Pleasant evening
Decided to pop into the local toby for a carvery instead of cooking . Great food and pleasant surroundings coupled with an attentive server . What more due you need

This is not a easy reward app to use
Disappointed customers
Had to wait 10 minutes for a table for 2, even though more than 6 double tables that could have been separated? Went up to be served Yorkshire & meat selection, only then to find warm carrots & mash which would not come off the serving soon as it was too dry? Once seated we found much to our dismay, that the beef & pork we had chosen was tough & grisly, told one of the staff that we were unhappy, she responded with sometimes the meat is like that & would we like another choice, which we turned down. We doubt if we will be returning.
Tea time
I was really looking forward to my meal as we haven’t visited for a while , and I love a Tony carevery , but was very disappointed !!! The cauliflower cheese ( had no cheese ) was sloppy and tasteless , the sliced potatoe dish was over cooked , the choice of veg was poor , no carrots or sprouts . All in all I really did not enjoy my meal and it certainly wasn’t worth the £11.99 price tag . Will be some time before we return .

Donna a long standing employee as usual provided world class customer service. You can’t get a better host.
Sunday roast
Very disappointed on this occasion! Roast potatoes and parsnips had not been peeled ? Didn’t taste nice at all ruined my appetite
Toby’s Carvery 24/7/26
Substandard. The TV in vegetables hadn’t been refreshed for a long time and were ‘well worn’. The vegetable area was neglected and needed cleaning and tidying and the beef was so tough it was inedible.
Really friendly staff
Came to Harlow with my mum and dad and we had a lovely meal. The carvery was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Toby carvery Northbourne.
Maim carvery. Food not very hot & never seen a piece of Turkey not the remains of a whole bird on the carvery. Yorkshire was chewy & roast potatoes were hard to cut up. Gravy lumpy, very disappointed. They did offer to warm up our dinners but we declined. Ann our server was very pleasant.
POOR DRIED OUT MEAT
Horrific carvery. Meat dried out and crumbling as carved. Veg looked as though it had been there since lunchtime we dined at 7pm! Roast potatoes looked as though they had been cooked at least twice. Should have realised there was an issue when they were two tables of diners!!

Polite staff
Great afternoon at the Toby in Solihull . Staff were so Polite and helpful including the man serving food . Nice smiles and very courteous. 10 out of 10 . The food was delicious. However the toilets let you down . Very messy , toilet roll all over the floor . Also getting into the toilet cubicle was difficult I am a very small person but trying to get in and close the door turned out to be something that needed to be worked out !! Perhaps worth taking a look at .
