The issues of Yes
YES is good, the prices are affordable and make sense but the problem is there are some places that aren’t support Yes lines,its very difficult to survived if you need to stay in that areas for a long time. The second issues is Yes line always end early before the due date when you purchased unlimited for 1 month, that not the real problem actually…the problem is i cannot purchasing a new one and need to wait till the due date end. I hope Yes can upgrape more in the future,thank you.

Activation failed and slow action from customer service
I bought a new eSIM number, but there was a bug during the verification process between MyDigital ID and YES App. I reported the issue to customer service, but I’m very disappointed with how they’ve been ignoring my emails and failing to provide any updates. I’ll be escalating this matter to MCMC. To anyone considering switching to YES, please just choose another carrier that can serve you better.
Upgrade your service
The services bad, i raised a ticket and it didnt even answer my problem. The line network went bad suddenly without reason eventhough it was good before(ive checked the network status and it still shows smooth and stable connection). Already bought tons of data and it still only 2 line max eventhough usually its 4-5 line.

No support for foreigners or tourist
Support page is broken. Their support is just a bot on WhatsApp with no real live agent behind it. The account creation requires payment and scanning of passport before the account is created. Although payment goes through easily, the account is not created due to lack of support for foreign passports or phone numbers.
