OK, I love this game so much. I play every day but there’s a few things I don’t like OK so it always glitches me out of the game so I have to re-login in and I love this game so much I know I already said that it’s a great game. Unplayable and Not Enjoyable
Ever since the last two updates this month the crashes have increased so much that the game crashes every 10-15 minutes. Makes it unplayable and not enjoyable at all. The lack of security due to increase in Guest Jammers has increased so much it’s ridiculous. The security loophole left open for these players to keep an account that’s only suppose to be active for a week maximum has ruined it for verified account players. I’ve seen Guest Jammers at Lvl 45 and above which means this week maximum is a lie and high security risk. 8/10 Guest Jammers just sit around and spam the bubble chat options given to them. That should be removed from them, they abuse it knowing nothing will happen to them. Then there’s the ones that act weird and creepy following you around a party room spamming heart eyes and wink faces at you even after asking them to stop. Blocking Guest Jammers doesn’t help when they can use emojis and follow you around acting like a creeper. Guest Jammer option should highly be considered for removal. Or remove the emoji, bubble chat, and party attendance options like the no trade option. Guests Jammers are meant to be temporary accounts so they can check out the game, not experience it in whole with only one or two limitations. Demos of games are meant to be way more limited. Without posing security risks to actual verified players.

Good if you pay real money
I don’t like the fact that sapphires are so hard to get. You can’t get wishing coins unless you have like 1,500 sapphires or you pay money and you can’t have certain items because you don’t pay for a membership? seriously. Wildworks fix this. Animals are worth at least 150 sapphires but you can only get like 5 from doing an excessive amount of playing games not to mention pets having to be bought by sapphires. At least make wishing abavaible to be bought in a game besides from other players

I played animal jam in kindergarten and loved it! I Didn’t understand values or the trading worths of the game, but I very much enjoyed playing it with my friends anyway! I play it now as a high school freshman and I still love it, however…oh my god. Mods. PLEASE do something other than say “sorry your account you spent $200 on got hacked and all but…we can’t exactly DO anything about it. Good luck starting a new one!” Also, are they genuinely oblivious to all of the hacking currently happening?? Because this is getting to the same urgency level as the 2020/2021 data breach. Bots are spam guessing passwords AND the codes for 2-step verification. A bot guessed my password and I’m very lucky it didn’t guess my 2-step code too. THERE IS AN EASY FIX FOR THIS!! If someone trying to log into an aj account guesses the verification code wrong more than 5 times (or the password more than, like, 10 times), they have to wait 1-3 hours to guess again AND it’s reported to an aj mod to review. If the guesses are super close together/spammed, the log-in attempt should be terminated. Easy fix! Also AJ, I love you, please listen to your players because we have lots of update ideas! Like a trading hub or a selkie mythical pet!! Overall, I really enjoy this game, it’s just difficult to trust spending money on gamepasses when there’s no guarantee of our accounts safety or if we would get it back if it’s hacked. Thank you <3

Annoying app
So heres the problem, whenever ive been playing on animal jam for a while, and then go onto another app for like 5 seconds, i go back on animal jam and the game just crashes whenever i go back. Gambling, bad security and bad communication.
I’ve played Animal Jam (formerly known as Animal Jam: Play Wild) for around 7 years with intermittent breaks and it’s just.. gotten worse as it’s gone on. my main and only point: The GAMBLING. Animal Jam has genuinely given people a gambling addiction. And this is marketed towards childeren. The wishing coin system is.. predatory. You pay 2.99 for a single coin and you can ‘wish’ for a mythical creature. As of writing, the array of creatures are: Unicorns, Dragons and Griffins. The wishing coins are completely randomised. You get a dragon, unicorn or griffin. You can select what species you want but beyond that it’s randomised unless you spend more money for more coins to have more of a say on the traits. And even then, in no way are you guaranteed good colours or traits. There’s a trait system - you can get a creature that is like sparkly or has like rare wings or whatever. Not guaranteed. It’s gambling. It has genuinely given some people gambling addictions - I’m serious. If you look on Reddit you can find a post on r/Animaljam with someone who has spent close to 10,000 dollars on those coins alone. The age rating for this game should go up, that considered. And.. also, I’m typing this much later than I posted the rest of the review but.. Fer.al. (Later addition) I need to add that coupled with the gambling problem, Animal jam also has terrible security. At the moment there is a hacking wave going on, probably for the past two weeks or so, and it has not been addressed, people are ignored, comments are deleted on their instagram. People can be hacked with two step verification on, and with people spending so much money this is a serious issue. I can see a lawsuit coming sooner or later. It’s sort of ridiculous that people have to go to animal jam’s instagram to even get proper support, because the actual support system via email is just a repeat of the same copy and pasted responses from workers who are probably not paid enough to care. I have grown up with this game and am seriously disappointed in the state of affairs, as the game was and still is fun to play, but with the risk of hacking, do you seriously want to? Do you want to loose the items you’ve painstakingly traded for? Do you want to loose your animals or your dens? Do you want to loose the thousands of fantasy pets you’ve gambled over 10,000 pounds worth of wishing coins on? By simply playing this game, normally, as standard, you run the risk of that.
I can’t believe it
I was having the best two days ever playing the game and in the middle of the day there was a glitch and it just froze. My screen completely and I can’t get out of the wishing the screen and now I can tap anywhere. I tried to delete it and then re-download it and it’s still in the glitching screen. I cannot get it fixed. I was having the best two days ever and only within two days is when the glitch happened. I was close to getting my second pet.

used to like this game. commissions were a great way to earn sapphires. Now? masterpeices take ages to approve, AND LETS NOT GET STARTED WITH THE MASTERTRACKS OMG. Imagine you have worked 3 hours on a peice, about to save and what? OOPS! CONNECTION LOST CLICK OKAY TO REJOIN. HOURS. GONE. just like that. how come masterpieces have an autosave but mastertracks dont? do they just hate us musical people? i think so. The playerbase arent great either especially commisions. people are often rude an closed off, and i feel awkward because i have no idea when my comission will approve, leading to people just leaving and me wasting time. also so much things are PAY TO WIN. oh my god. Its so annoying. because guess what, „uOu cAnT weAr tHis wIthOuT paYinG!!” and dont even get me started on how things can cost like 5,000 sapphires!! what?!??? thats like at least $30 on PIXELS!!! Dont even get me started on the ridiculous filter. though i get this so i cant really be frustrated with it as its for safety. All that aside. Its an good game and i love it to bits. It would he better if the people working on it tried to calm down with the crazy updates and new stuff that bug out the game and cause the new items to become almost unobtainable and just touched up the little things that could make this game much less rageworthy.

I love this game and have been playing since 2023, but I need AJHQ to fix some glitches: Here are some: - When I’m low on connection, it says im level 1, and when I get XP, it changes me back to my original level - Sometimes when I’m in my den, everything goes black except my nametages, tej tabs up top, the tabs at the bottom, and the pack and mission tab. - When at the Pet Park Party, when you shoot at a phantom at a certain area, you go beyond a fence. - Sometimes at the Pet Park Party, there is a pair of floating eyes. (I don’t really see it anymore that much though) - at the Formal Ballroom Party, if you walk left to right in certain areas, your animal begins to float - After a while of not playing, my Darkside Arctic Wolf disappeared Ty for reading AJHQ, from jammer Foxywoxy116

I was so surprised when I found out that wild works the developer of this game made animal jam that teaches kids to help the planet and after you made a game called cinder that used lots of electricity,which pollutes the earth Animal jam is fun but cinder that pollutes the environment and I forgot it also doesn’t let you play if you don’t have specific items!this is so weird and I am so disappointed!

it's a good game but has a lot of flaws nowadays
i've been playing since august 2016, and there is a LOT to say. i grew up playing the game, and i have to say it became a big part of me. it was an amazing game especially in 2015-2020. the game is very educational on the environment and a generally fun game to play, and whilst you will encounter some bad people sometimes, that IS natural for online games and animal jam's chat filter is quite strict. i started playing again recently, and i have to say, there has been a large downfall. the game has become very pay to win - its quite hard to progress. everything in the game is all about gambling and spending an intense amount of sapphires for items not worth as much as they are priced for. animal jam also had a VERY LARGE data breach in 2020, and to this day it still affects the game. i constantly see bots in the game. there is no bot moderation, and all of these bots are hijacked accounts from that breach. it is quite sad what animal jam is nowadays. it's still enjoyable but nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Make sure to read all of this. I absolutely love this. I definitely recommend if you like earning your own game money to buy new animals I absolutely superduper loved this game. I love my friends you get to talk to Friends and it’s also kid proof I love how it’s kid proof too. I recommend this so much if you’re an animal person like me MAKE SURE TO GET THIS LIKE RIGHT NOW

I love this game trading free member ship! Great! And fun! But I can see they are really like targeted to like marketing for like gems you have to buy and stuff! I would love to buy but who can afford that like it's a waste but still fun! Maybe they can make the VIP membership like a 1 time pay and sapphires easier to get! If they did that I would be playing 15 hours a day! It's really fun but a little laggy •ᴗ•💧 Great fun love it! It’s a good game, I guess, but sometimes the game itself rips me off? Like, the currency is gems and sapphires, and the game kinda throws gems at you so no one really cares about those, but sapphires you get 5 a day if you’re a member. For some reason animals have gone from 150 sapphires to 180. Not to mention the time that I accidentally put a wrong item in a “gifting tree” which is sort of a Christmas tree where you gift other people so they open it at Christmas, and AJHQ refused to give it back (nothing against AJHQ but..) And then this other time I traded my teal “forest gauntlets” (worth 50,000 sapphires) for a yellow “fab 5 animal token” (worth 20,000) so it was already a HUGE lose for me, and then on top of that the game added the yellow tokens back in stores as part of a bundle for 1,000 sapphires like a week later?! HELLO?! So I lost like 49,000 sapphires basically, and I kind of quit. Other than that it’s a decent game, aside from the scammers. Username is coffibeans. Thanks.

Animal jam is a good game with lots and lots of things to do and play. I like the mini games and fashion shows, sap drops. you know, all that stuff. But it is totally pay to win. *sigh* members get like everything but who wants to pay for that?? It is a great game though. I do wish that the filter was slightly less sensitive, as it won’t let me say basically anything. Also please please add a “recent dens” button, cause I glitch and leave a persons den and I can’t get back to it if I don’t memorize the username. :( thanks for reading!
