What people like
- Great for connecting with other crew

What they complain about
- Price hikes are excessive and greedy
- Crew lists often show wrong people
- Privacy policy feels like data harvesting
- Does not work with all airlines
Top tier
I love this app. I use it every single day as a flight attendant.
They keep on increasing data collection and we keep on agreeing to it for usage
The app itself is great, but the amount of data collection the app does now is concerning. You are essentially paying money and agreeing to share your data. Realistically almost all apps do that, but I expected better from this one. Just take a look at your App Privacy Report. This has become a data harvesting ap make most others
Great app!
I loved this app when I was at Republic! Would LOVE to have it work with my schedule at American.
Price Increases
This app has had CONSTANT price increases the past couple years, for not many more features from a few years ago. And now the new subscription is MORE THAN DOUBLE. Cmon. 11 bucks to 25 bucks is a stupid increase. Probably going to switch to crewline for that price.
127% price increase?
This is a good app and very handy to have. However the price increase from $14.99 CAD to $33.99 CAD is ridiculous. An increase is understandable but this seems greedy. Just out of principle, I will likely try to live without it.
Best For Airline Crew
Amazing App, I recommend the annual subscription. Remember to refresh from the schedule screen and not on individual days. Would be a great addition if they had opentime access or at least for premium. Messaging would be great. I would highly recommend adding a crew messaging feature, where you don’t need to add the person as a friend first to message them. Could see it being beneficial to everyone if when adding the messaging, you can provide an option in user settings on whether they want to receive messages or not from people that aren’t on their friends list. Seeing the pricing reflected based on hourly and per diem/double time rates would be great as well. Overall amazing app. No complaints.
Expensive
How in the world they went from $10.99 to $24.99. I know everything raised for the inflation but 150% it is too much. Our salary raised 11%, so you will see a lot of thanks but no thanks. Specially when they another options with same value, but for 40% less. So, no I won’t renew my subscription. Thanks but no thanks.
Update
I have been using this app pretty much since day one. I love it and recommend it to everyone.. but lately the updates on the schedule lacks a little and the crew on the pairings aren’t always accurate.
Expensive
The price change was excessive
Notifications Gone
No longer receiving notifications or crew chat messages for some reason. Notifications are still on. Troubleshooting recommendations aren’t helping. Usually would give 5 stars but missed important messages from crew recently.
FC View
I love everything about this app. And so easy to use. Thank you!!
No crew change update???
Prices for this app were raised and then now it does less than it did before. For example, the crew doesn’t update. I see 12 crew when there are only 10 of us. So it doesn’t reflect those who got off the trip. Please fix this bc it used to update the crew. Idk what’s the use of having this app if I have to login to another website to get accurate information.
Great App
This app is a great value. It’s very useful at work and answers all the questions you have as a crewmember. It would be five stars if the price wasn’t doubling. One of the most useful features of the app is the Crew chat. It will become less useful because of the higher price. Most flight attendants are not going to renew this. With less people on the app, it loses its usefulness, unfortunately. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a fantastic app, but I am just afraid the higher price will scare off a lot of crew members, especially the newbies who are not making very much money.
Jazz never told us anything
What the heck- my subscription randomly got cancelled because the creator of the app thinks our airline doesn’t want us using it. Our airline hasn’t said a word about this app so I’m not sure why the creator took it upon himself to impose a non existent rule on us. How patronizing. Mildly annoyed.
Good app but too pricey now
Well working app, and bob is quick to get any bugs worked out. At $11 a year it was worth it but the new pice of $25 will have me cancelling. More than a double increase in a year will push me back to just using the free company app. It’s unfortunate but the price hike is just too much now.
Essential App for Airline Crews
This app is our go-to for day to day schedule updates, EDCTs, delays, A/C assignments, crew member changes, hotels, and transportation. My 1 stop shop for everything I want at my fingertips for day to day ops as a Captain! Bravo, excellent product!
Price increases
The price keeps increasing, this time it doubled. You’re about to lose 1200 pilots from a merger that just went through. Your product is incompatible with our new scheduling system.
Make FC view great again
Please make FC view great again for us regionals. Everytime I try refreshing the month I have to log in and export files. Updates don’t come automatic anymore. Please help us, I know it’s not your fault. 😕
Great for a month then new update came out
Great for the 1st month then they updated the app now cannot review or update my Sched! Which we do on a daily basis sometimes hourly, did try n contact flica regarding this purple of times, I am after all paying for it, their not good at getting back to you, week later still waiting !?!?!??
Contributions
I’m excited to add in gluten free and dairy free finds!
Getting Greedy
I can understand a slight price increase to offset costs and inflation, but a 100% increase from last year? No thanks. Won’t be renewing this time around.
Time change
Would be awesome if time change was accounted for when showing flights time length!
Awesome app for crew
Love this app, very very useful for crew members who can have it. Like any procedure, cross check it with company software to have accurate information.
Jacked price up. Not worth it
At $13.99 it was ok. At $35 not worth the cost. Wouldn’t waste my money. Avoid.
Handy
Very nice to have with all the good recommendations & hotel information as well! Keep up the good work!
Price increase?
Whet additional benefits do we get for paying 125% more now?
Flight crew view
Really good app
Price Gouging and Lost Focus
No reason for the added features. If I wanted to use what you’re adding I’d pay for crew line. You’re reinventing the wheel. K.I.S.S. Cancelled my subscription solely because of the price increase.
Informative
Great app to connect with others in the inflight community! Very reliable with up to date information and pictures.
Price hike was last straw
Not a horrible app but now at $34 a year subscription. Somebody got greedy and I’ve cancelled by subscription. Terrible move and many of my fellow crew are cancelling as well. By!!!!!
Best app for any airline crew member.
Title says it all.
Price increase
Good product but the increase from 99 cents a month to $2.29 is just too much
