Pessimo simplesmente desliga e não tem como recuperar a conta, estou com um baita problema pois não sei meus agendamentos e além disso a página de suporte simplesmente não existe, não envia o e-mail de troca de senha também pior experiência da minha vida

Quero deixar uma sugestão para aprimorar o app, se tivesse uma lupa de pesquisa onde se colocássemos o nome do serviço e lá apareceria quem já realizou esse serviço, por exemplo: eu escrevo “ limpeza de pele”, e aparece o nome de todos os clientes que já fizeram esse serviço, quantas vezes fez, dessa forma temos mais controle dos serviços que mais vendem no mês.

Me encanta Colavo Salón
La app la uso hace 3 años ya y me parece muy buena, es fácil de entender, me ayuda a organizar los turnos de mis clientes. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es que hace estadísticas sobre lo que vas realizando, esta muy bien pensada. Lo que no me gusta es que últimamente he tenido que actualizarla ya como 3 veces en el mismo mes y no le encuentro los cambios a las actualizaciones.

O App é excelente mas poderiam colocar os clientes removidos em ordem alfabética para o IPhone(IOS) também. Fica difícil encontrar o cliente removido para ativar novamente o cadastro dele.

최근에 광고5초 보기가 새로 생겼더라구요 . 핸드sos 사용 하고 있어서 다른 기능은 다 필요 없고 광고만 좀 안보고 싶은데 달에 13000원대 내야하네요 ㅠㅠ 광고만 안보는 이용권도 내심 어떨지.. 수정합니다 다른 예약 어플로 옮겼어요 . 클라이언트노트 이걸로 까셈 ㄱㄱ

I love that this app is free it’s incredibly useful I just wish it had better or maybe easier access to KPI like tips vs services because I have to breakdown commission and can’t do that with tips included in every total… and also seeing client retention and such easier would be a lot better but otherwise it’s pretty solid

This is a very good app. Easy to use and very helpful. I just wished we could use the “appointment messaging” here in the US as well. That would be great!

Free app that does the job
This app is fair and reasonable, and as a stylist I love the visuals and colors used in the app. Feedback is that the pre-written prompts (i.e. reminder texts, discount texts, etc.) are a bit general. I wish there was an option to add a custom tip each time rather than having to adjust the time, add it to your list of tip amounts, and check off the appropriate one. People give different tips all the time so being able to simply type the tip in would be much better. Great ability to add portfolio pictures and bio for each client. Personal booking link for your services is a bit long and I wish it were shortened a bit to be more aesthetically pleasing to add to your social media.
Muito lento
Instalei o app há três meses atrás e até então estava ótimo, mais agora ficou muito lento, as vezes não consigo nem sequer finalizar o agendamento da cliente, é preciso fechar as abas do app para depois reabrir só então consigo ver que foi finalizado!

O app vive atualizando, mas esse não é o problemas. O maior problema mesmo é que as vezes eu tô em dia cheio atendendo e logo pego pra marcar o retorno das minhas clientes e o app SIMPLESMENTE REVOLVE NÃO ABRIR. Por 1 - 2 DIAS. Pagando 100 reais por mês, isso não tinha que acontecer

I’m an independent nail tech and this app helps me so much. It keeps track of my money as well as my clients. Each of my clients has a profile and I can keep record of their services. It also has customized text messages you can send to them. I love this app. The only thing I would add is processing deposits and credit card transactions to this app and it would be perfect!!!!!

1년 넘게 쓰는데 계속 느렸고 한번 업데이트되고나서 2주정도 정상적인 속도를 경험했으나 그뒤로 업데이트전이랑 똑같이 느려짐. 더 느려진듯... 프리미엄 결제하려고했는데 다른 어플로 아예 갈아탈까 생각중........ 속도만 계선된다면 프리미엄 결제하겠지만 계선된다하더라도 또 느려질것같음

Option for weekly customers
Nice app, but I would like an option to make my weekly appointments to automatically show up for the next week. Q: Is this a weekly or by-weekly client?
Can’t create profile
Very disappointed that a friend recommended this app and it will not allow me to create a profile it’s says check number must be mobile phone and it is a mobile number ... this need to be fixed ASAP
Almost Perfect
1. I love that its FREE! while it allows me to record detailed client data & history which is what I mainly need it for to eliminate paper use. 2. I primarily use FB business page for actual booking so it sends reminders. It would be nice if this app would do that too & allow new clients to book. 3. Not sure if possible but I would like to use just one app for both record keeping, booking & credit card payment processing even with convenience fee.

I like the fact that it is free. There should be an option for clients to book services without being registered first. There is no way to delete your account when you no longer want to use it. And no one ever responds to your emails.

Only issue I have is that my clients can’t book online without being registered first if anyone knows how I change that please let me know?
Scheduling
I schedule appts at various times such as 1:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:30 and 1:45. I am only able to select appt times on the hour(1:00) and half hour(1:30). Why is that when I have 45 min appt times as well! Can someone help me to change this? If I can’t I will have to try another app. Thanks!
Importing contacts
It keeps kicking me out when I scroll to the “C” section. The rest of the app looks promising but I am mostly using this app for keeping up with clients and their info/formulas. If the main thing I need doesn’t work, I won’t use it :/
