超时要收超时费（完全可以理解）和等待费（假设超时1小时，中间停车20分钟，要收1小时超时费和20分钟等待费…）重复收费，这是在搞笑呢

普遍来讲，车好，师傅好；自带的地图功能真的不行。

Too expensive
I had to use this APP while I was in China because DiDi was no longer available for new customers. This APP is considerably more expensive and the quality isn’t that great. The app is only in Chinese and is very frustrating to use if you don’t know what it’s saying. Many times I had to cancel drivers and it asked for a reason, all the reasons are listed in Chinese so I would have to just pick one and not know what it was for. I would have to randomly pick a reason. And a lot of the times they were fake because I didn’t know what it would say. So I suggest have a way for foreigners to use this app instead of having to have up randomly pick excuses to cancel and hurt the drivers reputation. This app is not good by any means for foreigners.

Good design and easy for foreigner. Just slightly expensive than DiDi app for same distance.
系统非常坑
环环相扣的不合理，系统设计的问题，客服也没办法，只能劝我充值以为可以解决问题，告诉我马上可以退款剩下的部分，再打过去就不给退了。真的是坑。充值了的余额不让用，必须足够支付车费才可以用。然后就让人充值，之后再优先使用不能退的部分。真厉害！
关于系统语言的小建议
支持英文很好，但能否可以让用户自行选择语言？我使用的是英文系统，但我喜欢约车类软件还是中文界面，这样能确保司机看到的地址和我输入的一样。谢谢！
