useless people and service
They will just take money and make false promises . even after taking their premium package they did not do anything for 5-6days. no visit nothing. so atleast don’t take any premium service. they won’t do anything apart from giving some contacts.

Good product that become bad
This is the worst product one can use while looking for apartments. Earlier you could get a simple plan and directly connect to the owner. Now when you go to the app the UI bad, if by mistake you short list an apartment you get flooded with 5 different WhatsApp chats and AI calls that are pointless. You get a hundred calls to confirm it. Basically they harass you for every thing. I wish they make the app simple again

The guy started bargaining for additional money and I ended up paying 2800 extra.

Not able to contact any owner
Even after paying amount not able to contact the owner. Each and every time only AI voice is talking with me. The worst experience I am having in No broker. Getting irritated each day even after paying this much money. Feels like a scam. If we schedule visit also not able to contact the owner. Why you are getting amount and not giving owner’s number? Feeling frustrated

I have confidently invested in a paid subscription for commercial property on rent after carefully considering everyone's reviews. Despite the negative feedback, I believe in NoBroker's work ethic. I am excited to see the level of support I will receive from NoBroker within the next 45 days. Now I am giving 3 star Rest assured, my review after this period will be completely genuine.

Worst Packer Mover experience
Booked them because they told me they had their own partner My fridge , sofa , AC all things need service after delivery. Had to spend more than 20k to fix their mess or commission agent with all lies in support. Same experience with As tenant finding a place..
Great app, but broken notifications
I was able to swiftly find a place to rent in Bangalore with the app, so thanks for your help team! However, I find that whenever I click on any notification for suggested places, the app opens but remains stuck on the loading page - I guess you should fix your deep linking feature. Also, I'd love for a screen where i can see all my notifications in one place.
Frustrating
The App freezes at multiple points with no option to return or move forward. If open the chat window or the pictures or the messages/inbox it freezes. Please fix the bugs to make it usable.

Lack of empathy
I registered with NoBroker this month. Contact calls for money to register promising everything under one roof. It maybe true which I haven’t experienced it. But I experienced unprofessional agents who lacks training, customer care knowledge and champions “pass the blame game”. This may sound an angry customer feedback but it’s mixed. I changed three managers. One to make me pay to enroll into the program. This one was misleading from the start. Second to organize a tenant. Pushes you to agree on the tenant without a full three months rent as backup. Until you reach the third. Mr Salamuddin. A champion who can call you 20 times a day and explain everything in one breathe. Asks for this and that constantly and did not respect my office timings. I literally had to beg him to stop calling me and drop in email query. Here is slacks bcz he doesn’t want his word to be documented. Now this champion organized a tenant. Suddenly another department starts calling asking to pay for the contract and police verification. Which I paid without hesitation as a sense of urgency is created. You are promised that the tenant shall pay half the money of the contract. Until now Mr Salamuddin doesn’t explain the finances on email. Suddenly the tenant cancels and you land in a pickle. You ask for the money back. Now Mr Salamuddin wakes up and becomes the savior of the company. He offers a meager 15% and sends a lengthy email stating the obvious DEDUCTIONS. A lesson learnt. As an NRI I do not suggest to trust this company for a cent. Keep your end of the bargain until the last bit bcz the company might be good but the agents are not trained and lacks severe empathy. It’s the work culture to blame.
Way too many ads as notifications
Nobroker service so far is going extremely well. Rel Managers are communicating effectively through the chat feature in the app. However the amount of ads being pushed through the app notifications is overwhelming and annoying. This is interferring all the communications with my RM's and I often gets confused who is sending what. Please STOP pushing ads!!

Horrible Experience
I had purchased the relaxed plan. The aggressive calling and upselling was borderline harassment. I got some 16 to 20 calls a day while I was working, in meetings etc and the calls were incessant. Also I was told by my relationship manager ms Sneha Begum that if I did not respond to the calls, according to company policy my purchased plan would be revoked which I think is absolutely ridiculous. If I have purchased a 45 day plan, it should be up to me when I want to avail the services within that period without constantly being harassed by AI calls and calls by the executives and then being told that if I did not communicate within 3 days or whatever that the plan I have paid for will be revoked. The whole ordeal was anything but relaxing and because of the customer management policy, I chose to let go of the money that I spent and not use the plan at all because it was making my life more difficult rather easier.

This is second time i reinstalled app, the painting ad is taken over the app and there is no close button in app for iOS users. Pathetic ad planning. None could access app and I am not the target for painting adv.

Flat Purchase Without Brokerage Fees
I was able to buy a flat without paying brokerage fees. Love this app.
₹14,128 taken, no refund after 9 month
Paid ₹4,128 for a Relax Plan (26-Nov-2025) plus a ₹10,000 "Tenant Deal Token" for a NoBroker Managed property. NoBroker negotiated a deal, then cancelled my subscription without consent. The owner revised terms twice after I'd submitted all documents (₹45k→₹47k→₹60k rent). Escalated on 26-Dec-2025 — 9 months, multiple follow-ups, no refund. On a recent call, was told there's a "3-month refund policy" never disclosed at purchase, and that following up enough was my own responsibility. Filed with National Consumer Helpline; escalating further. Documented timeline with dates and evidence available publicly.

I was followed from marketing team once I placed free advertising of my flat in NoBroker portal the follow up for relax plan was like they used to follow every hour at times it was every 15 minutes once amount paid no one will respond in 30 days number of my relation ship managers changed are greater than no of tenants visited. They even suggested to change the rent as per their marketing results even after that no response at last I got tenants on my own and now they need to refund my amount which is more than 10 days I am keep on following but no response. The same has happened to my friend who suggested me this plan and he was sorry for that

Slow and unresponsive service with few good people
Had okish experience with them. Was approached by their marketing team who was provided a lead by someone. Purchased a plan. Had to follow up multiple times for updates on leads. No information was provided on who shown interest and who didn’t. As per their policy they provide weekly update only. That looks limiting, ideally I should know who is interested in real time via email. That is their in free service at least. Even weekly update was not configured correctly and that was done on follow up Pictures posted by them were not apt or sorted correctly. Had to remove many of them One good experience was with Madhan Gopal B, field relationship manger, who was responsive whenever I contacted him. He was quick and helped in quick follow up to show the property to interested tenant. On separate note - was asked to refer someone when their marketing agent sold me plan and was promised the referral bonus. But nothing happened. After multiple follow ups came to know the person has left( Carrom), escalated this to different person, but never got response. In nutshell, their service is fine, but has lot of room for improvement

Pathetic customer service and zero accountability. I submitted all the required documents on time, yet my refund was declined due to there team’s negligence. No proper response, no transparency, and no ownership of the issue. Extremely disappointing experience—I would not recommend NoBroker to anyone.

Frustrating: Pathetic service & Customer support
These guys are big fraud. Booked Carpentry work for Channels fitting but carpenter didn’t come on time and when he came he asked to reschedule my appointment else NoBroker will charge them penalty. After just looking at my Channel and kitchen trolley he started making stories that these NoBroker guys are taking any work without logic and then said he can’t do this fitting as it’s kitchen trolley as I booked from NoBroker but he was ready if I pay him extra money. I said no then he left without even touching work and marked work done - which was not even started. Now serious part is customer support- which is more unprofessional and pathetic than their partner. They are not ready to refund my full amount. Want me to bare convenience charges for the service which I never got. Still fitting for my hard earned money..! Be aware
