Love it-No spills no frills
Does what it is supposed to do… measures the velocity of the barbell going up and down. If you focus it on the pulley, it will work on pulley machines too, or use an old cd on the weight stack for it to focus on. NOW, if there could be a way to have it keep playing iTunes in my Airpods while taking a video… LOL
The new update broke the drag and scroll
It's not possible to drag and scroll on the chart anymore.

App crashing/shutting down IOS18
This app has been perfect until today when I updated my device to ios18. Whenever I try to upload a video, the app just crashes. I feel bad giving it a bad review but I’m not able to upload any videos due to constant crashing of the app. Please fix it
Surprisingly Feature Rich
I’ve decided to record all of my barbell lifts through this app now. I briefly considered a standalone velocity tracking device, but I would actually miss so many of the features of this little app. An absolute bargain for the price and I’m super stoked that it continues to be updated.
Fix the iPad Pro version
I have an iPad pro 2022 with an M2 and it doesn’t work at all, it only work on iPhone, I even upgraded to pro version
Great Tool to have
It’s been fun using the app periodically with students. They move the bar with much more intent when they are being filmed and timed.

Best app to improve Olympic lifting form
I’m always recording myself at my CrossFit box doing various Olympic lifts. I review them and try to improve upon my form. However, I’ve always wished there was a way to track the bar path and do analysis on it. Then I found this app! I love that it can detect barbell plates and determine the center accurately. I love that there are graphs that show velocity, power, horizontal and vertical displacement, acceleration, etc etc! I love that you can export this data as a csv file. This app is deff worth it for anyone wanting to improve their lifts, regardless if they’re starting or have been doing it for awhile.
Huh? Crashes immediately
Hopefully the developer responds to my email. I didn’t not purchase anything yet as I wanted to see how it works. So far, not good.
买了完整版，希望可以改进的地方
使用软件录制会闪退，那个bate录制则没有0.5倍视角功能，总的来说不错，现在很多人在用，希望能再做的好一点
Can’t save the weight
Video analysis is very good, however I can’t save the weight

EXACTLY what I wanted!
This app is incredible, it shows exactly what the bar path is doing. I also can see things like relative velocity and it’s all charted. This app is FREAKING SICK
Disappointed
Would be 5 stars except the play button doesn't consistently work. As this is literally the most important part of the app --> 1 star...

Mostly good until recently
It’s been a great tool to analyze my lifts, but iOS 15 probably broke a few things for the app. Now any lift does not register weight so some statistics like power are not available.
The best ever, simply the best
Guys, this is the best ever created, really!
Wasted my gym time
Wasted a bunch of gym time trying to get this to work. After trying multiple angles and heights, the auto detection focused on the box behind me. I was trying to setup a overhead press, so the plate wasn’t visible in the first frame. And there’s no way to have it rescan or scan after the first image. Trying to do a set of 5 with this took longer than my normal workout.
Best bar tracker
This is the best bar tracker app I have found. Automatically detects plates and can handle slightly angled shots. Can also tolerate my red bar clip without getting confused. Much better for me than Iron Path, which seems to be the most popular competitor app. What would make this app 5 stars for me is the addition of lbs support at the weight input screen. I don’t like having to convert lbs to kgs for the input and all the plates at my gym are in lbs, i.e. 45 lb Olympic bar and 45 lb plates are standard around here. If putting up the bar and 2 plates I would like to enter the weight as 135 lbs.
I wish I could rate it perfect.
Everything is excellent, I’d be at five stars, but it’s so frustrating you can’t crop videos from within the application. I can’t get the barbell to track walking over to the video to start and stop. Everything works fine if I record the video and crop outside of the app, but it’s annoying. Please fix, I’d recommend this to anyone of this is taken care of.

Great app
Love this app, simple and easy to use, has the needed features. Especially like the side by side view and bar speed features.

it was fine until ver1.0.26
Super helpful app for checking bar pathing
Never knew my DL form was so trash with my bar path. It was all over the place, within 2 weeks my bar path is much more vertical, which has helped fix some other things in my form too. Thanks for much for this app! I’ve shared this across CrossFit Reddit and some really good feedback from people asking about it.
Great app but has a bug
Awesome app but it does not allow you to save the video description. This makes it’s very hard to reference past videos for comparison.
Excellent app
Love the app. It does a great job of tracking and displaying the bar path. The only bug I found was even after deleting a video, it’s saying i cannot add a new video because only one can be stored at a time.

Every time I do a side by side the app labels lifter one as 2 and lifter 2 as 1. Other than that it’s good

Essential
If you are trying to get stronger and planning to do so safely you might consider videoing your heavy lifts. WL Analysis gives you instant feedback of your bar path and speed and permits you to compare sets within a workout or between workouts. Try the free app. After I used it the first time, the additional features of the paid version made its purchase a no brainer for me!! I hope you have a similar experience.

Almost perfect
It is super accurate for tracking bar paths. My only real issue is that the back button interferes with another button. So sometimes it’s hard to go back. Other than that it’s great. It shows various statistics, and is by far the most accurate. Pro was definitely worth it IMO.
Good Not Great
I love the ability to track the path of the bar and there are so many helpful graphs and statistics I immediately bought the pro version, however, my only gripes are associated with quality of life things. The app will not allow me to save any tags associated with the videos nor does it allow me to save the weight of each lift even after clicking save. I also have issues of the app not allowing me to crop the videos the way I want to even after adjusting the slider on the top. However, I think my issues are more of a one off thing and I still highly recommend this app especially if you’re not too worried about keeping each one of your videos and just care about it on a per lift basis.
