Thank you for creating this app, it has saved my time; however, I did have a slight issue the other day when I was waiting for the red bus. It showed that the red bus was traveling on the green line and the green bus was traveling on the red line yet the bus that arrived is the red bus even though in the app says it’s green.

โดยรวมๆดีนะ รถคันไหนมี gps ก็สามารถเห็นได้ตลอดเลย แต่อยากให้แก้ไขตรงที่เติมรายเดือนแล้วบางสายไม่มีเวลาขึ้นให้ กับ บางทีรถจอดอยู่ในอู่ ห่างจากป้ายประมาณ15นาที ในแอปก็จะขึ้น15นาที แต่รถยังไม่ออกจากอู่ไงก็ขึ้นรอรถ15นาทีเป็นเกือบชม. อยากให้ขับออกมาจากอู่ค่อยนับเวลา เพราะมันกระทบกับการกะเวลามากๆ อีกทั้งเติมไปเพื่ออยากกะเวลารอไม่นาน สรุปก็รอนานอยู่ดีเพราะกรณีแบบนี้

Bad information
Why is it SO HARD to find the bus stop in Bangkok? This app says the bus stops here. Google says the same. Wait at bus stop 30 minutes, bus finally arrives. Bus doesn’t stop.
Be careful
Most of the bus driver from Bangkok don’t want foreigners to talk a bus. They always say no to foreigners when taking the bus even we are on the right track!

Never thought of this high quality app from Bangkok. Great job folks!
Needs continual improvements
The app has great potential, but it’s clunky. The GPS lags and doesn’t work properly, and the app often freezes or shows buses in the wrong location. I’ve had to constantly close and reopen it just to get it to function. Another downside is that it doesn’t include any of the blue EV buses operated by Thai Smile Bus, which is a shame. They use a separate app that’s only in Thai, making it tough for all the expats living in Bangkok. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and needs a lot of improvement. These issues happen with the free version, so I definitely wouldn’t upgrade.

Thai language signage wanted
I would like the bus stop names to be displayed in both Thai and English. Sometimes the bus staff could not understand the English names. With that being said, this app was very useful during my trip. Thank you.

รถเมล์หายไปจากแมพ เปิดแอปดูว่ามีรถ กำลังมาแต่พอยืนรอจริงๆรถที่กำลังมาของสายนั้นหายไป เป็นบ่อยมาก พอขึ้นว่าจะมาอีกก็รอ คันนี้ร่วม1ชม. ก็เป็นแบบเดิมจนตัดสินใจขึ้นสายอื่น ประสบณ์ปัญหานี้บ่อยมาก ทำให้เรื่องการเผื่อเวลาไปทำงาน มันแย่มากๆ เท่ากับไม่มีประโยนช์อะไรเลย

แอพนี้ไม่ค่อยฉลาดเลย รับได้เฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษ และถ้าสะกดผิดก็จะไม่ปรากฏข้อมูล เช่นพิมพ์คำว่าบึงกุ่มเป็นภาษาอังกฤษก็จะไม่เจอ เพราะแต่ละคนจะสะกดต่างกัน ส่วนข้อมูลรถเมล์ไม่update บางคันหยุดวิ่งก็ยังปรากฏ รอทั้งคืนก็ไม่มา แอพนี้ไม่สามารถบอกว่ารถที่เรารอตอนนี้อยู่ไหนจะมาอีกกี่นาที รอสี่สิบนาทีก็ไม่รู้ว่าต้องรออีกนานแค่ไหน แนะใช้Google map ที่จะบอกละเอียดว่าต้องไปขึ้นรถที่ป้ายไหน สายอะไร ใช้เวลาเดินทางกี่นาที ต้องไปต่อรถ เรือ รถไฟฟ้า หรือgrand อีกกี่นาที บอกละเอียดยิบ สามารถพิมพ์ชื่อไทยได้ พิมพ์ผิดมันก็หาให้เจอได้อีก
Can be used as a guide
The recommended bus may be incompleted, eg Victory Monument to Pantip Pratunam can go by 140 as well but the app only shows 139, better use in conjunction with Google App (better suggestions) and BMTA own app to confirm route.

I thought is was an app for the via bus in Texas. It turns out it’s only for Thailand? What’s that about? It should’ve said more in the description.
