После обновления слетела база клиентов
После прошлого обновления, слетела база клиентов под запись и программа автоматом выставила почти все дни выходные, в которых, я дополню, как то дальше записываются, в выходной день, клиенты. Как обратится в поддержку, не понятно, есть строка помощь, в которой прилагается инструкции по разным запросам и все

Проблемы с оповещением
Прошу добавить в рассылку напоминаний приложение Max. Многие другие приложения не работают полноценно. А в остальном приложение очень хорошее.

Шикарно приложения, красивый дизайн, но я перешел на приложения «Мой Профи» так как там есть автоматическая отправка смс за 2 часа клиенту, без моего вмешательства, а сдесь нужно каждые 2 часа отправлять его, так как это приложения только напоминает вам его отправить, ЭТО УЖАСНО СДЕЛАЙТЕ ТАК ЖЕ!!!!
Bien pero puede mejorar
Seria mejor si no aparecieran porque se llega a apilar hasta 11 recordatorios que tengo que elegir si enviar o no enviar cuando solo estoy intentando ver el calendario y tengo que responder esos recordatorios antes de acceder al calendario es molesto. Seria mejor que pudiera enviarlos manualmente si necesidad de la notificación, en su caso una notoficiacion mas sutil y no tan invasiva, que te permita navegar la aplicación sin la urgencia de una accion. O en su caso que este completamente automatizado y mande los recordatorios en los horarios acordados por la configuracion

Отправка уведомлений в мах
Приложение после обновления стало автоматически отправлять уведомления клиентам в мах, хотя я отключила эту возможность в настройках. Несмотря на это , все равно если у клиентов есть мах, то уведомления им отправляются туда сами автоматически. А я не могу даже проверить ничего , так как у меня нет макса

Считаю нужно предупреждать что это приложение платное. Ибо основная функция для которого и нужно это приложение а это запись клиентов-она недоступна, нужно оплатить подписку чтобы записывать клиентов. Вся эта ограниченная версия просто курам на смех, если запись недоступна. В общем думайте сами

Awesome but...
I absolutely love everything about this app. The ability to make it colorful and represent me is so fun! Business shouldn't have to be boring. When you reach out in chat they are always quick to respond and so helpful. Here's my but... I would love to be able to collect payment through the app. It's weird showing prices and having people book and then reaching out for payment. Being able to have client intake and waiver forms through the app would be top notch. I wish we could pick if the call button said call or text. I rather have people text me since I can't answer the phone when I'm with clients. I know from the reviews a year ago they said payment through the app was in the works. I hope that update comes out soon. 5🌟when it does.

текст шаблона который нельзя редактировать под себя, под своих клиентов ЗА ЧТО я тогда плачу деньги, такой ужасный текст я и бесплатно могу отправить

Masters is great!
It’s easy to add clients and services. However, as a massage therapist, I need a space linked to each visit individually to make notes about that visit, as well as the space in the client’s demographics where I can add and easily see allergies, etc. Being able to add a SOAP note or simple progress note each visit would be very helpful. Also having a way to link to my intake forms would be helpful as well.

УЖАСНО!
Начну с того, что я впервые решила воспользоваться онлайн-записью для клиентов. Я скачала приложение и увидела, что подписка дорогая — 490 рублей, то есть, считай, 500 рублей в месяц. Я сразу же решила удалить аккаунт и приложение. В момент удаления аккаунта приложение выдало предложение о персональной скидке. Я согласилась — почему бы и нет? Мне написали, что ответ от менеджера поступит в течение нескольких дней. Но ответа не последовало. Тогда я решила просто удалить аккаунт и приложение. Когда я начала удаление, мне снова предложили персональную скидку. Я согласилась во второй раз, но ответа от менеджера так и не получила. Тогда я сама написала в чат поддержки, сообщив, что вопрос не решен. Со мной связался менеджер, который на мою проблему (то, что мне дорого) предложил скидку 10% на один месяц — то есть просто минус 50 рублей от суммы. Видимо, менеджер посчитал, что это решит мою проблему. Я ему написала, что это не решает мою проблему, и я не согласна. Я уже хотела закрыть диалог, но тут начался просто цирк. Мне начали писать, что якобы заявки от меня не поступало о том, что я хочу удалить аккаунт, хотя выше я написала, что делала это два раза. И вообще, у них была кнопка «дождаться ответа менеджера» — такой кнопки не было. Даже сейчас, когда я в третий раз окончательно удалила аккаунт, этой кнопки не было. Меня просто держат за дуру. Я не хотела ссориться, не хотела писать гневный отзыв, но когда происходит такое безобразие, я не могу молчать. Это отвратительное отношение к потребителю, это просто ужас. Я считаю, что это позор. Вы потратили моё время. Я не просила вас снабжать меня скидками, вы сами мне их предложили. Для меня это стало заманчиво, я ждала от вас ответа несколько дней, хотя могла уже давно удалить это приложение и воспользоваться любым другим. Мне понравилось ваше приложение, оно удобное, но в силу того, что это дорого и из-за сложившейся ситуации, я больше не буду им пользоваться.
Just one thing missing
I love the messaging options, the info I’m able to save into the clients profile is exactly what I want, love that I can get reviews through the app. Using the app is easy and efficient. Being able to block out personal appts or time off is great. I just wish I was able to take payment as well that is like the only thinking I’m missing.
Deposits
Would definitely pay full price every month if we were able to take deposits from clients on the app, super sad since it’s my favorite layout i’ve found just have to be able to take deposits

Из-за чего поднятие цены - не ясно и не оправданно. Новый интерфейс удачный, не видно всех клиентов если в день их например 5 или 6, надо нажимать на день чтобы их увидеть. Пользуюсь старым интерфейсом. Теперь еще и оплата за месяц, буду искать другое приложение

This app has so many things its kind of like your actual website! Gallery, reviews, products, services… scheduling is so easy and keeping track of expenses, clients, discounts etc!! BUT IT doesn’t COLLECT CARD INFO so its a struggle when i have last minute cancellations or no call/no shows. I love this app, its got everything i want except that and its slowly becoming a dealbreaker for me because all other booking sites have that feature to protect the service providers of those cancelled appointments or collecting a new deposit. :(

Makes my life easier!
I never really write reviews but this app has made my life so much easier scheduling appointments! At a click of a button I can send someone the link to schedule an appointment. The only reason I give it four stars is because there is no way of collecting payment before hand for cancellation fees. Other than that, the app works amazing
