Not as details as official website
I never purchase via official app & website before but I downloaded this app long time ago, so i decided to finally buy something through app because of the convenience in using the app. This app is very smooth in browsing items although lacking explanation of products in the description boxes, sometimes while browsing it will suddenly refresh by itself which is a small bug that I still can tolerate. BUT, biggest issue is after I choose everything I want and finally go to the final payment page, i couldn’t make payment! Attempting to make the same purchase for 4th time. I thought maybe it’s the problem of the voucher code i applied, so I changed another voucher code as another last attempt, FAILED again. Okay. Thus, I went to the official website to try again to check what’s the problem with my purchase, turns out the official website stated one of the item that showing available in app is not available anymore AND some items only allowed me to buy quantity of 1 with the explanation of limited stock available. CONCLUSION: the explanation of APP & Website is different and it shows the insufficient information on APP. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL… - UPDATED REVIEW: Thanks for updating the app by fixing the visibility of stock levels of every items in cart, very helpful 👍🏻 I love the latest animated e-brochure in Guardian Apps, it enhanced the shopping experience by browsing the available promotional items easier & faster 👍🏻
Apps tak function
Tak boleh nak creat acc, tak boleh nak login. Baru isi form 2-3 perkara app terus jadi blank.
Not a great app to use
Guardian is great but their app isn’t so. Keeps hanging and I keep getting pop-up “Oops - Something went wrong!. Please refresh the app”. And this keeps going on and on. In the end I can’t even use the app. Last option is to uninstall the app.

Not useful for online purchase
unable to add a mailing address. The system does not respond when I attempt to do so, and no error message or indication is provided to explain what the issue is. I registered using my Apple ID, and the email address appears to be automatically assigned by the app. I am unable to edit or change this email address. Additionally, it seems that any updates or changes require manual written requests, which is inconvenient. I have already reached out to your team for assistance but have not received any response so far. I can’t do at online purchase now to grab my sales item 😳😳😳
Useless, slow
What is the point of developing an app without proper support on all devices. Have gone through multiple updates yet simple product search causes the app to hang or crash. Stop wasting money developing an app if you are not gonna do it properly

Last time login guna fb . Then xboleh tukar first and last name . So Delete acc . And register semula guna emel. Lepas tu okay suda

App Registration & Login Issue
I wanted to register since 2025, but the app has been lagging until today. I managed to register using the website and it worked fine. However, when I try to log in through the app, it’s still lagging.

Unable to create account
Failed to sign up because the account is linked Apple. If you don’t allow this method, why would state it there ? End up walk out guardian without buying anything. Dumb process.

Terrible unstable App
Your app is terrible, unstable and wasting a lot of my time. App developer or owner should have tried before launch. Register half way log me out after all my email being registered but not able to login.
Load issues
Each time I try to login to my account, or change to a different navigational tab at the bottom of the screen, my entire navigational tab ends up on top of my iPhone 13 Pro screen. I hope the UI UX team has a serious look at it. Heck, it was the case over 1 month ago when I tried, and the same thing happened again today after deleting AND redownloading the app again. Why even bother with an app as a front end, if the website works?

Multiple issues with the App
I have been facing multiple issues with the app: (1) log me out multiple times and couldn’t re-login as it will prompt a message stating ‘internal server error, try again’. This issue appears on and off; (2) couldn’t view my past orders etc. I really hope someone is looking into this app if you are serious in this business. Disappointed customer.
Never received email verification
I couldn’t use the app at the cashier because I never received the email verification instantly. Poor app sign up process
Apps Not Functioning Properly
The Guardian app is very unfriendly for customers. I have communicated with the technical team several times about the app not functioning properly. They asked me to update my profile, but the app doesn’t work at all — it only shows a blank page every time I log in. Until now, none of the issues have been resolved. I also cannot view my points. I hope Guardian will take this matter seriously and fix the app as soon as possible.
Take 1 month to proceed the order
Place order on May, show estimates delivery date on July. So funny. 1 Month to proceed the order. If urgent, I won’t buy at here because process time too long. Better I buy at Shopee, within 1 week I can get my stuff.
Please improve apps
The search bar blocking at the top of iPhone , I can’t even key in and search item using that bar…..so weird … please update and ask technician to use iPhone and test please
