App crashed
Every time I tried to play any mp3 file directly from the flash the app crashed I tried everything remove the app and download again, restart my iPhone after downloading and use another files no way the same problem app crashed but when I tried to connect the flash to my other Samsung phone it works smoothly on android directly without app 😳

不更新时，什么文件都能从手机上存到U盘上，现在呢，存几个文件后，再存就是0kb，怎么也存不上。但从U盘往手机上存都正常。
Continually “device off line”
I plug the drive in and it continually says “device off line.” Nothing happens and nothing is downloading. Feel like it’s a scam I lost money on.
User Manual is terrible
Worst user manual I’ve ever tried to use. Complete garbage. I wasted $30 buying the flash drive

iPhone13では問題なく使えたのですが、iPhone16に変えたらデバイスを認識しません データはパソコンに取り、フォーマットもしたのですが
Slow and stops after half dozen saves.
It is extremely slow and stops backing up after less than six saved pictures. It stops mid save leaving a corrupted file.

Bad software SCAM drive
The software is badly designed and badly phrased. It doesn’t match the screenshots of the directions. It’s obviously cheap Chinese more importantly, however, is the fact that the flash drive itself is a scam. It does not have the amount of advertise data the 2 TB drive that I have only has 3.74 GB.!!!! ITTER SCAM I’m getting a software off my phone immediately cause who knows what spine it’s doing.

Useless do not buy
Doesn’t work, u have to save each photo to your files, then transfer from your files to the flash drive memory stick. Why not be able to just transfer photos straight onto the flash drive? And for some reason it enlarges every photo you transfer and then cuts it in half so the 1 photo you transferred isn’t in its original form, its now cut into 2 seperate photos. Absolute trash do not bother with this app or flashdrive

Great product & app
Im a fortnite youtube streamer. I use it to do work. My phone storage was constantly full with videos. With this divice i currently have 12 twenty min long videos on it. When i need them i hit “share” takes 2-3 mins to download to photos on phone. Put it into editing app i use. Works great. Only thing ive notice that doesnt work is i cant play video on app but doesnt bother me. Everything else works great. Ive had zero videos dissapear. Only other issue i had is if u getting alarms going off or certain other things while saveing cideo will corrupt it during save process. But text messages doesnt effect it. But all in all great product bout more just to have in case this one breaks. Had approx 4-6 months no issies atm. Would recommend to people who want extented phone storage that easy to get to and download onto phone

The app keeps on crashing or taking hours to transfer/download any photos from my phone & when I put it in the PC it has corrupted a lot of the images, won’t open many others and keeps crashing my computer. Terrible and has little to no instructions so is very limiting. It’s trash & I really wish it wasn’t

手順が必要でした。アプリをインストールした状態で、デバイスを差し込んだときに出てくるメッセージウィンドウから、動作を許可することで、初めて使えました。低価格で昔ながらのデジタルワンレフカメラやビデオカメラから写真をiPhoneへPCレスに取り込むことができるようになった。うれしい！
Ok for photos
I bought the flash drive and got this app so that I could back up my iPad and iPhone files to Firmware instead of just the cloud. I had assumed like all other forms of storage, that it would appear in the Files as a storage device, like the ‘On my iPad’ and ‘iCloud’ do, but no. After many hours I still cant find out how to back up my files (doc, xls etc) despite the instructions saying it does support these files. As for the app, it backs up your photos, contacts and apparently music but I daren’t try that. That’s it. It has other options like take a photo and record voice, but that’s what the device does. This really needs to appear in Files as a storage device so that files can be moved or backed up between them like a storage device is supposed to. I’ll try to see if there is another app I can use with this storage stick!

Easy to use - after having a little practice
Great App, I was a little confused at first but after reading the instructions it’s quite straightforward. Didn’t show all photos on my phone at first then I found the show hidden files in the settings.
Wont work
Bought the 2TB drive and it won’t even connect and be recognized by the app. Also, the app keeps crashing. Can’t even transfer photos, videos, or anything

ドラレコの動画をPCを使わずにダイレクトにiPhoneに取り込みたくて購入。 大量の動画映像だと完全に読込みを終えてサムネ画像が出るまでに時間を要し、読込み途中で再生したりするとフリーズする事もありますが、読込みさえ終えれば普通に使えます。 また、PCではUSBとして認識(SDカード挿入時)しますし、適当なファイル名で動画、画像、音楽と言ったDATAもiPhoneに取り込めましたので、使えると思います。 ちょっと日本語表記がおかしいので戸惑いましたが、説明書無しでも操作は簡単だと思います。 ドラレコ動画をiPhoneに取り込むと言う目的をクリア出来たので星4とします。 完璧では無い部分もあるので星-1とします。
Why have they messed with a working app?
New update 2 days ago, very disappointed. Image View is now smaller, and crashes constantly after 3, 10 second videos (from a trail camera). The app was very glitchy before the update, but at least usable, now it’s basically useless, I wish I could go back a version.
