Notifications are useless
What’s the point of alerting you when there’s no info and you have to log in to see it? Useless.
MySpend is great, but lack of Card Support.
I love all TD’s offerings and products and refuse to use other brands. MySpend is a wonderful app if you trust it, and or does a great job by Default once installed. The biggest complaint as of 2026 is that it does not support all of TD’s credit cards, usually only the high end products. If they added support for the newer Low-Rate Visa card product this would be a 5-Star review! Just ask ChatGPT instead of your developer team.
Generally okay but..
I love getting real-time transaction notifications when something hits my debit or credit account (it’s how I caught a fraud attempt moments after it happened), but it’s missing a crucial feature: I should be able to disable the notification for transfers within my own accounts. I have no need for notifications for transfers or bill payments; I should be able to specify ONLY transaction notifications. Instead I’m spammed with notifications biweekly when I do my budgeting and recurring manual transfers.
Fix cash flow
It shouldn’t show my own acct to acct transfers as income/expense in th cash flow meter. It skews the total and therefore not accurate representation of my spending & income Also, pls give this app its own login so it doesn’t constantly redirect me to the other app to log in after a few moments idle, it’s so annoying 😒
Great app
It’s a fantastic start. Needs a couple of more tags like auto payments insurance. A better tie in for saving’s. But way better than any other bank has done to help out in this economy.
Bruh
Ain’t no work
More specifics would be great
For some categories more specific breakdowns of what items are would be useful too. But I do like this app to keep track of my spending in general.
Can’t access App
Can no longer open app, it just redirects me to my TD app each time I try and open TD MySpend
Mixed Feelings
This app is great when it works but unfortunately it hasn’t worked in about 3 weeks. All it says is the service is unavailable, no outages reported online and no help from customer service. Deleted all td apps, cleared caches, nothing will fix it.
Great app
If you have TD I would highly recommend using TD MySpend so that you can tell where your money is going. You’re spending it if it’s a need or I want you can just figure out where your money is going how you’re doing or not over spending or under spending it is very easy to navigate through the app and I would definitely recommend for anybody looking into savings cost. You can use multiple accounts. You can see if you’re spending a high or low amount of money compared to other months
Notification system is broken
You should not have to rely on a separate app other than the main TD app to receive simple banking notifications first of all. Second of all, it is severely broken and stops sending notifications out of no where and then you have to delete and reinstall the app, sometimes that doesn’t even work to fix the issue.
Great bank, staff and leading team
Honestly have been with TD since my first job. I never had a problem with a disrespectful employee only issues with payments for fees that I thought were a little unfair but hey we all hate to pay fees that we think are excessive.
Credit card sync
Won’t sync any of my credit card transactions even though I can see them on my TD Canada trust app. Missing a large part of data which makes this app useless
I would like to add a Chinese interface.
This application does not appear to have a Chinese interface. I would like to add a Chinese interface.
Thank you for everything Jesus
It was all free
Developers obviously don’t use the app
Yellow = Exceeded category budget Red = Under category budget Red = Exceeded category budget Green = god knows, flip a coin Travel expenses icon looks like a car. Car/transportation expenses icon looks like a bus or van. Loan payments Fees is tracked as an expense but loan payments and interest are not tracked. Magic. They aren’t an expense. My dad pays for them I guess? Oh wait, I am 52 and my father is dead. The app WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THE TD app. If the TD app is already open when this app is opened it goes into an loop of the app opening, the the TD app opens, then this app opens again, then the TD app opens. No access to this app. THE ONLY WAY TO USE THE APP IS TO FIRST GO TO THE APP SWITCHER AND SWIPE UP ON BOTH THIS AND TD APP. Then launch this app and watch the app waltz as they open each other.
App notifications
No longer getting notifications?? Yes there on and am signed in . App is great otherwise
March’s Data is Hilariously Inaccurate
I have a ridiculous number of duplicate transactions in my March data. It’s also really annoying how this app keeps bouncing me back and forth between itself and the TD banking app whenever I try to open it. The interface is clumsy, too. It feels like they asked themselves, “What’s the most difficult way someone could perform any basic action in this app?” and then challenged themselves to make it ten times harder.
Helpful
Super helpful to keep me on track with my expenses. I like getting notifications after I spend money. I didn’t realize how unconsciously I make spending choices. It would be nice to have the option to edit or create my own recurring expenses or spending types, but it’s a great start for now.
Duplicate transactions
This messes up my calculations
Functional but not perfect
Most of the terrible reviews are Americans not realizing that TD is a multinational company. The app works as intended with Canadian accounts. However, I do wish that category customization was available.
Not updating
Have cleared cache and deleted and reinstalled the app many times. No matter what I can’t get my credit card linked. Many glitches. Not very impressed
Simple, but efficient
Easy to use and great to see what’s being spent.
account fees are a “want”
the app lists TD account fees as “want” by default… the audacity.
TD stands for Toronto Dominion
Please remember TD is a Canadian bank first. Not everything is built for Americans. The app works just fine if you have Canadian accounts and the TD Canada app.
Why a separate app?
All this functionality should be part of the TD app. Why can’t I set up alerts just for deposits and instead I have to get real time alerts for ALL transaction?
Review spendings
Amazing app to track all my spendings, recommended
Notifications Stopped Working
The app no longer sends notifications after a transaction. The app prompts users for notifications during setup, but they aren’t sending. This is a regression.
Legacy app requires updates
Firstly, I don’t see why not putting this as a function in the TD banking app. A separate app is not needed. Secondly, this app is very old, lots of the functions are not designed for newer devices with bigger screens. The interactions are not easy to use, they are like a legacy app which hasn’t been updated for a long time.
TD spend good
Does everything I want it too. I like the save reminders even if I haven’t been able this quarter! Lol
App won’t open
I would like to use this app, but it gets stuck on the green screen after attempting to analyze transactions. Very frustrating!
Not there yet
Omg
Very useful app
This app helps me keep track in real time of activities in my accounts! It will help me react quickly if I suspect fraud! I just love this app!
I’m actually debating moving to RBC
This app is terrible and isn’t in sync properly with the actual TD app. TD pretending they care about consumers when this billion dollar+ bank can’t spend a bit extra to get a good running app lol. shows how much they care
Learn to add please
The app does not accurately tack all spending, which is the point of it. Missing large amounts in the totals.
Helped me track my spending habit
Overall, it’s a good app. Personally I love the Push Notification feature every time a payment is made on my account
Bad app
Does not calculate monthly cashflow properly. Makes it seem like I spend way more than I actually do. Doesn't sync properly with TD app. It has potential but no one seems to care enough to fix it I guess.
Doesn’t show new credit card
Since I had linked this app to my account, I have opened a TD credit card. Most of my spending is now on that card, but I cannot get the app to recognize that new card.
