Calls should be made for approval in addition to showing approval notification on smart phone. Sometimes we receive call late once the delivery person has already delivered the things and then we receive notification. It should be improved.

Amazing App
I’m really impressed with the MyGate application. This is extremely useful for Apartment management, Buy/Sell with genuine customers and lot more.
Lack of features for IOS
IOS application for this lacks a lot of must have features you can’t approve or decline entries through notification as available in android. This sort of even basic features do lack in this application and everytime have to open the app and approve which takes a lot of time

Too many other notifications
Good app. But too many other adds appear in notification. So I need to disable notifications. But the main notifications stop coming.

Issues on ipad
MyGate has not worked properly on iPads since the last update, when the visitor photo feature was introduced. The UX is completely broken. The visitor’s photo takes up the entire screen, with no visible buttons or controls. The resize button also does not work

Only admin can control updates , if wrong hand handling society maintenance nothing provision to raise voice by users like direct police complaint alert nearest station or comments of wrong action even revoking of admin / revising their term if multiple raised concern against, happening in mokila

Lost their core strength for money
Very disappointing that these people lost to instamaid and other similar apps. The community help section that would show up before was quite helpful for finding help within the community. For money they gave up ethics and users lost one of the most important feature.

So much ads
It is app for safety when some one comes at gate but they send ads like it is joke and same notification style also they put “notice” as a title of ads, what a joke, at-least change title of ads
All fine except search feature
All fine except search feature. I cant search older posts and also looks like older than 2 months are purged.
More of marketing junk and less clarity about what it should be.
Almost 20-90% of the screen and app is selling you junk and testimonials (probably paid ones) and one line of the so called Gate access related items on the homescreen. Can imagine the real data privacy let alone security from such an app/company

Why Home Screen is updated so often ?
This app is updated several times during very short span. I believe if there is a proper planning, there is no need to update this app so many times in a short duration. Plan and schedule to updates properly.

Poorly made app for a good product
It seems that the developers left after partially completing the app. The search is not properly performed. The map within application could be better. The details shown could be better so that it becomes clear if the listing is for flatmate or for family. Needs lot of improvement

Unprofessional and not responding for what your hard earned money is payed for… ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Service At the time of payment, the commitments made by the Get Application team sound excellent, and the executives promise complete support and service. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, almost none of those commitments are fulfilled. Whenever we raise an issue, there is no proper response, no accountability, and no ownership. The worst part is that the Relationship Manager keeps changing whenever we approach them for resolving ongoing application-related problems. There is no fixed person responsible for our society, making it extremely difficult to get any issue resolved. When we call their team, most of the time nobody answers the phone. Even when someone answers, we are given excuses such as, “We don’t have your society records,” or the matter is simply passed from one person to another. This is completely unacceptable. Before payment: Plenty of promises, commitments and assurances. After payment: No proper service, no accountability and no meaningful response. It feels like once the payment is received, the customer and the commitments made to them are simply forgotten. If a company cannot provide consistent support, maintain proper customer records, assign a dedicated Relationship Manager, and respond when customers face genuine problems, then there is no justification for making such big promises at the time of payment. Very poor service, extremely poor customer support, and absolutely no accountability. I would strongly recommend that the management seriously review its customer-support system instead of repeatedly changing Relationship Managers and expecting customers to explain the same problems again and again.

While the actual use of the app is great, there is a constant number of ad notifications - at least 10 a day. There is too much spam.

Alerts not very reliable
App does not allow pre-approval prompts all the time. Also I don’t get main approval prompts everytime. Not very reliable - I need to keep looking / refreshing the app. I’m currently using iPhone 15
Good app with Dark patterns : Ads in notifications without an option to opt out
1. The app is purchased by the community and is an essential for allowing entry to my apartment. By force, I’m required to keep notifications on. 2. Every day, I get about 3-4 HOAX / distracting notifications from the app that are actually ADS and not really security approvals. 3. They have elaborate options to turn on / off notifications by categories but funnily there is no “ads” category and all ads are bundled-in by default. Show me ads in the app, in the screen, but not in notifications.

Advertisements covering up important components
Horribly designed app, ads cover up areas to switch between apartments and are a hassle whenever I need to allow someone into either apartment. Also, this app classifies adverts as notifications and clogs up a lot of the app. Almost as bad as spamware. If your apartment is considering this app, please look elsewhere unless you want to see a billion advertisements at the same time. The app experience isn't worth paying for the ad free premium option either.

No support for International Numbers
The application does not support signing up if you have a non India mobile number. This is a major limitation as non resident Indians cannot manage their property using this App.
