Love for WordBrain 2
I’ve played this game for years and I love it!! I’ve never once experienced any glitches or technical problems. Every board I’ve solved works, the games move on to the next levels seamlessly. I love how it gets increasingly difficult. All hints I’ve purchased show up without fail. I would LOVE NEW LEVELS though as I have 100% completion!! Please tell me more are coming…this is such a great game! I’m satisfied with the daily puzzle and special events, but I need more :)

Lost progress in Holiday event
As another user mentioned, I updated the app recently and then lost 8 days of progress in the Holiday event. No way to contact the developer in the “Help” center.
Holiday event 2025
I have been playing this puzzle everyday since it was posted. However, on day 7 I open the puzzle and it shows red X’s for day 1 thru 6. I worked those puzzles, what happened?
Big GLITCH in App
I love this game and open it twice a day to play or spin. I play all the special events to earn more hints. After the update a week ago, I opened the app to find the “Holiday Event” progress I had are now all marked with red “x”s. Please fix and restore my progress.
Major glitches for over a month
Lost all previous tracking in specially holiday events and no matter what I do, can’t get it back. I get notifications that the next day on the holiday event is available to play but when I open the app the holiday event is not there to open and play. This has been going on for over a month. Lots of complaints by lots of people yet still no fix.
Lost progress….
I’ve been using this app for ages,really love it. For some unknown reason I’ve lost 11days progress on the latest holiday event. 🤷🏼 Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested in the help centre. No luck !Frustrating .

Lost all my points
Following me updating my phone, I lost all the games that I had played in the holiday event
Game gone
My game has turned dark brown/green and I can’t get in to play. HELP PLEASE.
Lost progress
Many a times the game looses the progress and I tried to follow the steps to uninstall the app and then reinstall it but it didn’t show the progress I had in the event nor all the levels I played. It just came to square one that is the starting point.
Generally good!
Missing Holiday Event numbers 1-7, I did them and now they are showing as not done. Where did they go? Otherwise I enjoy the puzzles and special events!
Progress Lost
I loved playing this game. When I completed all the levels, I waited and waited and waited and waited for new levels to be added (which has finally happened). In the meanwhile, I played the daily puzzles and various events throughout the year. There were times I might have missed a day or two in these events. This was my fault. However, finding out that that I lost 10 days of progress for this Holiday Event was infuriating. I deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. As a holiday gift, you guys should just give every player who played the Holiday Event 30 free hints right now and just end the event. Please fix your game!

I always try and do the puzzle I completed the first 5 day’s and on the 6th day the previous 5 days weren’t completed they had a cross by them I’ve turned my phone off thinking they would right themselves but they haven’t not very happy
Great puzzle but it devastates iPad battery
I love playing this, it honestly takes me months to get through and I’m pretty good at it. Early games are off putting as they’re fairly easy but there’s dozens to slog through before they get harder. Keep at it though, I promise it gets good! It is vvvvvv hungry on battery life. I can watch a 2 hour film and the battery on my iPad drops about 8%. Playing this for 4 hours uses 80% If I launch the app and just look at it for 90 minutes without touching the iPad it takes 23%. Something devs seriously need to look at.
Help center won’t load
First you haven’t added any new games in a very long time, second the game is not allowing me to play the newest event. When I go to play it says new level tomorrow and I didn’t even play any levels I would have posted this through the help center but it never loaded Please fix your bugs Your game has a glitch I say this because I played all levels in the holiday game, but the game decided to red box all of them, resulting in me only getting ten points instead of thirty You still haven’t fixed the bugs
Update took my progress
I have been enjoying word brain 2 for a long time, but I recently installed a new update and it took all my progress from the xmas event, saying I had missed the days up to the update. I did what the help centre recommended and deleted and re-installed the app, but that just deleted today’s progress again and still left me with two days I had completed missing.
What happened to my game
Love the game. But now I lose the progress of the current holiday event. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping to get my progress back. I lost all my progress from the main game that I completely finished. And lost my daily too. What happened? Glitch?
Game didn’t load for 4 days
My iPhone updated and my progress on the game was lost. I uninstalled and re-installed as recommended on the app help page. My progress is STILL NOT RESTORED!

I love this game, great challenge but there have been no new levels for ages…completed word sequipedalien 6 months ago but can’t play anymore as no new/more levels..

I’ve played this game for years and now there are tons of glitches! Opened the Holiday Challenge game and several days that I already played are now marked not played. Played today’s level and it’s showing not yet played but won’t let me go into play it either. Are you going to give us credit for the games we played? I’m not the only one who is wondering this. I figured you would have fixed it by now with so many complaints.

Progress Lost
Went into the app yesterday and when I played the holiday event puzzle there were X’s next to every other day (even though I’ve played every one). I figured it was a glitch but today it only saved yesterday and today’s. I uninstalled the app as instructed to resync my progress however when I went in to the Holiday Event it only had a check mark next today’s date, with my other progress now gone. This isn’t the first time it has happened during one of the events, I figured maybe it was me but now I know it wasn’t. Extremely disappointed as I look forward to the events and find it very frustrating to have all my progress wiped out.

It used to be fun
I lost 10 rewards after an update and reinstalling it as suggested by them did not fix it. Also found out that all the answers are online, so what’s the point. Don’t bother.

Missing lives
I have lots of lives. Completed all 20 of the Back to School and should have got another 20, but only received 10. When I get a life they don’t always clock up. Shame on you! It’s free so I’ll keep playing.

Fun but
I was doing the current holiday challenge, but I missed one day and it said I missed all the previous puzzles, too.
enjoyable game
we have played this every morning and we were up to level 480 and completed all the autumn puzzles. It has crashed and we have lost everything even our 2000 hints.I reinstalled the app and it has not renewed either our progress or the completed autumn puzzles. Seems impossible to contact customer services. This aspect is very disappointing and unless I can renew the lost progress I will probably quit the game permanently. Had given 5 stars before but not now.

Lost progress and spins
I’ve enjoyed this game but today when I opened it I lost all the days that I solved in the current challenge. I did what the Help article said on how to restore progress (uninstall and reinstall the app). After that, not only did it not show all days I’d solved the puzzles in the current challenge, I also lost ALL the spins I’d earned so I can’t get any hints.
Was very impressed until …
They ‘stole’ 20 of my hard earned lives. I had amassed 34 lives and suddenly I discovered there were only 14 left. Having spent weeks earning these lives I decided that life is too short to try and reclaim them so I removed the app…..
Great game
Played for years now, some difficult some hard, gets the old grey matter going.
Progress reset
After completing every day of the holiday event, I noticed yesterday that it now only showed that I completed yesterday’s puzzle. After looking through help it said I should uninstall and reinstall the game to sync my data up. But when I reinstalled it completely reset my progress and never synced back up. Lost all my progress and I purchased the ad free option years ago but it’s gone as well and restore purchases does nothing. And you cannot contact the company. It just takes you to their faq page which put me in the predicament in the first place. Very upset.
Problem
Can’t complete today’s birthday event level. It isn’t loading properly. I hope I’m not going to miss out on the chance to get the full amount of hints for the event.

I play every day. Today, I got the Fashionista game, but the first 4 puzzles were already past! Why does this keep happening?
Poor for partial sighted
Great app that I play daily, however I am struggling recently with seeing the letters. Today, yellow on white background was almost impossible! Perhaps think about it in future updates an option to change font colour i.e black on white background.

Lost credit for holiday event
I have played every day of the holiday event, today I opened it and all show they were missed except the last two. Tried to contact someone in support but there’s no way to do that. Very disappointing.
Should bean ad free option
I love this game but the frequency of ads is really, really, very, very annoying. I’d happily pay for an ad free version.
Getting too difficult
I have been playing this game for many years now and have always loved it. But, now that I am way up in the levels, it has stopped being fun. It’s too difficult when the words are 10 and 11 letters long with no shorter words in between to at least give a little help. I try not to use hints because I like the challenge, but I need them for just about every word now. I don’t look forward to playing the game anymore and may get rid of it.
