I love my Which subscription
Use my digital subscription so much - will definitely renew next year
Log in Sign in
I have downloaded your app and I want to join however when I click on the join link it goes to log in details. I appreciate Can you resolve the issue that I am experiencing
Not happy with this update
Every time I use the app I have to input my email. What was wrong with the previous method? Please go back to as before.
I love Which, but
For car buying and the current EV market, they are simply too slow for my particular decision, I actually think Which?‘s methodology has one weakness: it’s too slow for the current EV market.
Search function
It’s not very good at getting to grips with search. Lots of stuff you have to weave through to get to the right reviews. Hope this helps.
Which magazine
Very valuable information.
Busted For Good Now
Following weeks of logging-on issues where the app was constantly logging me off every time I opened it, the app is now completely busted and only loads blank pages.
iPad display only uses partial screen
Nice to be able to read the magazine but in portrait mode on the iPad it appears like an iPhone app that has been displayed and doesn’t fill the screen, just a narrow rectangular portion on the middle with black unused screen either side. Landscape mode better but still very poor use of available screen…..Now realised likely due to setting on iPad. Turn stage manager in settings/multitasking to turn off windowed apps.
Awkward navigation
I just want to be able to find the best buy tables quickly and easily but that’s not always possible. There’s no consistent approach to where they are in any product category, sometimes they’re quite far down a list or just a hyperlink in an article. It would be easier if they were at the top of the page every time. The tables themselves are presented inconsistently, some are poorly formatted. In the magazine they were more consistent and easily identified and generally more useful. Not as reliable in the app.
Cannot add to favourite items
No longer able to save to favourites, this appears to have changed recently with recent articles and reviews. Eg Cordless Drills
Excellent
I rejoined Which as there was a good deal. Always enjoyed reading about different things. . I stopped getting Which as cannot afford the full prices as not working due to disability, so hopefully another cheaper deal will come before mine ends. Which does great reviews on everything. I have and will buy some items you have recommended. Thank you which , keep up the good word 😃
Unusable, login hangs
How about testing before you release new versions? 3.7.0, like every version update, forces a re-login. Which hangs after you enter a valid password. 1 dal later you release 3.8.0 which has the same fatal problem. I suggest folk dump the app and use the website.
Carry on !
Keep going. All useful stuff.
Other magazines
You can read the Which magazine in the app which is good for someone like me with reduced eyesight but where is the Tech magazine which I subscribe to
Inconsistent review availability
I’ve been a Which? member for many years and have always relied on the reviews. I find the app is now much less helpful, you don’t necessarily get the option to see and compare all of the reviews - it depends on what item you’re looking at. Please please please bring back full review tables with comparison and filtering functionality!
Best location for Guidance
Which? Is the best place to research purchases with good independent and tested comparisons, so you can make an informed decision on almost anything
Repeatedly logging in
Since the last update the app requires me to log in every time I use it, over and over again. Very frustrating!
Frozen, cannot use this app
I downloaded this app as the reviews were good. All was fine until the app tried to log me into my Which? account. A pop-up window came up and completely froze the app. There was no way to close the pop-up and it did not respond to scrolling. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. No joy. Eventually i rebooted the mobile and that fixed the problem. Overall a rather frustrating start but the app works well, once it works.
Poor log in
After app updates you need to log in again. The username field hasn’t been coded to recognise autofill. This is very irritating given the unnecessary requirement to log in every time it updates.
Good information, flaky app
Which reviews and information are super helpful but this is let down a little with bugs. Previously it was searches not returning all results. Now it seems to be issues accessing reviews. About half the time when clicking on a product link, the screen just goes black and you have to force shutdown the app (running on IPhone with latest updates). Expect better

Access to information
I have been trying to access information on steam irons and although all the headings show there is information when I continue the heading shows 0 ie there is nothing available. I also had difficulty trying to change me email address through you 'help' system which initially was not accepting my efforts to print what I typed then suddenly the keys would go wild and the typing would appear including my second or third attempts to see a letter so I had to delete and go back to square one. Eventually it sorted itself out and I have been informed my email is now changed. I now have run out of time and must try later to see if I can get the information I want on steam irons. I Bassett
Which App - Easy to use
Easy to find what you are looking for in the app and really easy to navigate options
Not great.
I can’t give this app a good rating. The information is there but it’s difficult to find. There are frequent blank screens. Never had to re enter login details more often than with this app. And it’s not clear if I’m logged in or not. Verdict: Don’t Buy.
Dark Mode
Good App but can’t believe it doesn’t have a dark mode option after all this time. Could you please add this option ASAP

Frustration
I have signed up for a years subscription to Which on line and paid my £79 and every time I try and access the suggested ranking of an item I am being told that only paid members are eligible to view this information.
No sync with their web site
It’s a good app, but if you shortlist something you can’t see that on the web
can't see reviews after subscribing...
paid subscription does not work... (but taking my payment does...)
Average
The search is very poor, typically not finding any reviews and when you swap to another app and then back it reopens at the main menu, very annoying.
50 years and lost track.
I have been a subscriber continuously to Which since my twenties and I’m now 76. I’ve never failed to dip into every issue and there is always something to be absorbed by. It’s great to have the digital version available too I can never lose any articles and find them quickly with a digital search. I’ve no idea how much money the recommendations have saved me over the years but it will easily dwarf the cost of subscriptions. Thank you so much Which magazine contributors and production staff for all you have done to ensure I always buy things of value and quality.
Constantly required to sign in again
Almost every time I open the app on my iPad I have to sign in again with my email and password. It’s easier to just open the website, which also has a better indexing system.
Good app
Makes researching/ checking products a breeze
Impossible to get information despite subscription
It’s great to have a resource like Which? magazine. But despite subscribing, the app does not give access to the hidden subscriber-only information.
Good but not as good as before
Which is great. Previously you could see all of the review on the app and compare the ratings and filter by features. Now that has mostly gone. Also many of the links in articles do not work. New is not always better The link s are a bit better but still can’t get all the reviews V annoying is that the latest version keeps asking for your membership details!
Indispensable
For evidence based decisions there is no better publication.

Canon Ptixma printrer
Great app. Some major brands missing in certain areas
Wish it had all brands crossed referenced.
Great content, terrible app
The app is horrible to use and constantly freezes. Also it doesn’t remember the saved items as I found my list is suddenly gone.
Best buy service/Don't buy application
1.0 was a utilitarian triumph - database driven, natively written and consequently all but automatically seamlessly navigable with unthinking ease. Indeed, after experiencing the data delivery delights at my digital fingertips, I petitioned Which? to offer an app-only pricing tier since it had sufficient strength to standalone without the magazine (tier subsequently added in short order). Using the 2.0 version that replaced it invokes flashbacks symptomatic of post-Microsoft stress disorder with such vigour I can only conclude the masochistic developer constructed it committed to the distinct objective of creating a tribute worthy of the company of Windows 8. Attempting to use this spaghetti scripted shambles, a website masquerading as an 'app' of any utility other than a tool to invoke disdain for digital indignity, feels like the kind of self-harm study that surely should be submitted to a more suitable platform than Apple's App Shop such as the Online Safety Act's suggestion box.
Reliable Source of Consumer Information
Love this app which allows me easily to access valuable consumer information on products that are relevant to me.
Price not a factor in ratings
This magazine recommends items regardless of price! On an insurance for home they recommend NFU as best provider, Imagine my shock when I rang for a quote and was quoted £1000 for a buildings and contents. I got covet for less than £300 with all the same options. The other thing that irks me is, I got the app and Mag to my tablet at a good price two years ago and was happy paying the £30 or so but imagine my horror at being charged £79 for a renewal which I certainly would have not paid but I hadn’t in ticked auto renewal so I cancelled but too late for the payment. Then the cheeky beggars sent me an offer of £28 for a years subscription. Very Poor Service, Im angry and will never subscribe again
Excellent advice... just want more

Very limited
Seems like so much info on Which site is not accessible through their App. Looking at their bike lock reviews on the site but when I search on the App response is: No results for bike locks. Why is this?
Advisory Help
My initial request for assistance from the newish Advisor platform was relatively straightforward. The support for the recorded private information to be sent was not & the weakest link unless you had worked for GCQH i was never able to open it and gave up.
Splendid app

Dreadful
GF bought me this as a gift and I wish she hadn’t bothered. Lost count of the times I’ve had to log in with a 12 character password. It’s not Fort Knox. Took me two hours to redeem my ‘gift’. Now started on the ‘nick name taken’ bit which will no doubt take another two hours.
Great App!
Very simple, intuitive interface. Delighted that it’s now available in Ireland. Up to recently it wasn’t available to me despite my membership of Which?
Searching very poor
Content doesn’t seem to match the website content, and I found searching in the app would return “no articles” whereas searching on the main site would. So, overall, this is a lesser experience.
Too much to read
I am a member but I find the information is hard to read and far to much info. Can’t access what I need easily.
