In the tagline it says get help in minutes while u will never get it. Even a bookings are getting only reschedule or cancelled. Bad experience so far
Not value for money in case of iron
The executive are very slow in their job in case of iron in one hour they hardly iron 15 clothes and that too daily wear t shirt and lower and they are not perfect in their job u need to show them first how to do it.

In Hyderabad region, they take up the shceduled request, and then cancel it one hour after the scheduled time has passed - without intimation. If you don't have the labour, then don't take up the request. Highly unreliable, this has happened for the third time

Heavily understaffed.
Don't download this app. Its a complete waste of time. They are extremely understaffed.I know many of you all saw the marketting prices but trust me its not worth it. Because even if you get to book a slot,most of the time its unavailable. Its been a week since ive been trying to use the services. Even if a slot is booked,no employee will accept it(or maybe there isn't any). they make us wait for a day or two but at the end they just refund the money. Its my personal and honest opinion,don't download the app, top of that its a complete WASTE OF TIME i swear to goddddd.

Unreliable service
We had a confirmed booking and the staff did not arrive even after being 30 min late. The app is also faulty and does not show the true tracking of their staff. If you try to call the staff before the appointment to confirm if they r coming then they don’t pick phone or their phone is perpetually busy. And their customer service line takes forever to answer and resolve calls.

I have taken pass and tried to book service three times but not even once I didnt get service on time every time I need to cancel or reschedule and not even getting refund and my pass is going to expire soon. No proper customer support number contact.

Mostly they don’t send the helping partner and do not inform even there is no system to track or grievances. High uncertainty, whether they will come or not, only god knows. Very much disappointing when you are waiting for the helper and he or she doesn’t show up. Sometimes they do not deny or inform even standing outside the house. Pathetic

I booked service, whole day no one showed up & in the end it got cancelled automatically. Did booking again for next day, helper called & said she won’t be able to do, cancel the booking, to communicate I tried reaching customer service, but thats the worst thing they have. I think its much easier to clear UPSC then communicating to their customer care. Very Poor service, so not recommended.

Booked a maid for 10 AM today and to our surprise the maid arrived at 9AM. She took the OTP from me only to find out that she had another booking at 9AM. These maids have no clue as to what needs to be done in such cases. She did not close my work and left without doing any work. The clock kept ticking showing that the maid is working. When I escalated this to a Bot led chat box, I have kept on hold for now almost an hour with no live support executive available to help. Money has already been taken and no eagerness to even respond leave aside resolution. Absolutely a trash service, doesnt even deserve a 1 star
