Horrible UIUX
I just wished the person designing this used his or her logical brain and the persons approving gave a hoot. It’s just horrible. Think transitions… or use the AI to explain it to your team and yourself.

Bad Face Recognition
Face recognition function was from good to bad. Too sensitive, it often doesn’t recognise my face nowadays.

Is like the GPS doesn’t work, pop ups are absolutely nonsense, why your freaking notifications have to pop out every single time? They are not even important. I am suppose to use this thing to clock in and clock out, but every freaking day it’s giving me freaking issues telling me I’m in the wrong place or can’t find my work place. WTF

RK . Always have clock in or clock out or sometimes both - in & out problems. Sometimes it works very smooth. It’s hard to recommend and not recommend too.

Problematic software riddled with bugs
From clock in clock out not registered unless manually constant refresh of history till you see its been updated to face not recognized, clock in selection disappearing, lags and delay when clocking time and gps location running amok.. is this infotech or problemtech

Hi for iPhone 15 pro the Face ID is not working after updated iOS 26.0.1
BORING INTERFACE & LIMITED ACCESS
1. I hope payslip will have logo for each company 2. Can claim anything through apps only, like dental claim. 3. User can edit their details without ask approval from HR, just edit a basic information.
Cannot use the camera
When i try to take selfie, the camera not showing image, just black screen on ios 15.8.1. I though my camera function was fault. But i try the iphone default camera app, or try to take some pict from instagram, it works normaly.

The system is great and it helps a lot in making my work more smooth and efficient!
unsolicited marketing
Unethical conduct. Sent me marketing notifications to my and my colleagues’ personal numbers - our personal phone carried the infotech app for sole purpose of employment benefit administration as required by the software subscription our employer gad with infotech. But infotech did not ask for permission to send us marketing notifications thru the app on our personal numbers.
Not the best!
Not very user friendly, esp the work time records. Would be great if employee could also get a total of clocked hours by week, month, &/or year. Also, where is the breakdown for days when annual leaves other leaves were taken?
Not user friendly
App keeps showing new unread msg but cannot find anything. UI keeps refreshing to Home Screen, not last filtered.
