Well presented and simple to use
Nice App,but nothing less than what I would expect from a brilliant network . Tello are leading the way for MVNO's
Impossible to login
No matter if I request an OTP or use the OTP from the main website it doesn’t work. Requesting one always fails. If I use the one on the website it acts like I’ve not entered my number. I’ve tried entering the number in so many different ways as the developer hasn’t bothered to standardise the format. It allows you to enter any character, special symbol or digit in the box designed for just a phone number. I’ve already linked my Google account and that fails to login to the mobile app. Basics of just being able to login isn’t possible.
Connection cut
Connection was great, then all of a sudden I couldn’t hear and the call was still live. Never happened before, I’m just glad that I was pretty much done with the call which was with the bank.
Phone call UK to USA
Lots of background noise during the call. Made it hard to hear the other person on the call.
Good quality app
App runs smoothly and seems to connect straight away every time. Network coverage from 3 is surprisingly good as well, however not the cheapest in regards to data.
Unable to complete online purchase and no customer service.
I wasted almost an hour attempting unsuccessfully to open an account. When you select a plan and go to the “checkout” page it doesn’t progress forward to payment window. Tried different browsers different emails even came back 24 hours later to see if the glitch was fixed. The only way to contact customer service is through your number but what good is that if you can’t even literally pay them to get one? Absolute inconvenience in this day and age. Will use another company.
Decent
Pages could have loading time reduced but otherwise a perfectly decent app. Thank you for rounding your decent network coverage and amazing customer service off with the icing. A happy user I very Much am.
Usable
Easy to use, but I hardly use the dial pad on the front pages of the app, please make the usage information to the front page.
