Good way to clock steps
Fun app with loads of information. Good way to clock steps while looking for Winks to scan.
Blocked account due to irregular activity. Messaging does not work
Account was just blocked while scanning for link points. Message said that due to irregular activities. I tried to message within the app. Message was invalid format.
Data lost
I’ve been participating in this game for years and have accumulated a considerable amount of points and assets. However, the day before yesterday, my account was suddenly frozen, and I was asked to go through an account verification process. After completing the verification as required, I discovered today that my account had been switched to a new one, and all my previous progress was instantly reset to zero! Is this a legitimate game or just some kind of joke? Could the operators please provide an explanation?
For advertising more than is practical need
Basic information are missing, incl MRT exit information.
Circle line
I noticed that even after the latest update, the MRT map still does not include the three new Circle Line stations. As many commuters rely on the app for navigation, it would be greatly appreciated if the map could be kept up to date whenever new stations open.
Very good
This a great app to get free points and after that
Got lock for no reason
One fine day I am scanning and got log out. Try logging in but was shown that my account is locked. No reason, i did not do anything wrong that got my account locked either (term and condition)
Reviews seems artificial
Compared to other commuter app, this looks average. All 5 star reviews given seems like paid reviews. Uninstalled it in 10 minutes.
Recent Inaccuracies in Bus Timing
Has been working well until recently. Bus timings would freeze or suddenly disappear, and has become increasingly unreliable.
Love this app
Scan to earn points on public transport and exchange these points for attractive items.

Good updates from previous years
Interesting to find wink+ app has updated many features. I really enjoy the deals section. Like the app is now more customer-centric. Would love to see more activities featured around Singapore or special ongoing events! Also will look forward to be able to use the app to pay my train fare and gain points.
Lousy update. Incorrect merchant list
Update with scanning not supported. The merchant list also not updated. Cafe2b no longer accept wink voucher according to the staff there. There is also no display of wink decal at shop.
Enhanced Navigation Experience
The latest version of this app brings notable improvements to its navigation capabilities. Formerly a rewards-focused app, it now offers enhanced features for island exploration. The design is clean and user-friendly, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly. One noteworthy addition is the inclusion of locality maps within the station information page. These maps have proven to be quite useful in navigating MRT stations, especially compared to other mapping apps that occasionally lead to incorrect exits. Overall, this update adds value to the app's functionality, particularly for those navigating Singapore's urban environment.
Scanning not supported then what’s the use of the app???
Bruh
Wink+ ups!
The updated mobile app provides a list of activities and promotions to be considered happening around the island - which is interesting! Interactive interface and I found the wayfinding feature very helpful especially!

Convenient app
Awesome customisation for the user! And first app in Singapore that shows places of interests and where to eat based off mrt stations. Everything in an app. Love it!
