Great App!
I’m a daily user of the App and love the capabilities and ease of use.
Not working
Bought a new phone and transferred my info. This app no longer identifies my email address and I cannot access my email. Terrible.
No Longer Support on Apple watch
My Org has now switched to a number based authentication where in I need to select a Number in the app in order to authenticate but with this new functionality, authentication using Apple watch no longer works as I am not prompted with any numbers on my watch. Support for this on Apple watch will be appreciated!

Accepting from notification is not working
When i get the notification for approval, the notification has options to allow or deny the request. But after tapping on allow, the app opens and shows internet now available all the time and i have to manually approve again from popup alert. Please fix this one.
Slowwwwwww
Beyond slow. Will sometimes have to sit in the app for several minutes to get the print to accept.
Latest update adds steps
Was a big fan of this, but the most recent update requires a user to now go into the app, open notification and then move a slider to authorise. Before it was a simple tap and then use your preferred method of authentication. Why add more steps? Ruins the previously simple method of authentication.

Does not work
I can’t access my email account anymore, that’s a bit of a problem !? Can’t access my email anymore no matter what device I’m using because ForgeRock isn’t sending any push notifications through. Unbelievable that his app is still on the market and used by business like James Cook University
ForgeRock app screen flickering after iOS update
Hi dev team, the screen flickers after I updated to iOS 18, I have reinstalled the app and it’s same issue. Can u look into this
Support for Geolocation and number matching verification
It needs lot of improvements to mitigate push fatigue and push bombing attacks. Most desirable features are, include support for Geolocation and number matching verification in the push message to verify the location from where the signin attempted. Other competitors like Microsoft, Apple and Google are way ahead in this scenario.

Thanks for Iwatch support. Please add otp as well on watch. Currently only push notification is supported.
JCU student cant log in
Like all the other uni students here, the app isn’t registering my attempts to log into my account. I cant access anything… frustrating to say the least

Would love to see an update that offers a widget for the new iOS 14. I use this app everyday for work and a widget would be super useful!
Ok could be better
Could you add an option to select default step to OTP. Previously used fingerprint login confirm but seem to have to keep pushing fingerprint and pressing buttons rather than making it speedier so I switched to OTP. I now only have OTP for this one account but on launch I still have to select it. Why not make an option to launch straight to the changing code? Also please add landscape to iPad as invariably that is the way my iPad is and it’s frustrating to keep tilting my head to read a code! This app does such a simple thing but is so unnecessarily frustrating I might swap back to SMS authentication!

Terrible
I’m a ceo trying to study and this app won’t let me in to my university login. Just wasted 60 mins of my weekend. Recovery code bypass system also doesn’t work. I’m at JCU. Awful experience.
Smarter Security
This app is easy to setup and simple to use. Works best with OpenAM 13’s ForgeRock Authenticator(OATH) authentication module, which uses QR codes to register this app to an account. Put it in an authentication chain for multi-factor authentication, then use Device Id and Device Save to deliver strong security as, and when, you need it,
Simply doesn’t work.
I miss the days before this MFA become compulsory at JCU, please fix it as I need to log into learn jcu and I can’t even log in. Thanks.
Worst app and can’t believe a university uses this
Literally the worst thing I’ve ever seen a university try and integrate. Can’t access anything and I’ve got very important emails to need to access. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I need to spread the message to never use this application. JCU need to read this and fix this issues asap.
Not registering any login attempts :)
Has not registered I’ve tried logging in in 6 months despite me trying to do so multiple times via the same methods and nothing has changed. Every setting is correct so now I cannot log in to my jcu account.
