Happy user
I am very grateful for this app. Note that this app is really meant for subscribers. The only real downside for me is wanting to spend time in the community section, but at the same time knowing it is still social media. It’s still taking me away from real life. But I do like the connections. It’s a supportive community of wonderful people. Beyond that, the resources for yoga along with bonus fitness, meditation, soundbath, breath work options is wonderful! And ad free of course. Some in this community seem to get frustrated with change. I’m guessing it’s a vocal minority being a squeaky wheel. Yes there are bugs, but they listen to the users and work things out in a respectable amount of time
Appmageddon
FWFG trashed the app two months ago and started from scratch. The new platform is a disaster. The communication has been dismissive and fixes are nonexistent.
Like Most of It But…
I like the videos, I think they’re extensive and the cost of the subscription aligns with the amount and variety of resources. However, I wish we got a reminder email before a yearly subscription renews. Turns out I had the date wrong and I got charged $130 when I was planning on taking a break from the subscription because I need new tires. Used to get multiple email reminders ahead of renewal. Buyer beware- place a reminder in your calendar.
New Updates
Unfortunately the new updates on this app have removed some benefits for members. You now have to navigate between the website and the app to access both calendars instead of combining the two like before. I have contacted customer service and they just give me links to both. Its annoying.
App seems buggy
I used it last year and rejoined Again this month. Seems the buttons on the screen like back and airplay won’t respond. If I leave full screen it works.
The Best
This app is incredible! Yoga for literally everything with kindness and compassion. It makes me feel more relaxed and it’s always there for you through it all. It’s a great place to find some peace and take time for yourself.
Updates have made this almost useless
The updates have removed base functionality that users loved and used frequently. Support does not answer emails.
Love, love, love
I really love the app and use it (almost) every day! But since the update I miss the calendar view where I can see the video of the day but also can schedule my own. Wish you had improved that instead of delete it 🥺 but still lovely to have all videos of fwfg in one place ❤️
App ruined by new look
This was a fantastic app until they recently changed it and now things don’t work, even after a lot of updates. Seems a beta version was released to the users who pay for it rather than an app that actually works. Bad experience so far
Love the yoga but not the app update
The recent app update, for Apple TV anyway, removed the collections by length, which I used a lot. It’s also harder to read how long each session is due to the black on dark grey. Hope you’ll fix this! It at least loaded much more quickly/didn’t seem to get stuck scrolling down the screen.
Life changing!
A fantastic app with a wide variety of yoga and meditation sessions. The monthly calendar makes it so easy to follow pre-planned session and buying the membership gives extras like early access to new classes. No matter my mood, I can find classes that meet it—challenging to restorative. Can sort and search by area of focus (ouch, my pesky shoulders!), duration, instructor, etc. New updates make it even more user-friendly.
Don’t bother without a subscription
There’s no way that I can find to filter or search for the free videos. And every video I’ve tried prompts me to subscribe before I can watch it. This is useless without signing up for the subscription.
Update
Updated my app yesterday and can’t open this morning?
No option for reminders
I primarily signed up for the app because I wanted it to help me practice yoga more regularly and I assumed that once I signed up for a challenge or series within it I would get notifications. There are notifications once you open the app (but even then their not easy to find) but not push notifications so I still forget to practice. I originally thought this was a bug or I’d set up the app incorrectly (I have push notifications turned on etc) but I put in a help request and the app developer confirmed that the app doesn’t have push notifications for this purpose and cc’d the FWFG team for their response but they never responded.
Glitchy app
The app is glitchy and requires monthly subscription. Community fawns all over it instead of expecting it to work well. I was happy paying for it when new content was made for free to non subscribers weekly but now that’s like monthly… if you’re going to charge, provide functionality as expected
Medicine For The Soul
In a landscape saturated with fitness and wellness apps that often tout the latest trends or promote a one-size-fits-all approach, Find What Feels Good (FWFG) stands out by prioritizing authenticity and accessibility. This app isn't about chasing fleeting trends or creating an illusion of perfection — it's about honoring individual needs, feelings, and realities. What truly sets FWFG apart is its emphasis on genuine connection. The platform offers a diverse array of practices—from yoga and meditation to movement and self-care—that are rooted in realness. The instructors and content creators come across as approachable, relatable, and committed to sharing practices that support real lives, not just curated images or idealized lifestyles. This creates a welcoming environment where users can feel safe to explore their own wellness journey without judgment or pressure. Accessibility is woven into the fabric of the app. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years, FWFG offers content that is inclusive and adaptable. You don’t need fancy equipment or a specific space—many sessions are designed to be practiced anywhere and at any level. The emphasis is on feeling good in your body and mind, not fitting into a certain aesthetic or achieving a perfect pose. Moreover, the community aspect fosters a sense of connection rather than competition. The focus on self-awareness and self-care over superficial trends makes FWFG a refreshing alternative to more superficial wellness platforms. It encourages users to listen to their own bodies and feelings, making wellness a truly personal and accessible experience. In summary, Find What Feels Good champions realness and accessibility in a crowded market. It’s an inviting space where genuine self-care is prioritized over trendy appearances, making wellness approachable and sustainable for all. ---
Nothing but problems
The app worked seamlessly for the last couple years, now nothing but problems whether using my Android device or my MacBook Pro. On the Android, videos will freeze, so it’s unusable. On my MacBook, I’m not even able to scroll the length of the page or see all my curated playlists I’ve spent the last few years making. The content itself is 5 stars, the app itself -5.
Amazing, level up from YWA YouTube - small tweaks suggested
Love this app. Was doing the free classes on Adriene’s YouTube for about a year, but decided to check out the membership and app after really enjoying the Breath classes in January. Wished I’d signed up sooner! The app is brilliant, I love that there seem to be tons of exclusive classes. Although I was skeptical about the classes with other teachers at first (Adriene’s pointers and corrections are so good!), I really came around to them. Did a class with Rey and it was an amazing balance of physiotherapeutic insight, core workout, and stories from Hindu mythology! The calendar and schedule are just what I needed to help solidify a daily practice. Highly recommended! Thanks to Adriene and team. A few minor points: Slightly annoying that you don’t get a green ‘tick’ on the calendar unless you mark the session as complete as soon as you do it. Especially if you happen to complete a different yoga session to the one you officially had scheduled. On the website version, the search button is a little hidden beneath the videos, to me it should be at the top right hand of the page. When I searched for ‘rebalancing’ in the site, nothing came up. But it was definitely scheduled on my phone. It would be cool to be able to manually set the reminder for each scheduled session in your calendar, and be able to get a ten or five minute minute reminder. At the moment my reminder notifications seem a bit erratic, maybe my clock isn’t synced.
Videos are great. App is terrible.
I honestly don’t know why I pay $100 a year for access to this. I often find myself just going to YouTube because the app will not play videos Just now. I was in a playlist for videos and got a message that I was not able to view a video, but when I searched for the same video in the app itself, it played fine. It’s really disappointing.
Not a fan of the new app
I really love YWA and used to love this app and use it every day. But now with the new design it’s difficult to find what I want, chaotic, and sadly I’ve noticed myself doing less yoga or feeling less motivated to do yoga every day because of the hassle of using the new app. Please bring back the old format or at least an option to have the old version. 🙏🏻
My Favorite Yoga App and Instructor
This app is so amazing! I love all that Adrienne does- she has helped me start and maintain my yoga practice. Her classes always feel like safe places to be! ❤️
Save your money
Don’t get the app; the app is garbage. Just do the videos for free on YouTube. The app is total garbage.
Love it
I love Adrienne’s yoga workouts yet really wish there was an easier way to have it sync to Google fit or apple health. I know such a small thing but it would help tracking easier.
Disappointed by Bait n’ Switch
I did a free trial in late August, and I loved using the app to track my daily practice. Shortly after I paid for a full year subscription, the whole platform changed and the calendar is now useless. I wouldn’t have subscribed without that feature, and I haven’t used the app since.
Recent update, not great
The interface is really streamlined, however the option to add a practice to a playlist is gone in the iPad app. I can no longer collect my favs. Please bring it back!
Well worth it!
I started subscribing to FWFG during 2020 and have never looked back. I never want to be without Yoga With Adriene again, and this is a fantastic app to make that happen. This year’s January challenge is better than ever, and using the app is so much better than going through the free options on YouTube. Highly recommend!
New app made me cancel longstanding subscription
I cancelled my longstanding subscription a couple weeks ago because the new app is so bad on my [new and updated] iPad. Everything is weirdly sized…elements cover other elements during replay. Ugh. It’s such a shame! The content is so good! I understand the objective to create a bigger community focus, but the main purpose of this app is ultimately the easy and intuitive access of a large video library. I’m not sure what happened or what decisions were made during the revamp, but the app is now *less* useful and *less* intuitive than it was before with regards to its main purpose. That’s not good.
Great app but not working as well since update
Great app with lots of content. Although it isn’t working as well since the layout change. Constantly freezing when trying to scroll
Love the Content, New App Needs Improvements
I keep looking for an update on this app because, with the update, everything is clunky. Titles don’t fit on screens so it’s possible to quickly scroll for content. It seems like everything is oversized. Can’t wait for a fix so it goes back to being great content AND a great app!
Subscribing
I do not use the app, as most content is free on YouTube. Wrote to customer service, which was difficult and tedious, to say I would like to contribute, but just received automated reply. It’s a shame, as I love following Adriane on YouTube and do many workouts for free and therefore I see no benefits in subscribing. Basically for me , let down by customer service, would love to contribute, but can’t. So I just enjoy the free videos available on YouTube
Love the new update!
My favorite exercise and meditation app and teachers ever, and LOVE the newest update, much more intuitive and reliable structure and search features- love it and love Adriene & the team who put this app together for easy access to yoga and teachings with no ads or empty distractions ♥️
New update broken (crash on opening)
Please repair the new update. It crashes when it lowers. I just updated this app and it no longer works. I've tried everything. So sad
The update isn’t perfect yet
Update: New app is working much better now. Only thing I’m upset about now is that there are no options to write / read comments on the videos. Which is unfortunate because I love reading them. Original Review: After not being able to sign in to my membership on the app for over a week, I have finally been able to sign in via the new app, and was sad to find that all my favourites had been deleted and now I’ll need to go back and try and remember which ones I had marked as favourites before the update. Also, I don’t like the new playlist format because when I watch one video it just goes straight to the next one after I finish, thus making it impossible for me to just stay in savasana for however long I want after I finish a practice. Now I need worry about stopping the next video from automatically starting. Also- little thing that isn’t as big deal but is still kind of annoying- when you switch to full screen it doesn’t automatically rotate the video to landscape mode like it did in the previous app. Instead I need to turn off my Portrait Orientation Lock and rotate my phone screen. Love my Find What Feels Good Membership but the new app has definitely added some complications to my everyday yoga practice. Once the issues are fixed my rating will definitely be 5 stars.
Update is awful
Update is awful awful pauses the video time after time Content great. Video playing awful
Crashes everyday
It crashes every day but I love the content
The best
I started doing Yoga With Adriene videos on YouTube about a year ago. I liked them so much I eventually paid for a FWFG membership to show my support. I thought I would still mostly use YouTube but the app is actually very nice, it provides everything I need and nothing I don’t. I particularly appreciate that there is an Apple TV app. As Adriene always says, getting started is the hardest part, so being able to fire up a video on my tv without having to fiddle around with an iPad or search through a distracting YouTube interface is very nice. Adriene’s videos feel like a philosophy lesson, a chat with a loving friend, and a nice workout all in one. They’ve kept me engaged longer than any other exercise program I’ve ever tried. Don’t chase fast results. Be present with the videos, be kind to yourself, try to do a little every day, and with time you will see enormous growth in yourself physically, mentally and spiritually.
Adrienne great, no support for app issues
I have been doing yoga with Adriene for several years and absolutely adore her videos. They are incredible and I have absolutely no complaints about the content. My issue is that I can’t turn the subtitles on the app off. I know how to do it, but when I select “none” the app still shows subtitles, which I find distracting to the point that I can’t use the videos on the app and have to go back to YouTube. I have tried erasing and redownloading the app, turning my phone off and back in again, selecting several different videos…nothing works. I contacted support and have received none.
Best yoga app, but
I’ve been doing yoga with Adrienne for years and I love it. Two notes though. I preferred when the app showed the length of the video. Also, I would expect more thorough and challenging content from the subscription, the latest fwfg videos have been slightly underwhelming. Chakra series is still my favourite!
Terrible.
Don’t bother downloading this overpriced garbage. They don’t even have nearly enough exclusive content or unique features to even justify creating it in the first place! What’s the point of paying for membership when both the quality and quantity is worse than what’s actually free on YouTube? Also: The UI needs some work. The interface isn’t nearly clean or smooth enough for the kind of "luxury wellness" app you guys keep touting yourselves as. It’s just poorly designed.
Concern for the FWFG APP
Does anyone know how to make an account on this app, because I couldn’t seem to find the create account button
Only yoga for me in my lifetime is with Adriene & Benji
I have been watching yoga with Adriene for 8+ years… My cable guy told me about it, and I have been hooked… I was even blessed to practice yoga with everyone at red rocks here in Colorado a couple years ago… This year there for all levels, great meditations, and communication every day! I just can’t say enough wonderful things about what they all do, and about how much fun Adriene is to be with every day - I love you all who “are” Yoga With Adriene ❤️ 🧘♀️

Great teacher of great yoga, decent app
The yoga is great, Adrienne is great and Benji is great. The app, however, is only okay since it got moved to the new platform. I haven’t seen any big improvements and there are some minor annoyances. The app logs me out intermittently for no reason. Also, it autoplays to the next video which is annoying (and completely unnecessary) when you’ve just finished a session. So it’s fine, but not as good as the yoga itself deserves
The novelty wears off
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and the novelty wears off very quickly... It’s great when you first start using it but after all this time it’s very ‘samey’. The app layout is clearly underdevelopment as it keeps changing and I have to say this may be due to how difficult it is to navigate. The front page is just a never ending stream of videos, almost the entire content which is hopeless to explore. Despite there being a search bar, that also isn’t much help in finding something in particular - how can you search for something you don’t know exists or not? I would recommend there being some kind of browsing system like when shopping for clothes online - you navigate through different departments and clothing types and use filters to narrow down your search. Unfortunately this app doesn’t have much of a spiritual connection to yoga in my opinion. There are a series of videos that just focus on flow and seem to hit the spot but they are very few and far between... it’s also very annoying to hope that you just happen to discover a decent flow. Too much talking, too much unnecessary description, the same positions over and over, it feels desperate, the content is so broad some of it is clearly made up and doesn’t feel like yoga at all, the phrase ‘clutching at straws’ comes to mind... I go into my practise wanting to relax and come out more annoyed, feeling like I’ve done 10 minutes of yoga in a 35 minute video... There is also no education or reference to which type of yoga you’re engaging in? For this reason I would also suggest the content being filtered by type of yoga and also sections for beginners/intermediates/advanced, etc etc. Some videos go from being flow to having really difficult poses in which I’m just not ready for - videos I would avoid or build up to if I knew they were going to get too hard - please separate for beginners etc! As cute as Benji is and as nice as Adrienne seems, sometimes you just want to do yoga, you don’t want constant talking and description and side chat, it’s infuriating at times! For all the above reasons I’m currently looking for an app better suited to my needs, $80 a year is very reasonable but realistically I’m not sure what I’m actually getting out of it. Disappointed.
Great app but not much value compared to YouTube
I’ve had the FWFG app for two years and honestly there isn’t much value compared to YouTube. The app use to have a lot of special exclusive features and content but all that seems to be added the last year was from teachers other then adriene. One Bonus is you can download classes to run offline but you can do this on YouTube also. And there are a few older series that are great but after doing them a few times… that’s about it. Don’t get me wrong I adore adriene and her team and I love their offerings but if you are trying to save some money just stick to YouTube 🙏🏼❤️
Adriene and Benji have changed my life ❤️
The day I turned 30, I did Adriene’s first 30 Day challenge. I’m 36 and have kept a daily practice since that birthday. It’s difficult for me to put my gratitude into words. I don’t know where I would be without my home practice that Adriene has inspired me to have. Most of her content is 100% free (!!!) and I also have her incredibly affordable membership (I pay $10 a month, which is less than a single yoga class at a studio) that has members-only content and more focused/advanced practices. She has a way of making yoga sustainable, accessible, and deeply loving. Her practices are my safe space, my joy, my anchor, and the backbone of my being. All that to say, if you’re looking for an app that just might change your life, this is the one.
Disappointing
I’ve loved doing Adriene’s yoga routines over youtube these past months and recently found out about her app. I was so excited to try it out and it was free to download but when i went onto the app i couldn’t watch any of the videos without the subscription. I thought the subscription would’ve only limited some of the videos but unfortunately it’s all of them.
New App
The new app is redesigned and nice. Sometimes hard to find things. Please please give an option to turn off auto play.
Can’t sign in with new update
Just renewed my subscription for a year and now I can’t sign in with the current update (keeps saying my password is wrong, even though I’ve even reset it). Otherwise, I love the app and the community that Adriene has built.
App does not always work
Of course live the content and have been subscribing for 5 years but many days this month the new daily practice is not available until late in the day or at all. Can find these practices on You Tube so why are they not available on an app I’ve paid for? Perhaps next year I’ll just use You Tube. Shouldn’t have to delete app daily and reinstall etc for it to work. Sadly not happy
