Technical Problem
I think there is something wrong with your app..for the past week, i have been trying to add to cart but the statement return as the product is no longer available.. although the sizings seems to be available.. Please check your issue as this trouble me to purchase

I remember when the POPLOOK app used to give so much trouble: updates that weren’t there, the credit card screen was so glitchy it was impossible to pay. But the app team actually pulled up their socks. I used it yesterday and was surprised by how much easier it was. It remembered the store credit code I entered but haven’t used. Payment was easier although I did get a null error message at one point but payment was confirmed anyway. The colour option charts still a bit glitchy but overall, works where it matters.

No payment option
The payment option went missing.
Slow
Your app speed is getting slow and slower each day. One filter can takes up to a minute till fully loaded.
Nice interface but not user friendly
Not sure if it’s the raya traffic or what but the app experience is not that pleasant. The page will go back to the top after you viewed an item which is super annoying especially when you’ve scrolled to the bottom of the page. The payment page is annoying as well as it doesn’t respond well when you touch any button.

Exit suddenly when using filtered option
Able to scroll through items but app exit suddenly when we apply the option from filter.

On IOS it is impossible to load apps and it crashes. Hence it is impossible to browse anything what more shop. Sigh

Scrolling down is not pleasant.keep bugging.always go to the top after view a product.

The back button sometimes disappears after selecting an item. I have to force app to close and reselect filters to locate my last browsing spot.
Cannot checkout when tick Gift Option
I’ve been trying to checkout few times but it stated “Internet Connection Problem” whenever i tick Yes at the Gift Option and have a message in the textbox. When i change to No and remove the message only then can proceed.
App is not loading after new update
After updating the app, the items won’t load and I cannot view any of the items. The app also kept lagging. Please help to fix the issue!
App always crash
The app is always crash especially when using the filter or sort function. I’m not so sure why. Not a user friendly especially some of the model wear the whole look outfit and not attaching the name precisely.

Won't connect.
App won't connect, even with a stable connection.
Payment problem
Payment is impossible with the app because the it doesn't show the whole screen on payment page in app. Had to do payment at the website. So no point of having the app.
Model
I still prefer Alia as the model as she has an asian cutting and she's trully wearing hijab. How she potrays from scarves to clothes to bottoms, I can imagine myself on the clothes before purchasing. And thats important. Poplook pls do something.
