was in my pregnancy. I truly believe this app helped me to stay happy and healthy throughout pregnancy and to recover so much easier afterwards. I recommend this app to anyone I know is expecting.
Expensive for what you get
I signed up for the membership which ended up being $120, it has all these informational videos that seem great but none of them have sound to them. even with my volume turned all the way up her mouth is moving and nothing is coming out. The recipes are easy and yummy and the tracking is nice. The workouts are just ok, I prefer my peloton exercises over these.
Nice but a bit disappointing
It’s a very cool app however I wish you could do more without paying. Being pregnant and preparing for a baby you buy so much anyways I don’t think an app to stay healthy should be so much or cost anything at all.

No customer service
I have tried since June 25 2025 4 times to deactivate my account which says I have to email them and can not do it on the app. I got one automated response that did not help, and the other 3 emails they have not responded. Not to mention there are so many extra fees to do anything on this app. It is very basic.

Very complete app… only some music is needed for the breathing or pelvic exercises… or let me connect with my Spotify playlist.
Keeps crashing
I get as far as logging on and then it crashes every time. I even tried deleting and redownloading and it still won’t work. Would be nice to use again as I just found out I’m pregnant. 😕
Loved it until..
I absolutely adored this app until the most recent update. Since then the fitness feature is almost unusable. It skips around, stalls, and seems to forget which exercise I’m on. I mostly chose this app for the fitness benefits so if it isn’t fixed soon I will likely cancel my membership.

Fitness and self love at every angle in one app!
Not working
I keep trying to purchase premium so that I can have full access to the app, however every time I’ve attempted this I get stuck on a loading screen and it does not work.
Good for staying active
I only use the app for the workouts and not really anything else. Overall, the exercises are good but can be repetitive. I increase the weight or add bands to some of the exercises just for a little more effort. I do wish there was more voice instruction on form, which would help with the weird silences. Transitioning from one exercise to the next can be frustrating but mostly when it came to using resistance bands. In full screen mode, the text preparing you for what’s next during rest segments is super hard to read especially if you’re using your phone. The yoga videos have been my least favorite because they lack a lot of good instruction. I’d recommend the app if you’re just looking to stay active and nothing too complicated, which I was.
New update 😭😭
I don’t like good new update.😞 I’m not able to go back to the previous daily bites i missed. I love looking at these. Please put it back.

Huge fan!
This app is such a great resource! The workouts are great because, since they are customized to me, I know they’re safe and I can easily fit them into my schedule. The quick-read articles are packed with great information, I’ve found a lot of new, yummy recipes, and I’ve started incorporating breathing exercises into my daily routine because of the ZenDen feature. Love it!

I have redownloaded this app and waited 3 days and it constantly says no internet connection. My internet works just fine.
really useful!
i was so worried of exercising in my first trimester in case i hurt the baby that by the time the second trimester came around, i was so desperate to just move my body more! i’m grateful to have an app like this as it’s full of great workouts, tailored for your particular stage in pregnancy and although they get my heart rate up, they don’t leave me sweating, worrying i’ve pushed it too much! the new workouts each week shake things up and you can adapt your plan to work around you and how much you want to workout! really great app overall!
Daily Bites
I only liked this app for the daily bites. I didn’t read them everyday, I usually checked a few days at a time. Now I can’t view past daily bites. Will be deleting.

Get it!!!
I love this app. It’s like having your own little personal trainer that breaks it into segments and keeps it steady and consistent. I do not work out normally. But this app I installed during my pregnancy and I have been using it now and my baby is eight months. It’s perfect for during pregnancy and after. It’s not always trying to sell you some thing which is really big for me. And you can customize and skip certain workouts. Example if you’re trying to work on legs because you’re really worried about your legs you can just pick to do that. It doesn’t force you to do a certain regiment. Highly recommend!
Videos are very glitchy
Half the time I would go to use the app the in-app videos would freeze but the audio would continue. I tried closing and re-opening the app, deleting and re-installing and nothing fixed this problem. At 20 bucks a month, I’ve just gone to YouTube.
Perfect intensity and wonderful to know it’s baby safe
I was a little skeptical about the intensity of the workouts but it’s perfect. I still get my heart rate going which is great. One thing is I find the browsing a little annoying that you can’t view based on article type - food, health, meditation and workouts, etc. You have to keep scrolling or try search for something you’re after. The other thing is the workout videos jump a little bit when they first begin and I did a workout today where after cooling down it reset to restart the workout🙀
Poor functionality regularly interrupts/delays workouts
I use the app mainly to find pregnancy-safe workouts. For the most part, the workouts are alright. They can be repetitive and almost all of them require some equipment that most people don’t just have lying around. For me, those points are not really a big deal, but there are a few issues with the functionality of the videos that I find very frustrating. First, you cannot rewind or fast-forward within a video in the workout, which is usually not a huge issue, but can be really annoying if you’re towards the end of a 7-minute clip and accidentally press another section. What happens is that you have to watch the entire 7-minute clip from the start until it catches up with where you left off, which means you lose your flow or burn. Another issue that I’ve seen others mention is that the workout clips sometimes have glitches where the audio continues, but not the video. You have to close out of the app and start over again for it to work. All-in-all, it’s fine, but really frustrating when you’re trying to squeeze a workout into a short window of time and constantly get interrupted or delayed. I could understand if it were a free app, but I don’t think a paid app should have such issues.
Worst UI
So many flaws in the UI. Airplay doesn’t work. There is no prep time between 2 exercises. If I by mistake click on an exercise which is already finished, it marks it as incomplete and then the whole session will be marked as incomplete and I get an option to resume the session. Worst of it all AirPlay not working properly. It works sometimes and sometimes takes forever to automatically load the next exercise and screen mirroring has same issue. Very frustrating to use the app. The exercises, meal plan and other things are good. But if we can’t use the app peacefully then the whole experience gets screwed up. They should really focus on improving the user interface.
My wife and I love it
My wife downloaded this a few months ago and I ended up getting as well so I could follow along with the baby updates and other things I should know about (first timer here). It’s been a fun way to stay connected to our baby’s growth and it’s definitely helped us both feel more at ease. Not sure if many dads download this, but this soon-to-be dad recommends!

Love it!
I used this app from the first trimester right up to what is now 15 months postpartum and I love it. I love the recipes and the motivational quotes. I really liked the daily bites whilst I was pregnant - they gave me something to look forward to and a bit of baby time out each day. I’ve only recently started to use the fitness part and I’ve found it to be really straightforward and easy to use. I would definitely recommend.
No Representation
The workouts are just fine. They can be repetitive and difficult to feel motivated by, but they are at least pregnancy appropriate. But the entire app is very…white. Lots of white, 20-something, fit and skinny (and NON PREGNANT) women featured which feels really weird. The app could use far more POC, a variety of ages, and gestational stages. It is a real downer to try to workout with a size 2, bored looking blonde, while I’m sporting a huge belly and stretch-marked thighs. At least give me someone pregnant and smiling at their difficulty getting off the floor after the warm-up…
Could be great
I really loved this app for pregnancy workouts until i realised they don’t use pregnant women for all the workouts. By 6 months I was trying to follow workouts from a stick thin woman who was doing fluid movements that I physically couldn’t do. So I became more and more uncertain if I was doing them correctly or even safely. I’ve since found an app where I can actually follow along and see what the positions and movements should look like at each stage from actual pregnant women. If you’re using this app for pregnancy workouts I would recommend up until about 5 months or so.
Fell in love with this app
I never wrote a review on any app. I absolutely love this one. I was a bit hesitant, because $20/month (I didn’t want to do the whole year subscription) seemed like a lot of money for an app. I am so glad I did it. I don’t have any gym membership, so $20 a month to get me work out 3-4 times a week is just so worth it. Workouts are safe, yet challenging! I didn’t really like the pregnancy workouts on YT, because I practically didn’t feel them. With this app I can definitely tell I worked out. I don’t really use the recipes, but I really enjoy the pelvic floor exercises and the guided meditations. It’s also very esthetically pleasing and super easy to navigate. 5/5 from me and thank you for this app!
After 6 weeks app won’t open
Was great still the bugs shut it down. They said it’s fixed.... not really... what’s disappointment because it’s a beautiful free app that gives you confidence you can do it!
Good app for exercise!
This is a good app for exercise during pregnancy. It’s my first pregnancy so hopefully this will help me keep fit and have a better delivery. One thing I would change is to have specific feedback why the specific exercises are good for Mum/baby and I would use pregnant women to demonstrate the exercises to make us all feel a bit more encouraged/motivated!
Joyless
I canceled my subscription because the workout videos were unnerving and joyless -- just a disembodied voice barking orders at a silent woman doing lunges over and over. I liked that the workouts were safe and challenging, but (for me) they felt unpleasant and weird. Not my thing.
Good intention, needs more work
Have cancelled my premium subscription after a few months. The intention of the app is great to have tailored information for each stage of pregnancy, however it needs more work to be worth the high subscription price. It would be helpful to have the option for no equipment workouts, always on exercise options that you can do in any trimester, sync with Apple health or Fitbit and kegel reminders more prominent. Some people love the app and is a personal choice. Will keep the free option and see how I go.

Never found this app useful
Was trying it with month to month payment but after i started it automatically paid itself for the full year subscription, as if i wasn't already stressed about money. So i thought we'll ill see if i can make it useful so i tried to have it help in anyway, But its nothing but a journal of what i was eating/doing in my day so not helping me understand what baby was doing and basically just a exercise/ food intake journal... Basically app didn't work as expected and it didn't do anything helpful, also wouldn't work properly because of "construction of app"
Great App!! 😃
This app is great! The workouts are fab and the weekly recipes are delicious. I like reading the health insights too. The only thing that has prevented me giving 5 stars is that I can’t log my exercise outside the apps workouts, such as walking. That being said, I have still upgraded to premium as every other thing on the app is fab. And I don’t mind paying £3 per month for pregnancy tailored exercises, recipes and tips.
Problems w/App Initiation
I downloaded the update when the app would not start on my iPhone 8, which is odd since I have used the app for a few months. However even with the update, the app still won’t start.
Can’t turn on notifications as there is no option for notifications in the settings
Is there an update needed so that I can turn notifications on? There is no option for it in the settings 🤷🏼♀️ I really need notifications to remind me to exercise right now!
