Needs to be fixed
I like this app it looks great, one thing needs to be improved is the path of travel which doesn’t give you different options
Разочарование
50 мест отметил и платить придется
Current place does not work
Could you help fix this issue?
Не работает
К сожалению, кажется больше не работает. Жаль, я туда столько всего уже ввела, а теперь приложение виснет сразу после открытия
Uploading photos
They should have a function where more than one photo can be uploaded at the same time; It is very tedious to upload photographs one by one. Gerardo
I love it!! Can track my family tree!
I got this to track my family tree and it’s perfect! I can include the date going back to 1100, (maybe more!) and color code so I know which family line it’s from. I can even connect the dots with lines. Perfection!
Lost it all
I had about 150 places and they just disappeared. Lost it all.
Great App
I love this app, minor annoyance is when I drop a pin from a photo it doesn’t automatically assign the photo, I have to edit the pin and assign it manually, other than that perfect.
Перестало нормально работать
Не так давно началась проблема-мгновенно зависает приложение как туда заходишь и на этом всё её использование уже оканчивается сразу.Всю историю уже даже не просмотреть тоже.А ведь формат ее расширения был оплачен.
Paying Really
After only setting up two groups it said that I have to pay 10 dollars to get more. Just why?
My favorite app
Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. This app allows me to keep track of everyplace I have ever been in great detail. You can subcategorize your pins and keep track of places you want to go. You can attach pictures and see everywhere you’ve been so far. I highly recommend this app!!
Can’t add photos on iPhone
I have the latest iPhone with latest OS unfortunately there is no way to save a photo to the “Place” you have been which is a fundamental requirement I think. It used to work for me; now just errors of photo will not save to the Place
Great
App is easy to use. Places can be marked by searching or dropping pins directly on the map. Each pin can be personalized by uploading photos, editing date/time of visit, adding notes, and set into groups of different pin colors. My only complaint is the nearby pins group into a larger pin with a number on it when you zoom out the map. I’d rather have small and colorful pins scattered all over the map.
Средне
Не понятно как отмечать именно города или штаты, а не страны
Invalid session
I track the fires I’ve been on with this app, and this year I am unable to plot things and I’m getting an “invalid session” message.
Batter than pin on paper map
Was planning to put pin on paper map on the wall, but this app is much better ways to mark all my travel places with picture and much more. Glad to find this app. Highly recommended 😀😀😀
Everything is frozen
On both my iPad and iPhone, this app opens, but is frozen. There is no reaction to taps anywhere in the app space. The last update seems to have bricked it.
Cool App
This is a really cool app and allows you to keep up with the places you’ve traveled. I would recommend a feature to allow you to invite people to your group in order to collaborate and add pictures, notes, places etc.
Won’t let me drop pins anymore
Recent update lost all my pins and won’t let me add any back Great service getting old pins back but still unable to add any new ones
User friendly
Great and easy to use. Only thing I would like to see is that you could rearrange the date order and newest date on bottom and oldest on top. I forgot a date and now it’s out of order and def don’t want to redo all again.
Good App
This app is great. Questions are answered by developer.
Lost Everything
I lost everything after iOS 14.0.
where I’ve been app
1st class app...at long last I have a decent record of where and when I have visited places over the last few years...easy to master and ability to save data in various formats. Only slight criticism is that the colourful Pi charts, groups some countries together as “others”...but guess this is inevitable.
Recent update - RUINED
Used to love this app but I’ve just updated and can now no longer search for specific places such as restaurants. Used to keep track of places I’d eaten or been while abroad but I now have to find them manually on the map? Can’t even search for villages anymore. Please do something about this ASAP.
Wish I could import photos from FB
Something happened and I had to reenter all the places I’ve visited. If it connected to Facebook this would be so much easier
Finally, an app to track my travel
Love this! Easy and fun to use, I finally have both the visual record of my travels as well as the analytics of the places I’ve been. I’d love the app to track cities vs places but that’s just a personal preference of mine. After trying several others, this app is closest to what I had in mind for a travel app.
it asks you to buy after 50 spots
without making it clear from the beginning
Simple Pleasures!
A simple app that’s easy to navigate and use. I have the free version and it’s great for marking locations and building a timeline. I like that you can make it personable buy choosing colours and pins for your map. Apple maps is also used which I love as I use this all the time. Only negative is the dates in the timeline, if you just choose the year as you can’t remember your dates, 2015 appears in 2014. So you have to choose the year in front to get it to sit in your timeline correctly. A great idea for future development would be a social section to the app. So you can connect with other users by username and tag them in your trips and for it to appear on your timeline. And then you can share photos for that trip etc.
Good app but keeps crashing
If you add more than a few locations the app crashes
no mention of pro version
Looks like good features. but limited to 50 locations.
Exceeded what I thought I would want in the app
I’ve been using this app to record where I have been by memory. I just discovered that if you post a photo, it will collect the metadata on it so you have accurate data of when and where you were as well as a photo to prove it. You can also add notes!
Map
Before the update I can view address of place I click, now I cannot. Please fix.
Love it!
I’ve been able to track and pin photos to all the places I’ve been! I even compared it with another similar app and this one far surpassed it. I’ve had some issues with it constantly crashing though, even when I’m in a place that has good WiFi. Other than that, this app is fantastic!
Annoying bugs
Love the idea and potential but after entering a first few locations, it doesn’t seem to know that Honolulu and New York are in the US. It shows them without a country. Pointless if the data is inaccurate but hopefully a fixable bug. (iOS 11.2)
Overloaded?
I really enjoyed this app, until my list of places started getting too big to handle. I bought the upgrade to unlimited places, but once my places hit 300, it slowed down dramatically. Now I’m over 500 places, after putting in 6 or 7 more, it becomes so slow, such long waits for the place to register, that I have to quit the app, and restart, to be able to proceed. I have thousands more places to input, so this is a major issue for me. Why can’t the app simply allow continuous operation without all the slow downs?
Great App and great customer service
This app does exactly what I need it to do which is to log in where I’ve been. Simple and elegant. Had a problem logging in on my latest trip and emailed customer service and received a response less than 24 hours. Problem solved!
New phone, lost data
I had upgraded to unlimited and had tons of pins. Then I got a new phone and when I signed in, all my data was lost (I’m pretty sure I signed in with Facebook originally). I’m feeling pretty frustrated.
Good but limited
I love this app for placing pins for we’re I go around the world, but am disappointed about that you can only place 50 pins before you upgrade to pro.
Sub-par
I have been to a lot of places so I downloaded this app because I am starting to loose track. I don't like that it doesn't allow you to select a state without a city and it cuts you off at 50 locations or else you have to pay. Not a good app. I will keep looking.
Potentially really good
I love travelling to new places and pinning the locations of all the cities I’ve visited was very satisfying and easy to do using the search function (better than many other similar apps I’ve tried) so I was happy to pay to be able to unlock more cities. Being able to group locations and map routes has been fun and I like having the choice how I want the map to be presented (pins, country colour fill, auto grouping pins together, etc.). At this point the app had a few problems. As I added more cities the app would seriously lag and sometimes crash altogether. For future improvement I’d suggest adding a feature that means if you visit a city more than once (either on same trip or multiple trips) you can still track them. Apart from these suggestions it’s a great app! 👍🏻
Glad I found it!
Best travel App out there, and I’ve tried a tonne! Outstanding customer service as well! My only suggestions for future updates to make it perfect would be to: 1) show more stats prominently (% world by area, # countries in each group, etc.) 2) add a wish list, or “places to visit”. As a workaround I’m using groups for that, but then the wishlist gets included in my #countries which messes-up my count :)
Something is missing
Somewhere is missing a location is Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan (from a cruise Carnival)
Great app
I simply wanted an app that I could enter where I've been, and this is just that! There's no crap like some of the other apps have, the only downside to this app is that if you want to pick a state to say you've been there, it will randomly pick a city, but I don't see that as too much of a problem. What's also pretty cool is once you've placed a pin in a country, it highlights the country, so when you zoom out you can see all the countries you've been to.
Hard to mark cities & crashes quite a lot
Would be good if these two issues were resolved
Good, but with a few bugs
I really wanted a way to track the different cities I have been to around the world. I was fed up with other country trackers ticking all of America off when you’ve only been to New York. This app seems perfect. I decided to buy the pro version for £2.99 and it does work. However I have found a problem when inputting the dates I’ve been to different places. I tend to put in the year rather than specific dates, but when you select 2016 it appears as 2015, odd.
Great professional applications
This is a great program for tracking your travels. It has uses far beyond vacation picture display. I really appreciate how I can use this as an illustration to tie my photo portfolio together. Anyone presenting travel writing, travel photography, or any other international experience can use this to separate themselves from competitors. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I’d like to suggest some new features: 1. An ability to create multiple copies of maps. This would allow users to separate trips or years. This will make it easier to create chapters both in this program or be able to export self contained files to other programs. 2. I also want to be able to connect ports in a voyage using one color of line to show my course. I’d like to have a key on the side to show a small picture of the ship next to the course line. It would be useful to be able to add a symbol along the course to remind the viewer that this is a ship. It would also act as intermediate (waypoints) positions to keep straight course lines from plowing across land! 3. Some journeys have multiple travel types so a full range of transport symbols will help (plane, automobile, airship, omnibus, rail, ballon, walk, horses, camels, dog sled, etc.)
It’s a trap
The app is great until you have visited 50 cities and then you have to pay to be able to mark more than that. Pretty lame
Good app
Liked the app, I prefer having the pins without the highlight over the whole country.
New update stops it from working
This app worked perfectly before the most recent update, would have given it 5*. Ever since the update, it comes up with an error message every time i open the app: "invalid session: session is no longer valid, please log out and log in again". However it will not let me log in either, meaning I can't place any new pins :(
Nice app but have to pay to continue
One of the better apps out there particularly for showing cities travelled to rather than simply just countries. However it is not clear when you buy that you need to pay to pin more than 50 places. I only found this out after laboriously pinning. My time wasted.
