Out of date
The app is out of date for the Focus edition. Lots of irrelevant questions keep coming up. Additionally, after a few weeks the same questions will keep coming up even when marked that you know them.
Great App
But it needs to support split screen on iPad!
Typos that ruin the explanations
I’ve had to submit multiple reports of incorrect info. It’s infuriating to try to understand the explanation of a math question when the information isn’t even correct. They’re showing that 5x8=80 in an explanation. Seriously?
Errors and missing Glyphs
The App is full of errors here and there. And in many explanations the necessary glyphs don’t appear, which renders these explanations useless. Also I was missing the guidance that I got from the Bloomberg app for example. If it weren’t for that it would be a decent app.
Convenient app
Quite useful when I don’t have access to a web browser
Too expensive for the quality
UX/UI is terrible, visual bugs everywhere, non-intuitive question formatting when images or text passages are included, TYPOS in the text passages. This is a poor excuse for an app in 2023, even more so considering how much you need to pay per month for access. Overall awful.
Ok but without updates
Good and expensive app. It should have weekly updates or something similar, after a week in the tube I have almost finished the verbal section
Same questions keep coming up
Not sure why but I keep getting the same questions coming up... Does not seem like I'm getting my money's worth... 10/29 update: my data is lost. Where has all my progress gone? A very important test in my life and important data has been reset. What is going on...
Old GMAT
I was really excited after looking at the study plan and content, but found that they are still using the old GMAT material. They still have study questions for grammar and vocabulary and analytical essays lacking content for data analytics. Please update!
Extremely Dissatisfied
What a rubbish app. I paid for yearly subscription by creating and registering with an account. I am not able to login neither I am able to get a response from the management after sending 2 emails back to back for a refund. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MANHATTAN GMAT !!’
Could be great if it worked
When I try do daily tests, the Submit button would work in half of the cases. So frustrating. Especially because their explanations are really good
Excellent
The app is very useful. It has been structured to help the students. It is easy to access and helps learning.
Poor/minimal explanations
The math answers provide minimal explanations for the solutions. Maybe this is good for someone with already great math knowledge, but I need to know how/what rules were used to solve. At the very LEAST, what category of math it’s called so I can google it myself.
Room for improvement
The foundation of this app is fantastic. There’s tiered questions progressing you though both the math, verbal and quantitative sections. In addition, I can see my questions I have issues with as well as my progression through the program. My issues with the app is software based not content. The app often times out when navigating the app - I have failed to navigate to the Home Screen and the strategies section has zero data. If I switch between the iPad and my iPhone I have to force synch the app. And when using on my iPad I can’t bring another app like notability or notes next to the app for quick calculations. Lastly, the app fails to remember how questions I complete if I leave the app and return, forcing me to manually annotate how many questions I complete to reach my day’s goal. Some of the issues are minor but for dropping $100 these are reasonable issues to be addressed rather swiftly. I still use for the duration of the year and check back in once I’m complete with the material.
Best GMAT studies app
Good app, easy to navigate and a lot of content. Had problems with subscription but the costumer service promptly fixed it.
Difficult to use
Super difficult to use the app. There is a bug where I can’t toggle to review answer and I can’t submit a help request unless I setup mail even though I have an email tied to my account. I’d much prefer to study on here than a book, but this doesn’t make it easy at all.

Questions keep repeating
I felt I have unnecessarily spent on this app because the questions just keep repeating. The quant section is actually good, but the verbal section has same questions that keep coming everyday. Please have a flag to help users get new questions. We’re not trying to by heart answers by revising same questions again and again :/
Solid app - but cannot listen to Spotify/pandora while using the application
In terms of content, his gmat app is second to none. The interface is clean and easy to use. The performance tracker is accurate and ends up being quite helpful once you get some volume of questions completed. My only gripe is that I cannot play Spotify or pandora while on this app. Kind of annoying considering I usually use this app during my commutes wherein the background noise is distracting.
Take your money don’t give you premium access
I paid for a premium subscription and am being denied all content in the app and it says I need to subscribe still. They said they will get back to me within a few days. What a ripoff
Geometry
It is easy questions!
Great Content. But VERY Buggy
Like very very basic bugs (like screen rotation) with the pop up text showing up cut off in the wrong orientation (portrait vs landscape). Half the time the pop up questions show up off-screen, and I’ve only been using this app for 2 minutes. come on manhattan prep...
Super helpful app
A great way to study GMAT on the run.
Will not create login
I have been waiting for almost a week for u guys to create my login. Manhatten prep has emailed you, I have messaged, emailed and called to no avail. Students rely on this!!
New version not working!!
Great app, but latest version not running on iOS 10.2.1 - please update!!!
Buggy & sloppy
Lots of formatting bugs: questions too small to read, typos, missing punctuation, missing indents (tough to know what paragraph 2 is if there’s no paragraphs). Also, some of the verbal questions are poorly written which makes studying inefficient.
Very useful for idle time!
Helps me to study when I’m in line, waiting at the doctor, or during other down time ahead of my tests.
Bad QA on questiond
Very first quiz and there is no consistency in the math problems. For instance some questions consider prime factors to include 1 and n, some do not, some count multiple same factors, some do not, but absolutely no rhyme or reason. It’s clear from community scores on those questions you have a problem.
Best GMAT Study App out there
Price is affordable and the interface is intuitive.
Does not open. Constantly crashes
Downloaded this app on my iPhone XS and the app won’t even open. Crashes instantly.
Great Help
I've downloaded 3 apps (other 2 are Official GMAT and The Economist GMAT Tutor) and this app has been, by far, the most helpful.
Can’t log in
I am able to login into website but I can’t use my login on the app. Why?

I thoroughly enjoy the app. It's great for self-paced studying. I hope they continue to update the questions as more become available.
SCAM
The app is not letting me delete it and trying to automatically set me up for payments without my consent. Trying to uninstall and change the settings but it’s like a trap. Once I downloaded the app I realized it was a subscription and i never selected a 3-day trial but it automatically tries to set you up for one. This isn’t right.
