Incredibly Useful
I use Dartfish on a weekly basis in my sports medicine clinic. It is an easy and efficient way to perform video gait analysis without a lot of expensive equipment.
Bro
Bro its so trash
Great for Biomechanical Analysis
At the onset of covid, my biomechanics professor with the Kinesiology dept gave the class a Dartfish license. I later proceeded to mentor other students through an internship opportunity and grew partial to this system for analyses, particularly gait analysis. While my app email is different from my Apple email, I thought this would be SO great to share my wonderful experience and also to have an opportunity to win back my licensure cost, as I bought this app on my own after graduating! I would absolutely recommend. The 4 stars, rather than 5, is due to the time needed to learn how to use the software. Mobile is way more self-explanatory than the PC version, though! (:
Nothing Special
Decent enough app, but nothing special. $100/year after the 15-day free trial is pretty hefty. There are much cheaper (some free) apps available that do the exact same thing. This is a big company and you’re paying for the name. Money grab.
Manca qualcosa
Ho dato 3 stelle perché l’app funziona bene, ma per poter essere completa dovrebbe essere aggiornata con l’utilizzo dei tag per poter filtrare la grossa quantità di video
Dart fish express
Initially had issues importing videos from my own library but issue seems to have been resolved not sure how. Other than that it is a very good app. Used it for a coaching presentation and the audience were impressed so much so that three or four people asked for the name of the app with the intent on purchasing. So all in all good result. Robert Wilkie
Nope
We had to use this app to analyze video we took of ourselves for a class. The moment the teacher said “dartfish’, the class audibly groaned. I wasn’t sure what the big fuss was about until I started using it myself. Some of the issues I have: If you made a video in the video app and bring it into dartfish, dartfish will still have the audio in it. When you try to import a video into dartfish, the video will have a checkmark, but no matter how many times you try to open it, it will not open. The app will randomly decide when it wants to import the video you clearly have selected and are trying to import. In an application where you can do voice overs, it seems counterintuitive that you are not able to mute noise that was naturally picked up in the video.
Outils collaboratif vidéos plutot pas mal
Bon outils. Bien pour le partage de vidéos du coach à l'athlète. Un plus serait que le sportif puisse également mettre lui des vidéos sur son compte (lecteur seul actuellemen)
Good Idea But
I purchased the app and used it a couple of times. I really liked it and thought I found what I was looking for. Now I am unable to even sign in and there is no getting in touch with customer service. So - on to another app - there must be one out there that works consistently. Happy searching.
Si può fare di più
Per €60 annuali mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Speriamo ci siano dei miglioramenti
Gold standard assessment tool
Dartfish has been implemented in our clinic for a while. Its reliability and user friendly tools have been of most utilized assessment and analysis software tools in our patient management. Solid customer support. Definitely would recommend to colleagues and friends.
Doesn’t work
I have purchased a subscription. Through a browser and on my appleID it shows. It doesn’t not show on either the iPhone or IPad version. The devices do not sync. I cannot upload from the iPad at all. There’s no contact except to submit a ticket. Little help when you need it.
Dartfish macht Spass🤗
Ich finde die mobile Version super und habe Spass damit zu Arbeiten. Ich bin seither sehr effizient unterwegs und sehe es als eine Qualitätssteigerung der Analyse.
Disappointing at such a hefty price.
So very disappointed with this market at the moment. I am running into issues with all of these apps. With this app in particular, it's incredibly difficult to use. I am also running into issues all over with not being able to recorded the screen whilst working as I create a video for remote coaching. I also attempted to write a text caption and the screen shrinks into a speck everyone. So so glitchy.
Not much compatiblity
This program is not compatible with Mac software and it is not easy to use on an iPhone. It makes the product hard to use and much less enjoyable.
Review
been using dartfish for 15 years. best in the industry
Why do expensive man?
Tried using this app for school couldn’t afford this is disgraceful
Video demo comparisons
The app has so many excellent tools that allow me to do tennis video analysis. Crucial for me is how I can time ball speeds and foot speed in service drills or footwork drills
Horrible customer service
This is an EXPENSIVE program. Customer support is rude, late and 90% of the time doers not resolve the issue.
Does the trick
Works well and is easy to use. Being able to save to the cloud on the fly gives peace of mind in case something crashes or gets accidentally deleted. Only issue we have is it only goes every 3rd of a second, so not accurate enough when we are doing competitions with split second results. When using for judging we had to award a tie because we could get a time to the nearest millisecond.
Great app, Easy to use
I love the app! I use it for my golf team and it is so quick and easy to use. I love the feature where you can draw on the videos and you can easily share the videos with your comments with anybody.
Can’t talk and analyse at the same time
So disappointed having paid a subscription that I can’t record an analysis of video while I draw. I can only do voice notes or drawing, and not both at the same time.
Clean app - does what it needs to
Very nice app, would get 4 stars if it had tracking capabilities.
Good app with multiple applications
I used this app through my masters program. It was relatively easy to use and was a key tool in my movement evaluations.
what a app!
£52 😂😂😂
The most complete sports analysis app on the market
I've found other apps to functions "like" Dartfish, but nothing compares to this total solution.
shady subscription
I tried to use the trial and I could not because the interface is not too friendly. The subscription price is announced monthly (paid yearly in small letters) and auto renewal is on by defaul. After 2 years of 0 log ins and 0 uses, they keep charging me, and happy to keep charging if I don’t cancel it manually. No refund and the customer service seems annoyed, what a scam
Great app and service!
Love this app just like the original one! Love the new mydartfish integration and icon!
Review
In app subscription costs 86.99 I don’t think so !!!! I don’t recommend this
Great App
I really love the full solution: this app together with MyDaryfish premium cloud. All you need as a coach
Avoid - the most user unfriendly software I have ever used.!
Better options out there.
