Unable to complete kyc because of the stupid app
So many bugs. Date selection field are blank, you canβt reset or exit the app at that point. I have been trying to complete your stupid kyc since a whole day, and I am still unable to do it. Without completing the KYC i am not able to use the app for even basic things. Totally useless app

Problem After Open Federal Bank Digital Zero Balance Account only by using IndMoney App
For US stock investment i was open Fed Digital Account using IndMoney And Federal Bank but Federal Bank Freeze my Account associated with INDMoney only because of IND Money App glitch, now i have Open zero balance Account with Federal Bank but not able to unfreeze it or make new zero balance savings account with Federal Bank by Fed Selfie Website, I have more Bank Account by Video KYC but never faced this kind of problem before ! Now Please Delete My Customer ID with Federal Bank.

Worst customer service experience. I had raised a ticket regarding some clarification. And Mr.Mohit was allocated to look into the matter. He didnβt even reply to my matter. All he said was I am Mohit and I am here to assist you. And no assistance was given to me.

Unable to delete a fund transfer beneficiary via FedMobile. Also the account balance is not shown after UPI payments in the SMS sent to customer. This is a desirable feature. Please consider including the account balance in the SMS sent after UPI payments.
Technical issue
Extremely disappointing experience. Itβs been over 48 hours since I raised this issue, yet the Credit Card section is still completely inaccessible. I canβt view my statements, unbilled transactions, or other card information, making it impossible to review my spending and arrange upcoming payments. Customer support couldnβt provide any timeline for a fix and even refused to postpone the auto-debit until the issue is resolved. Customers shouldnβt be penalized or left in the dark because of a technical failure on the bankβs side. This level of service is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience with Federal Bank credit card. I was told there was no annual fee when I was offered the card, but later I faced unexpected charges/conditions that were not clearly explained. Customer support was also not satisfactory. Please be transparent about all charges and terms before issuing cards.

It was working fine until the last update. I live in the UK, since the last update the app asking me to turn the mobile data on my mobile where my registered sim is in. As you canβt turn the mobile data on any other country and still asking for that instead of the 2 SMS verification from the registered mobile. Iβm not able to login to my App anymore without turning on the mobile data on that phone.Hope you can fix it

Blocked after wrong pin
Rather than asking to enter a debit card and itβs PIN numbers, ( for us non residents who donβt keep debit/credit cards handy) why canβt do a account holderβs email/mobile or pass phrase to unblock the FedMobile service? More over , the 4 digit MPIN should better be replaced by 6 digits for added security!
Ads too intrusive
Scan to pay? Pop-up ad immediately! The most infuriating piece of UX. Very concerned about the decision making that went into this - speaks volumes for the rest.
FedMobile app does whatβs expected
App provides all the necessary services in the app. All works for the most part. No option to control the notifications. Daily notifications I donβt need.

Compatibility with new version of iOS
This app is not working on iPhone after the latest software update. Customer like me already contacted the bank but they canβt do anything until the app developers fix the problem. When are they going to fix the problem is unknown
Show the account number fully please
Everything is good. But no way for logged in user to see the full account number. I am still relying on a checkbook image in my phone gallery for account number. Not sure why itβs hidden from logged in user also. Also upi incoming requests are not working. Fix that as well
