Money hungry
This game could have been way more fun and better. From the moment i downloaded and played for a day it’s like your hit with 20 different packages to buy. Don’t understand why you can’t get the cool or cute animals by just working towards them why does everything have to be an extra package for money just to get the baby version of the animal or to upgrade the other islands

The game is calm at first then it’s over stimulating with all the notifications and other stuff but I do like it just eventually I can’t deal with it
App Crashes
I love the game and I love playing it, but it’s very annoying when I’m playing in the app crashes and kicks me out. For example, I’ll be trying to take a picture so I can head towards the level up and it’ll crash and take me to the home screen. Or if the ad that I’m watching, takes a second to load the app crash.

Very Relaxing and Fun, but F2P Players Might Struggle.
Pros: • Really relaxing game. I love just opening it and chilling for a while. • There’s actually a lot to do. There are tons of animals and areas to unlock, so you always have something to work toward. • Super easy to play and understand. You don’t really have to figure out a bunch of complicated stuff. • The animals and areas look REALLY nice. The animal models are cute and the whole game just looks good. • I also really like that ads aren’t forced on you. You choose when you want to watch an ad, and you get a reward for it. You’re not just randomly getting an ad in the middle of playing. Cons: • You cannot collect every animal without spending money. A lot of animals are locked behind purchases, which sucks if you’re trying to collect everything while staying F2P. • There are WAY too many rewards that make you watch an ad. Even though ads aren’t forced on you, a lot of the stuff you need to level up and move forward will have an ad option. After a while it gets REALLY annoying because you feel like you have to keep watching ads just to progress. I know the $9.99 No Ads Pack isn’t insanely expensive, but $10 is still a lot for some people. Playing without it can get pretty frustrating, especially if you’re F2P. I ended up buying it because I got tired of watching ads so much lol. • It can be pretty time consuming. If you don’t like having to come back every 30 minutes to an hour to collect stuff, level up, and click around, you might get annoyed. It’s kind of an idle game, but not completely. You still have to actually come back and do things. But if you like having a chill game that you can check on throughout the day, it’s really fun. Overall: I really like Forest Island. It’s relaxing, easy to play, has a lot of animals and areas, and the graphics are really nice. My biggest problems are the amount of ads you end up watching for rewards and the fact that you can’t get every animal without paying. Other than that, it’s a really fun game to just chill on and come back to throughout the day.
Good but crashing
I like these kinds of games, it’s very cute and the ads are annoying if you don’t buy the pack to get rid of them.One problem is that my game crashes every time I try and complete the take a picture and print it goal, on top of just randomly crashing. Also feels a bit like so many creatures are pay locked without you being able to earn them. Even at low quality it constantly crashes. Please fix the crashes.

I love the game but I can’t play it any more because it keeps crashing and I’ve tried every thing it says on google and I haven’t logged in so I can’t delete and then get again

I literally play this every day and it’s so relaxing… and cute! I love the animation style as well. I also love how you can tap the animals to get unique reactions and cute sounds. I recently got the ragdoll cat and it is so adorable. It was also fulfilling because I worked hard to get it. But anyway I absolutely adore this game and I hope you all have a great day! Goodbye!👋 🐾

Every time I try to open the app, I past the loading screen but before I can tap and actually enter the game, it kicks me.
Cute but need help
I love this game so much! I would literally scream every time I got a new animal. I used to make time in my busy day for this game. However, I am having some issues. My game is acting weird. It started by closing out of the app every time I tried to use the camera. Now, I can’t even open the app. I checked if I needed to update it, but it said there weren’t any updates I missed. Idk. I thought about deleting the app and reinstalling, but I didn’t save it, so there is a high chance that all of my progress wouldn’t save. Help please?
Beautiful animations and fun gameplay, but....
I liked this game for a little bit up until the requirements for purchasing new islands and animals became ridiculously high. Also, if you level up the beach island a whirlpool will EAT YOUR TURTLES. like seriously, there's nothing less relaxing than that.

It’s a good game at first, beginners have it fun and getting into the jist of it, however it then leads with ads, so MANY pay to win things it becomes almost boring. Majority of the time the animals are just sitting around a blank slate as the environment can come off as not big enough or simply doesn’t have anything that just makes the animals stand there on a baseplate, more times i can count on my fingers there are just animals stuck on a corner trying to walk. It’s a good game, but it’s more one of those games you open once every day or so when you remember it exists. On the bright hand it shows off endangered animals (which you have to buy with your own money) but it atleast shows some awareness to them.

Honestly i was looking for a calm, not super interactive way to cure my boredom, and this is it. It’s pretty simple to get the hang of, and it is very easy to progress, which keeps you motivated to keep playing. It’s not pay to win, which is a breath of fresh air if you compare it to other games. There is no online play, so no creepy people can talk to you or your children. And over all it is very calming and a great way to wind down if you need to. I think it’s great! Summary: it’s great for tweens and teens, because like u said, there is NO online play, great for a parents peace of mind. It’s calming but interactive which is the perfect medium. It’s not pay to win. Meaning, you don’t have to pay to get rare or good items, it’s possible to get good or rare animals without paying. It progresses quickly but not too fast to were you loose interest. Overall a good game, and I appreciate the effort put into it! I also appreciate the no online stuff. Everything steers you towards ads
This game is fun for the first day, but it's not long before the progression slows to a crawl and the game starts to point you towards watching ads for EVERYTHING. There are several game mechanics and events that outright require you to watch ads daily in order progress. I'm very disappointed that the game just doesn't seem to have any incentive to do anything

Hey!! I really like this game it’s the best I play it lots!! But I have a few suggestions to make it even better!! If you add at least half I’ll give a 5 star review ok here they are 1. Have the male deer fight not so they get hurt or anything just a cute animation! 2. Have animals interact with each other 3. Having your animals able to breed with eachother so it’s easier to get baby’s and you don’t need to spend money but only during spring!! 4. Things they do in the wild (Exp: when one wolf howls the rest start howling) 5.add albino animals!! 6. The little birds move around 7. Also make more of the cool animals free cus I found it quite disappointing when I couldn’t get some cool animals that cost 30. Bucks :(

OMG I love this game so much it’s so nice and the music is peaceful, the animals are so cute and well made, I love all the little mini games there not stressful at all, the game itself is the least stressful game I’ve ever played, the only thing I don’t like about it is that it tells me to take a picture of any animal and send it to someone I think that’s a little weird but otherwise the game is nice.
The update cleared my progress!!
I was forced to do an app update and, when I loaded in, all my progress was gone and it restarted my entire island. And I’ve paid for some items!! Super not impressed.
Too many ads
Too many ads, but especially the long ones with no skip in sight for at least a minute. Other than that, cute and I enjoy it.
Not relaxing
This game has several things blinking for your attention constantly. I barely made it through the tutorial before getting frustrated. Then the game was trying to force me to take a photo to print. Well I don’t want any photos of this game and I don’t have a printer anyway. Deleted the app to get away from the constant nagging.
Too many icons on screen
While the game is cute, there are way too many icons on the screen. Even when you clear a task, it doesn’t disappear. It isn’t really relaxing having icons flashing at you constantly from both sides of the screen. If there was a way to toggle them off, I’d continue playing. As is, I’ll probably stop playing soon. A shame really.

addicting but in a good way
I really like this game. Out of curiosity, I downloaded it again from my app history and I've been playing nonstop for hours. The little critters are cute, there's always something to do, and I really enjoy the visuals. That being said, I do have an issue with the ads. Although the game doesn't force ads onto you, it can be difficult to make significant progress without watching a few. While I don't mind the ads, it is frustrating having to restart the app when it crashes, which is quite often. But besides that I think it's a solid step up from other idle games. So if you're looking for something to do for a short or a long time, then maybe give it go.

At some point, you hit a wall where you cannot collect enough hearts to recruit more animals, and animals are what help you gain more hearts. And it’s an “idle game” and yet they don’t collect heard while you’re logged out … don’t easte any money on this game
Cute game 🦶
Forest island is sooo cute. But I have the attention span of a goldfish so it’s hard for me to get good. If your device is a little old like mine it crashes at some points like when taking a photo then printing it.

All I can say is yes. Amazing. If you could go off the chart with stars I would put over 100. Great for studying and winding down and overall just playing! 100% recommended. A need.

I was really excited to start playing this after a friend showed it to me. I’ve downloaded and deleted the app multiple times but it doesn’t load past the login screen. I haven’t even gotten to play it :( really sucks to not even have a chance to form an opinion of the actual game!
