I use this app every week for groceries. Very convenient and easy to use.
Added to cart, but no items inside
Apps is ok before this, but since last two days I try to order using the apps, what I added inside the cart, disappeared. Can’t check out also since the cart is empty. Please help to fix the issue.

Comapred to Jaya Grocer. AEON doesn’t explicitly state if the food is halal. I accidentally bought a non halal gochujang. I never expected that AEON also provide non halal gochujang so i feel quite surprised. I hope your team will fix this and maybe separate non halal section.
Best shopping service in KL
They will call you if any items are unavailable. Many promo codes too. The picker & delivery staffs are amazing. They will keep you updated and always very polite. Remember to tip them especially when the items are heavy. Let’s appreciate their good work!
Can't even register
It doesn't seem to be synced with the Aeon Wallet account. Clicking "Forgot Password" doesn't even tell me if I'm not registered or if my email isn't being delivered. Secondly, when I register and get to the screen where I'm supposed to receive a verification code, it keeps saying "Invalid Address". I can't use the app at all, and it doesn't tell me exactly what's wrong
Great app, but delivery timing shall be earlier!
I really like using the myAEON2go app – it’s user-friendly and has a wide range of products. There are lots of good promo items and great deals, which makes shopping more fun and worth it. However, I hope there can be some improvement on the delivery time. The “express delivery” only starts at 12 noon, which is a bit too late especially for those who need ingredients earlier to cook lunch. It would be much more helpful if express delivery could start earlier in the day. Overall, it’s a good app and I’ll continue using it, but faster delivery would make it even better!

I try to link my member card many times. Keep unsuccessful . So I can’t collect point.

I like aeon apps and delivery service. My address is Bandar Mahkota Cheras, but place order is from aeon equine which is quite far away. My nearest delivery service is from aeon Cheras selatan. Thank you.
Always unable to obtain OTP

Poor communication between the app and outlets
You guys really need to work on your pick up orders and yours delivery orders. Here are all the situations that happened with me when ordering from you, the order is by recent: 1- I order a pick up with one item being chicken breast, the staff call me saying there is no stock at all and it has to be canceled, I ASKED if there is any other brand alternative to change the item with and they said no, only to arrive there and find a shelf filled with chicken breast, when i ask to get that item instead, the staff is so confused and don’t know how to act claiming that they already placed a cancel mark on the item 2- Ordering a certain amount of kgs from an item as delivery, only to receive it missing 200-400g (happened multiple times) 3- Item is missing from the order and they realize it when I’m almost home, i then had to stay home waiting for them to send the item when i could be out doing literally anything else I’m not mad, i love BigAeon, i will continue to purchase from you, i just want to point out these issues so you can work on them

Unable to Create Account after Deleting it
Deleted the account due to cannot untied my credit card. But when i try to create account using another email and same mobile number it doesnt allow. Approached customer service they mention they are unable to remove mobile number from db and they are asking me to use a new mobile number. I bet no one will get a new mobile number just to use their app. At this era still have app that is so old school. Learn from Grab if u want to keep to the market standard. I use Grab all the time then was trying to switch to aeon 3 weeks ago. Tech wise they are just way behind. Will be switching back to Grab.
Online banking payment method
All is well and excellent, so easy for me, but please add online banking for payment method. I don’t have time to take out my card everytime I need to make payment.
The State Field is not working
Was about to check out and tried completing the form, everything was done except for State drop-down it’s not active. I can’t submit nor able to order. please look into this asap

Horrible App
Sadly a well known brand but they can’t even solve the screw up App. Can’t reset to new password. Then Try to create new Account not even allowed because old details are there. Then why can’t you reset the Login password. Horrible App.
Payment process needs improvement.
The rest are all fine. Just the payment process needs a bit of improvement, the loading time taken is quite a bit to wait.

First time using this app. Goods delivered on time. Staff was friendly and courteuos. And the vege and poultry are fresh.
scam app
Customer scam application. Bought product and paid with visa card. Then the product was out of stock. They didn't deliver the product. When I emailed feedback, they said to wait 7-14 days. 22 day not refund money . The money still hasn't been returned to my bank. Scam application. Everyone, please consider carefully when buying things on this app. Very disappointed. What's even worse is that when talking directly with them, they asked for the order ID. Then they went into the app and edited it to not charge but the product was out of stock. If I had known in advance, why would I have ordered to lose money? They are so scary, they are purposeful scammers. After charging, when delivering the product, they said it was out of stock.

Excellent service better than Lotus Tesco
Aeon apps never disappoint me with great services; from placing order through apps, informing me whenever the items not available and even suggesting replacements, always follow delivery time frame and all my items received in a very good condition (even 30 pieces of egg safe and sound arrived at my door!).Unbelievable excellent services compared to Lotus Tesco which always did the opposite of above. Hope Aeon can maintain the good momentum and wish you the best!

Please don’t list out-of-stock items in your app. After making a payment, it suddenly says the item is out of stock. This has happened three times already. I won’t use this app anymore.
