I have my gold purchase plan which I used to pay from app. In previous versions the payment was flawless but now the payment is not proceeding forward after multiple make payment clicks randomly the payment proceeds ahead. Serious problem with the app.

The developers need to skill their app as the app is extremey slow, unable to handle evem single click? Why is the app designed if it cant handle the requests of users? Please upgrade it to handle requests of users. Nothing comes when clicking any button to view itmes from categories and it will take a whole lifetime if ang product comes.

Worst app ever
The app always has some or the other issue going on. Never once i have experienced a seamless experience while browsing the app. When i try to install the app again, then its a whole new issue altogether. Funny thing is even to sign in you have to try it like 500 times. Why is the application always down? Please fix the issue. I wish i could give you ZERO star.

I’ve been unable to check prices on the app for the past 3–4 weeks. The issue remains unresolved, which is very disappointing.

As soon as select the mode of payment, the app navigates back to the previous page.
Revert whatever recent updates you did
The app earlier was reliable even though it looked old. Now it looks refreshed, but it is so unreliable. Never works. No proper messaging around what went wrong.
